The Carriage is set on tracks where the original line ran through Ullock on the fringe of the Lake District National Park, with the river Marron running below. Our Wooden Bedford Horse Lorry has been lovingly converted to house a King Size bed upper deck (via ladder) plus a single lower bunk. Guests have private access to our river beach, firepit & BBQ. In addition you can book a Sauna & River Plunge experience in our converted horse box (at an extra charge).

Optional wood-fired hot tub – £70 per stay (please book in advance). Pre-light service can be requested but is not always available. Extra logs can be purchased for £15 per bag.
