Clean , modern apt. Very easy to navigate with the technology. Staff very friendly and helpful. A bit noisy on street outside with traffic. Will definitely rent again with URBY, but request a courtyard side unit

Such a great place to stay, both the apartment itself and Hoboken as an area! The apartment was one of the AirBnBs I have stayed in - like a home-from-home! Cosy and comfy. And the Hoboken area is such a great place to stay! Plenty of shops nearby, good places to eat, great bars, and a really chilled, friendly vibe. Plus, it is really quick and easy to get in to Manhattan. I would definitely stay here again!

My family and I were back up north for the holidays and Suzanne's place was exactly what we were looking for. Great location - her residence is quiet and peaceful area, but very close walk to Washington St and all the restaurants and amenities that Hoboken has to offer. Also, very spacious apartment. More than enough room for my wife and I and our two young children. Suzanne was an accommodating host and quite responsive. Very lovely home and we would gladly stay there again.

Beautiful cottage, the interior is great, very clean, views from the many windows… Linens, beds, check in, adirondack chairs on the deck…everything was simply great!

Truly home sweet home. Just walk in and relax. Fully stocked kitchen including milk, eggs, butter and pastries so no need to rush out to go grocery shopping. Convenient to New Haven yet completely quiet neighborhood for resting and taking walks.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The home was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for everything we had planned, and it truly felt like a home away from home. It's our second time staying at Joe's. We only stayed one night as we were heading out to Block Island, but it's a lovely house with a cute downtown and lots of great restaurants and local businesses. We love Westerly!

Paul's place was fantastic! The neighborhood was quiet and the house felt private, with plenty of street parking. The house was clean and tidy and had all the amenities we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely pristine, it offered a perfect blend of comfort and beauty. It is clear that the property is meticulously maintained, spotless, elegant, and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, and every amenity was provided. The best part is the area! WOW. We walked into Mystic at least twice a day and had lovely morning strolls along the water. The back deck is perfect for coffee and pm cocktails. I highly recommend it. We'll be back.

Me as well as my family had a great time. Everything was to the T my wife loved that it was very organized, even had a binder that was very detailed, even though it was a last-minute trip my family enjoyed it

The place was great and just as pictured/described. Joann gave great instructions and was very responsive. We were only there for a short stay for a race, but it looked like a great area I would’ve loved to explore if we had more time. The only thing I didn’t care for was the requirement for to wash and dry all towels before leaving. Since I already paid a hefty cleaning fee that seemed like a bit much. And the washer/dryer is small so this took a couple of loads to get done.

The place was perfect nice and clean what I like the best is the it was close to the beach to go for a walk.

Perfect getaway! Easy to access local hotels at a great value! Highly recommend and will personally be back!

This was our first time as a family taking a NYC trip. Staying right in the city was extremely expensive so we considered being on the other side of the river. It worked out well. Olga’s son Hirian helped us as Olga was in FL. Hirian could not have been more friendly and helpful. Apartment is as described and had plenty of room for all of us. The 2 bathrooms really made a difference with 3 kids and all of needing to shower after a long day in the city. Apartment is right on the bus route for the city. Hirian is always available for any questions. Only X factor is parking but there a lot close by. You just need to keep paying on the app. If you are looking for a great place to stay this is a great choice!

Great communication and easy checkin, spotless & stylish! We had a wonderful last minute spring getaway from the city. Compared to other airbnbs around, seemed comparatively good value for money. We cooked meals in the apartment and the kitchen is well appointed for doing so; there is also a keurig and French press.

Hoboken est un quartier très agréable et accessible depuis NY. Nous avons adoré l’environnement, l’ambiance et la magnifique vue sur Manhattan depuis la Corniche. L’appartement est très agréable, très joliment aménagé et décoré. Une découverte de NY dans les meilleures conditions. Merci !

Great place to stay and WONDERFUL view! Loved being able to watch the bikers and see the business of the street below with the mountain vibes. Highly recommend!!!
