Halkidiki: aluguel por temporada de apartamento (condo)

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Neos Marmaras. Die Wohnung war genauso wie beschrieben und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Am Wochenende kann es hier mal ein bisschen lauter werden, da am Hafen Partys statt finden. Es hat uns super gefallen. Manos war immer erreichbar und ein so liebenswerter Gastgeber. Vielen vielen dank für alles!

My stay with Darko was excellent. The flat was easy to find and the check-in straightforward. The flat itself was clean and with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. With the seafront only a 10-15 minute walk away the location was fantastic and the flat is surrounded by a number of supermarkets and great bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. Finally, Darko was a responsive and knowledgeable host.

Το διαμέρισμα φαινόταν ωραίο από τις φωτογραφίες, αλλά όταν φτάσαμε πάθαμε σοκ!!! Ήταν όλα τέλεια, φοβερή διακόσμηση σε όλο το σπίτι, το παιδικό δωμάτιο ήταν καταπληκτικό με ποιοτικά παιχνίδια και έπιπλα. Εξοπλισμός για τα πάντα και όλες τις ανάγκες μιας οικογένειας. Σπάνια πετυχαίνεις ένα τέτοιο σπίτι. Η Σόφη ήταν φιλική, άμεση και πολύ πρόθυμη στη φιλοξενία. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ. Το ευχαριστήθηκαν παρά πολύ τα παιδάκια μας αλλά και εμείς φυσικά.

Communication with Katerina was straightforward, super friendly and fast. The apartment is equipped as described and is close to many restaurants and bars, but far enough away to not hear any of it at night and sleep peacefully. Our highlight was the breathtaking view of the sea from the spacious balcony and that it is only a few meters to go swimming. Highly recommended.

Makis hat unsere kleinsten Ansprüche und Wünsche erfüllt und so hat unser Urlaub erleichtert. Er ist freundlich,ruhig und hat wichtigeRatschläge und Empfehlungen für jeden. sein Aparthotel werden wir nur weiterempfehlen. Der Strand vor seinem Haus war der beste von allen in Sithonia.

The apartment is amazing for a city trip! Very comfortable for 2 people, clean, with amenities and a huge terrace with sea view. Very nice location, walkable to the city centre. Sarantos was very kind, always responsive, helpful and gave us recommendations on the best bougatsa nearby! Great value for money too. We would definitely come back!

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Πολύ καλή τιμή. Παρά την κεντρική τοποθεσία στον 8ο όροφο που βρίσκεται το στούντιο έχει ησυχία. Θα το ξαναπροτιμήσω στο μέλλον.

Πανέμορφος χώρος ! Απίθανη θέα. Μεγάλο και όμορφο διαμέρισμα τα είχε όλα . Η Μαρία πολύ ευγενική θα το επισκεφτούμε ξανά . Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα .

Even though the summer/sea season is over this place worth to be there no matter when. Special thanks to the hosts waited till 1 AM for us without getting a clear timeframe to arrive there from us 🙏 Walked on the beach for a while in the morning and felt the peace of beautiful nature

Ένα όμορφο και φιλικό διαμέρισμα σε μια περιοχή με χαρακτηριστικά γειτονιάς. Βρίσκεται κοντά σε στάση λεωφορείου που επιτρέπει την εύκολη μετάβαση σε κάθε σημείο της πόλης! Ο Αλέξανδρος, ο οικοδεσπότης, εξαιρετικός, ευγενής και ευχάριστος στη συζήτηση! Για ένα ή δύο άτομα αξίζει να το επιλέξετε!

The location of this unit is fantastic. It’s conveniently situated near markets, shops, a wide variety of restaurants, and the waterway, all just a short walk away. Essentially, everything you need or want to do is nearby. Aristotle Square is also within walking distance. For those looking to visit tourist attractions, access is easy. I stayed in this unit for a couple of months, and it genuinely felt like home, allowing me to feel connected to the community. The unit was spotless and well-maintained, equipped with all the essentials like towels, dishware, and an incredibly comfortable bed, making it hard to leave when the time came. The host was always just a message or phone call away. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this unit and will definitely return to Thessaloniki. This unit is worth the price, and I would stay here again!

