Yucatán Peninsula: aluguel por temporada que aceita fumantes

La entrada fue excelente, doña Laura super amable y nos dio varios consejos de restaurantes y como llegar a los buses facilmente. El internet funciono perfecto todo el tiempo. El A/C enfriaba perfecto sin ningun problema. Las camas son comodas y limpias. Baño limpio y con agua caliente. El lugar esta ubicado en una calle super tranquila y bastante segura pero bastante centrico ya que hay oxxo y el mall las americas cerca. Definitivamente volveriamos sin dudarlo! Seria un plus que tuviera lavadora pero hay una pequeña pila y lugar para tender los vestidos de baño.

Das Apartment ist sehr komfortabel und mit freundlichen Möbeln ausgestattet. Es gab sogar Stühle für den Strand, welcher zu Fuß nur 3 min. entfernt war.

We had a great couple of nights at Martha's place. Gustavo, her on-site assistant was very helpful, and Martha was also reachable and very flexible, e.g, we could leave our belongings after the official checkout time with no problems. The apartment was spotless and fully equipped, even with some snorkeling gear that we could use. My only issue was the loud fan noise coming from outside in the mornings, assumedly from the AC of the ground-floor restaurant. Otherwise, dedpite being centrally located, the place is quiet and peaceful.

Hugo una persona muy amable y su mamá siempre estuvo pendiente de lo que yo le preguntaba. El departamento estaba tal cual las imágenes, estuve con mi esposo y mis 2 hijos pequeños y nos acomodamos perfectamente, un lugar muy limpio, tranquilo y privado se encuentra en una zona centro. Si un día regreso a Mérida sin duda volvería a rentar este Airbnb.

Absolument parfait, au calme, avec un magnifique jardin et ponton sur la lagune. Nous avions le logement avec 2 chambres, qui sont immenses! Merci pour tout!

C’était notre deuxième séjour de cinq mois chez Eugenio, et cet endroit est vraiment devenu notre chez-nous au Mexique. Eugenio et sa famille nous considèrent comme des amis, et c’est bien réciproque. Vivement que revienne décembre pour retrouver notre havre mexicain et la jolie petite ville de Progreso, avec sa plage merveilleuse et ses habitants sympathiques!

I 100% recommend La Casa de Los Abuelos! Alberto and Armando are the most kind, friendly, helpful and generous hosts! The house.. well I cannot express how happy we are to have stayed 1 month! This traditional home has a full large kitchen, including 6 burner gas stove with oven and an outside BBQ 😋. My husband and I are slow travelers and LOVE cooking for ourselves. We easily walked to the public market to purchase all foods required and easily had everything (and more) to prepare our meals! Everything is thought of when providing guests with a home. The beds and air conditioning is very comfortable. The 2 full sized bathrooms are more beautiful and larger than our own home!! Seriously, Armando, who lives in the area, is made himself available and is so friendly and kind - we always, everyday are very happy! A very quiet and restful residential area, easy to walk to the malecon, Walmart, Galleries shopping mall, restaurants C 59, the baluartes walls, museums-- so many things!

La casa está muy accesible, bonita y espaciosa tiene de todo para estar descansando con la familia. un tip ....excelente que deja recomendaciones de restaurantes locales Todo bien!!! regresaremos pronto

Juan was amazing, always very helpful and accommodated us much more than he had to. The house was ready early, so he let us check-in in the morning. We didn’t fly til 8 so he let us stay until 4 instead of being in limbo..Keys in the lockbox, and house was amazing! Open the double patio doors and there is the pool and the beach.. pelicans diving, fish jumping, fishermen netting.. nice long beach to walk to the right. OXXO and Seven around the corner. 20 pesos to town for fruit markets, groceries, restaurants and liquor. We enjoyed our stay very much. The washer quit one day and Juan came to pick it up, am had it fixed and returned in a couple of days. Always quick response and very helpful.. would stay again for sure!

