At upper floor: living room with top quality fully equipped kitchenette, 1 master bedroom with impressive view of Madonna dell’ Orto church front, a second double/twin bedroom, 1 spacious bathroom WC/bidet/ bath/shower, a second WC with hand basin. A decorative spiral staircase leads from the living room to a small roof balcony overlooking the picturesque canal in front of the house. The apartment is provided with good WIFI CONNECTION, AIR CONDITIONING and MOSQUITO SCREENS in any room CASA ZORZI is recommended both for romantic escapes and for family holidays. I use to welcome personally my guests, spending some time on arrival to recommend my favourite places in town....... The apartment is also provided with good reference books useful to plan and enjoy a stay in Venice. The Apartment is located on the quieter side of the truly Venetian Cannaregio District. The house is beside the magnificent Madonna dell' Orto Gothic church, containing cherished treasures including Tintoretto masterpieces. It is 15 minutes away from Rialto bridge. It is very easy and comfortable to reach by public transport either you arrive from Marco Polo airport or from the Train Station, with no bridge to cross with your luggage between the nearest waterbus stop and the apartment. A City stay tax of € 4,00 per day /per person ( € 2,00 for 10/16 children, excluding children up to 10) is due up to max 5 days.

The flat is in a 17th C palazzo on the 2nd floor. Has been recently refurbished to a very high standard keeping the old charm with modern touches. It has an airy feel, having day light on both sides. The second bedroom over looks a narrow Florentine road. From the sitting room, you can look out onto Piazza della Passera. A quaint small square, that has many restaurants including Quattro Leoni, a bar with great capuccino’s, and one of the best Gelatteria’s in town to cool down after a long day! Your main bridge would be famous Ponte Vecchio, from which you can access, the museums, The cathedral and all major attractions the city has to offer. The apartment is located a few steps away from Palazzo Pitti and the Boboli Gardens. The location is unbeatable! 15 minutes walk from the main train station and 200 meters to one of many underground parkings. Guests are have the whole use of the flat. Experience the Ponte Vecchio – the oldest and most romantic bridge in Florence. Visit the Piazzo Santo Spirito filled with unique artisans or take in a wine tour. Our 60 mq apartment is brand new: it’s been totally renewed and furnished! It's made with a bedroom with one double bed and a living room with a double comfortable sofa/twin-bed. The two rooms are well separated by two doors and the toilet is in between. The flat is calm, cozy and perfect for couples, family with kids (we know well what you need!) and business people. It’s just in front Parco Sempione, on a walking distance to all the main neighborhoods of the city.