Beautiful apartment, lots of light, clean. Location a little outside the city centre, but easily walkable. Street parking is free in the surrounding area, we parked in a big open parking lot at the end of the street. The check-in instructions were super clear. Would definitely recommend this place. The only slight downside is the smell coming from the shower sink, but it really isn't a big deal, just keep the bathroom door closed and you're good. You definitely know this smell, it's very common in seaside areas, nothing unbearable or that unpleasant really. Would visit again without a doubt

Ο χώρος ήταν καθαρός,όπως ακριβώς περιγράφεται με όλες τις παροχές! είχαμε μια πολύ ευχάριστη διαμονή. Το rbnb είναι 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από στάσεις και στην περιοχή υπήρχαν τα πάντα. Από καφέ συνοικιακά, ταβερνάκια, σούπερ μάρκετ κλπ . Οι οικοδεσπότες ευγενικοί και πολύ εξυπηρετικοί. Μας βοήθησαν με ένα πρόβλημα που προέκυψε σχετικά με την αναχώρηση μας.

We had such a great time. Katerina provided great hospitality, and we had everything in the apartment. It is a lovely neighborhood, and all the places we were interested in were within walking distance. The bus station for public transport is also quite close.

Kurz und knapp: absolut großartig! Paraskevi und ihr Mann sind wundervolle Gastgeber und quasi das i-Tüpfelchen zur traumschönen und topsauberen Immobilie. Familiär, herzlich, offen wird man hier empfangen und fühlt sich wirklich gleich wie Zuhause. Der Blick vom Balkon ist atemberaubend und lädt zum verweilen ein. Ein sehr schöner Strandabschnitt ist mit dem Auto superschnell erreichbar. Hier gibt es Liegen gegen ein Getränk. Der Weg zur Promenade mit vielen guten Tavernen ist ebenfalls kurz. Ich wäre sehr gerne noch viel länger geblieben. Daher von mir eine absolute Empfehlung und nochmals tausend Dank für die schöne Zeit!

We hebben een heerlijke tijd beleefd in het prachtige huis op de heuvel boven de zee. De locatie is geweldig, met een adembenemend zicht op de zee en op de heuvels in het binnenland. Het balkon is geweldig om 's ochtends te ontbijten met zicht op zee en 's avonds naar de zonsondergang te kijken. Het huis is zeer rijkelijk uitgerust, alles wat je nodig hebt is beschikbaar. En we werden daarbovenop ook nog eens heerlijk gastvrij ontvangen door de ouders van Ifgenia. Haar moeder had heerlijk gebak gemaakt, er stond water en een lekker flesje wijn koel. Er was beleg, toast, koffie, thee... Ook de badkamer was rijkelijk voorzien van schoonheidsproducten. De vader van Ifgenia kwam ons nog een extra vuurtje brengen, voor het geval het te fris zou zijn, maar dat hebben we niet nodig gehad. Dit is voor mij het beste vakantieverblijf waar we ooit waren. Met de heerlijke gastvrijheid die de streek zo typeert. Een parel in een regio die voor altijd ons hart heeft gestolen. Aanrader!

Απίστευτη φιλοξενία. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο με διαθέσιμες όλες της χρήσιμες οικοσυσκευές που χρειάζεται μία οικογένεια στην καθημερινότητά της . Ο κ. Θεόδωρος και η κ. Μαίρη ήταν πάντα πρόσχαροι και διαθέσιμοι στις ερωτήσεις που υπήρχαν. Ένας χώρος να νιώθεις σαν στο σπίτι σου, πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της Καλλιθέας χωρίς να χρειάζεσαι να χρησιμοποιήσεις το αυτοκίνητο σου και μόλις ελάχιστα λεπτά μακρυά από τις πεντακάθαρες παραλίες. Εύχομαι όλα τα διαμερίσματα να παραδειγματιστούν από αυτό.

The apartment is lovely and near the beautiful beach. We had a very nice time there. It was calm, the sea water was warm and there were few people on the beach, may be because it was end of season. We would like for sure to visit this place again.

We stayed in Alex's place for 7 days and the whole experience was just amazing. Firstly I want to thank Alex for being so helpful with changing the arriving date for us, with so short notice. The place is perfect if you want to relax and recharge your batteries: -big terrace with breathtaking view -clean pool amenities -lift to a privat wild beach -Close to shops, restaurants and bars Thank you again and we will definelly be back!

Beautiful place and a lovely host! Kristina embraced us with her kindness and consistent helpfulness in terms of activies, restaurants and so on. Very enjoyable and uncomplicated stay in a modern house which we can fully recommend. Early check-in was also afforded what we really appreciate. Any time again!

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber-Familie. Unterkunft wie beschrieben. Tolles Grundstück mit Olivenbäumen und einem sehr gepflegten Pool. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Man muss nur die Strasse überqueren und kann direkt im Meer baden. Zum Einkaufen oder für Restaurantbesuche braucht man ein Auto. Überdachter Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück.