El lugar esta igual que como se ve en las fotos. Juan Pablo respondió a nuestras preguntas muy rápido. La cama es cómoda y amplia. El lugar es acogedor y está muy limpio. Esta a solo 6 minutos caminando de Paseo Montejo. La caminata a la plaza principal es más larga 30 min aproximadamente, pero hay bicicletas que puedes rentar a una calle de la casa y el paseo es muy agradable , también se puede usar Uber. Nos encantó el lugar nos volveríamos a quedar.

La verdad la estadía en la casa de Johaly fue muy placentera, un lugar con todas las comodidades básicas y con una cocina equipada con lo justo y necesario. El patio del fondo muy amplio y cómodo, con espacio para el auto. Recomiendo mucho, sobre todo para viajeros solitarios o parejas! Por último destacar lo responsiva y simpática que fue Johaly en todo momento.

La ubicación es perfecta a unos pasos de la playa, los servicios que prestan dentro de las instalaciones es perfecto, lo unico que podria poner como negativo es tal vez que las instalaiones se ven un poco descuidadas pero en terminos generales es un buen lugar para alojarse.

I just spent three magical months at Kara's place. It was absolutely perfect. Kara was always very responsive and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was exactly what I was hoping for. Her place is beautiful, with an amazing rooftop terrace and plunge pool (which is where I spent most of my time!!). Easily walkable to everything one would ever want (restaurants, shopping, beach, grocery stores, etc). I am already planning a return - longer next time! Writing this review wasn't easy - just because there is no way to capture just how comfortable and taken care of Kara made me feel. Hacienda San Jose is a truly magical place!

Clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the cruise ships coming in. Taxis are easy to get into the square, about 100-150 pesos. Walkable to Oxo convenience store and a really good Cafe Coco for coffee and breakfast. Gorgeous pool! Host was always extremely responsive.

Our family of four really enjoyed staying here. Very clean and well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed having a jungle view from all of the windows. Definitely a plus having a parking space underground..safe and secure. There’s a beautiful rooftop pool with a nice view of the ocean and Cozumel. A short walk to the beach and to 5th Avenue. Really nice restaurants right outside the building. The location is fantastic, didn’t need to use our car except for when we went to EXPLOR..a fantastic eco adventure park..our teens loved it and so did my husband and I. Booked a snorkeling tour with El Cielo online and it’s located on Cozumel. A great tour that lasted about 4 to 4 1/2 hours. I highly recommend La Cueva del Chango restaurant..literally outside the main entrance of the building..food is delicious and good sized portions and the atmosphere is fun!

As you go upstairs to access the office to get the keys, you are welcomed with an absolutely gorgeous view of sea with its many different tones of aqua, white sand beach and palm trees. The room is exactly what you see and read on the review, a breath taking view from the great balcony. Everything is clean and you have all you need to cook. There is a 711 right next door and the best grocery store is less than 10 minutes away. There are plenty of beach beds for you to enjoy the beach on their private area and the beach was never crowded. There is a huge rock to the left of the property whit the sound of the waves breaking. You get to see the sunrise from your balcony and can enjoy the late afternoon at the pool. There are plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance, and there is a souvenirs market across the street. The pressure in the shower is low, but it is an above shower and comes out warm immediately. The bathroom and beach towels are soft. Amazing deal for the $$

Nelly and her home were wonderful! The home is in a great location and looks just like the photos. It's very close to the busy life of PDC, but just tucked away enough that you're able to retreat to the peacefulness of Nelly's home and recharge for the next adventure. The personal pool was a very nice feature to enjoy as well. Even prior to our arrival, Nelly was very helpful and detailed with her instructions. The photos she sent were amazingly helpful upon arrival, and the check-in process was easy. Nelly is very responsive and provided a well-stocked home. We enjoyed our stay and would come back to Nelly's home again.

We loved our stay here! The condo was much larger than we expected and was perfect for the two of us. Charming decor, comfortable bed, good shower, and everything else we needed. There was some seaweed on the beach as we expected was possible coming this time of year but it did not ruin our experience at all. The trade off of having a secluded beach all to ourselves was well worth it! It was an incredible experience. Mandy is an incredible host and provided us with everything we could have hoped for. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a relaxing and tranquil vibe.
