Our family rented for a weekend off season. Surroundings were beautiful. Home was clean and comfortable. Host was super friendly and very communicative. Any questions were answered within 5-10 minutes. Lots and lots of space for large groups. We had 6 adults, 2 children and a dog in our trip. Literally open the back door and you’re right on the beautiful beach!

Amazing location - 10/15 minutes to everything. Very peaceful and quiet. It’s rare to find a place that actually has beds for 6 guests and it worked perfectly for our stay.

Beautiful place with private beach. Very large 2 story deck and one area has coverage so if it rains you can still stay outside and be covered. Elevator inside makes loading and unloading the car much easier. Had fun playing polish horse shoes outside, grilling, cards and beautiful sun set. Dinner at la plage which is walking distance or a 3 minute drive. Debbie was a great communicator, will be back next summer for sure.

This home exceeded our expectations and we hope to return to the exact spot every year. We love the small community, friendly neighbors, and easy access to the beach. Close to Greenport for dining and shopping. The house was the most ORGANIZED Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Everything is labeled. And all the basics are there. Made us feel right at home. Honestly wish it was my house! Property manager was very calm and helpful when I needed assistance and I very much appreciate their professional and friendly demeanors.

The house is perfect for families! It’s a very short walk off the ferry and easy to get to the beach. It came with beach towels, chairs and toys for the beach. The kitchen was perfectly stocked to enjoy meals at the home. The outdoor shower and washer and dryer were really nice amenities. The bikes were handy and it was right down the street from the market. The home was beautiful and spacious for our family. It would have been helpful to have access to a crib or pack and play to not have to travel with one. The house was perfect and our beach trip was the best!!

We had an awesome mid week getaway to this gorgeous house. It’s so clean and well kept, with beautiful and tasteful decor . The rooms were spacious and the master was huge. All stocked with linens. The kitchen was beautifully done and had great storage and stocked with everything we needed to make meals that we brought. The living room was comfy and inviting and the added office space with a futon was a great perk. Overall a beautiful house that is well maintained. There is outdoor space under the wrap around deck/walkway with space to eat outside but we didn’t get to use it. There’s a bit of stairs as the house is built up above the ground level so just something to keep in mind. But the basement entrance helped with loading and unloading our cars. Great playground across the street. We even caught some fireworks one night from the front porch. Would def recommend if you are ok with a bit of a walk to the beach or ok driving to. We could have walked to seven presidents but drove

Had a lovely stay here with my husband and my parents. Everything looked nice and up to date, the area was very quiet and pretty. There is a power plant across the water that isn't as pretty as everything else, if that matters to you— it didn't bother us, and we were out most of the day anyway. But overall it was a nice relaxing spot to stay and has just about everything you might need.

I first have to state that the property is immaculate!! Extremely clean and so well decorated, so impressive!!!! The property is clutter free and spacious. The best part was the parking as it was directly in-front of the property. Besides the glitz and glamour of this trendy space the customer service was one of a kind. Fast prompt response and always exuding top tier professionalism. I mistakenly left my purse in the property after checkout and the management company ensured me that they would handle the issue personally and my items would be safe until I returned. I’m greatly appreciative of the care the took with easing my fears. Great experience overall!! I would definitely return to this property again.

My family enjoyed our stay at Tanya’s place. The house was beautiful and the rooms were spacious. Tanya’s recommendations were helpful, and there was plenty to do in Harlem, including shopping, restaurants and a comedy club. However, we spent most of our time in downtown Manhattan, which was an easy train ride away. Great NY vacay!

Our family enjoyed the house very much, it was clean and felt like home. The host was very helpful and friendly. We would love to stay at the house again.

Booked this place while visiting my family. This place was great and close to my family without me even realizing. Bed was soft, I love the set up of the place. The only thing I had complaints about was that the shower is very confined when actually getting it, wish it was a little bit wider and because it was the basement it was cold. It took a while for me to get the heating systems the host had to warm up place and operate it. Host was responsive to any questions I had and I ended up booking another night. Everything was great besides the 2 things I listed

숙소는 정말 좋았습니다 저희는 뉴욕 여행을 하고 싶었지만 budget issue로 뉴저지에 숙소를 잡았습니다 근처에 대형 마트도 있고 NJ transit bus 정거장과 hoboken station도 있어서 path를 탈 수도 있습니다 또한 가까운 거리에 허드슨 강가의 공원도 있어서 뉴욕의 전경을 멋지게 찍을 수도 있습니다 이 숙소를 뉴욕 여행을 오는 사람들에게 무조건적으로 추천합니다 합리적인 가격으로 뉴욕 여행을 즐길 수도 있고 근처에 괜찮은 음식점들과 카페들도 위치하고 있는 넓은 숙소는 이곳밖에 없을 것이라고 생각합니다 :) 물론 호텔만큼의 어메너티는 없지만 그것를 뛰어넘는 장점들이 많습니다!

Il soggiorno è andato molto bene! L’appartamento è molto spazioso e rispetta la descrizione. In 15 minuti si raggiunge Manhattan e la cittadina di Hoboken è molto carina. Michael è super reattivo, nel complesso assolutamente consigliato!!
