The place was clean, had enough space and is perfect size for a couple or small family.

We wanted to do something unique & different for our anniversary & this did NOT disappoint. From the “main” road you can see the 3 red cabooses up on the hill & our hearts smiled. They recently had storms & we could see where the flood waters deteriorated the sides of the driveway but it was still wide enough for us to pass another small vehicle if needed. Office Check in was a breeze and took less than five mins before we were standing in our getaway train(caboose) which is on a real track! We were the only ones staying this weekend but if others were present, there was plenty of room. Our furbabies throughly enjoyed having a large field in front of the cabooses to run in. The views from the swings were breathtaking especially during the sunsets. Once Inside, we enjoyed the comforts of home (except for a stove). The hotness of the water & the relaxing hot tub added to our experience. Some things were dated but that is to come with the territory. We hope to visit again in the fall.

Had a beautiful stay at Rebecca’s—she’s a lovely and thoughtful host. The space wasn’t as private as I initially expected, since it’s situated between the house and office, but the hosts were very respectful and considerate about it. The place had everything we needed and worked well for a short stay; I’d recommend it for a night or two. Big thanks for welcoming my roommate and me—we’d definitely come back!

We had a great family camping trip! The site was beautiful with a nice lake view. The tent, bathrooms and kitchenette made our stay easier with kids.

Scott is an exceptional host and The Grove is a treasure find !!! From the cozy, comfortable and private cabin to the beautiful surroundings of nature trails, wildlife, and magical star gazing , this is our all time favorite Airbnb ! We have stayed here multiple times each year for the past 5 years and highly recommend The Grove !!!

I enjoyed my stay here. Conveniently located yet felt like it was far away from the city. It was very private and quiet and the stars were great. I loved the space and all of the amenities. I highly recommend it!

So Grateful for my stay! James and Laura were always responsive to any questions i had, the space was perfect for my visit to asheville. I loved the little creek area by the rv and appreciated the beautiful views of the neighboring meadow. The RV was perfect for one person and could see it being perfect for a couple/family also. Some days the rd that passes the land can be a little noisy however for the most part ( especially at night time ) was the perfect sanctuary for my stay. I wouldn't’ hesitate to book again when returning to exquisitely beautiful Leicester! All in all, would definitely recommend!! Dillon

Great place, great price, great view. Interior was very neat and amenities exceeded our expectations, pairing wonderfully with scenery outside. A great choice for those who want a quiet slice of the WV wilderness.

The place is very quiet, lots of peace in the place, places to go for a walk, and the Airbnb is very good, everything you need to be in a quiet place. I recommend it.

I was very happy with the camper. It was very nice and clean. The campground itself is a perfect location too! Coming from the south take exit 443 and go in the back way and you never even have to deal with all that crazy traffic! It was a very nice extended weekend trip. We did a quick overnighter on our way to Hilton Head so we didn’t get to explore the area, but you’ll find a ton of restaurants and stores a couple minutes down the road. The RV was very clean and comfortable. Colby has firewood and everything you need for a campfire, including s’mores and chairs. The best part of our stay were the goats. They’re friendly and have great personalities. We had one baby named Bubba hang out by the fire with us, hoping for some pets and a snack. We had 4 K-Cups waiting for us along with cream and sugar for the morning. That’s huge if you’re a coffee drinker. Clean towels were available for a quick shower, comfortable mattress in the master, comfortable pillows and down blankets too. The boys loved the bunk beds and the view of the goats from the little bunk windows. Would definitely stay again.

Nice little camper. Comfy. Yep, the train went through quite often but didn't bother me and at night, the ear plugs worked fine Would stay there again if I was in the area.

If your in the area this is THE place to stay! Great helpful directions, comfortable, well lit, stocked, WiFi, tv. Added plus the campfire was lit for us pre arrival! Our stay was just wonderful!

I had a wonderful time at the horse ranch and I recommend this stay for others. Everything was just as described and the bed was very comfortable. The horses were beautiful and the host was great! Stockton and the lake are a very short drive away. Stockton is a very cute town. I went to the lake each day and enjoyed several trails.

My daughter and I stayed one night at this location close to the PA Renaissance Faire. In the morning we ate breakfast at the nearby Kounty Kitchen which was very good. Sonia's RV is very clean and well-stocked with linens. Finding it in the dark was a little tricky. But Sonia made the check-in and check-out process easy.
