Stella has a fantastic two bed apartment here with wonderful views out to the water. Everything is within walking distance whether that be shops, pubs or just a nice stroll along the coastline! I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in Kent and get the best of both worlds being so close to the station and city but also being on the doorstep of so much greenery and countryside. Stella was fantastic as was her assistant Natasha.

The place was much cleaner than other places we’ve stayed. Had all the amenities we needed and for a change had decent cutlery and cooking knives which was nice. Scot stayed in touch during the entire stay as well and the scenery was beautiful especially during the evenings on the balcony.

I had a fantastic stay at Fleur’s flat in St. Neots. It is in the perfect location. It is in the heart of the town, less than a minute's walk to Market Square. You can walk to everything… restaurants, shops, cafes, park, marina, train station, etc.. The apartment was as described, and the photos were accurate. It was very clean. Clean linens and towels were provided. The bedrooms are a good size and comfortable. The common space might be tight if you have 4 people, but not an issue. Check-in and check-out were very simple. I was given good instructions and the keys were left in a convenient lockbox. Communication with Fleur was very efficient. This was only my fourth experience using Airbnb, but I would say by far my best experience. I highly recommend this space if you want to be in St. Neots. I hope to stay here again someday. We all really loved our stay here. Fantastic views from the apartment and great place to explore London from. The place was super clean and appreciated the top quality linen and towels. Kitchen was great too, with a handy coffee machine. Small grocery stores nearby were rather handy. Tip: found a Thames pedestrian tunnel 1km south so was awesome to explore Greenwich Observatory and Cutty Sark across the river.

The apartment is sunny and spacious with a great view of the Thames. The garage was useful to securely keep our car and local transport links were good to use during our stay.

We stayed for 6 days in mid-August and it was such a great location and experience for us. Coming up to the day of arrival, Laura was in contact in relation to recommendations for places to see and things to do on site, advice on getting over to the island, where the local shops were etc. The apartment was really quiet and the place was well cared for. When we checked in there was everything there we needed. The fridge was empty and clean, as was the freezer. Everything you would expect for the kitchen was there. You do need to supply your own washing powder, but that was ok. Check out was just as easy and while it was early (10am) there are plenty of ferries running at that time to get you back to the mainland.

A great apartment within a few mins walk of all the shops and restaurants of Cowes. Very clean, spacious and a great view of the marina. Would definitely stay again

Eravamo due famiglie con due bambini ciascuno. Gli spazi a disposizione sono sufficienti per stare comodi (c'è da allestire il letto in soggiorno oggi notte). Nell'appartamento ci sono tutti i comfort necessari. I due bagni facilitano la convivenza di 8 persone. Il terrazzo offre una bella vista sul Tamigi. La stazione di North Greenwich è vicina e ci si arriva comodamente a piedi. All'interno della O2 arena ci sono molti ristoranti di varie tipologie. A tutti noi è piaciuto molto.

I’ve stayed in plenty of holiday homes over the years and few live up to expectations - Wellington Quay did. The location is superb - fabulous views that were at least as good as the pics / and an easy walk to the quayside coffee shops and bars. The space itself is as awesome - easily large enough for our party of 12. We loved the idyllic conservatory with its stunning harbour views. I sat on the private pontoon with a coffee each morning, taking in the views and peacefulness. The kitchen table was large enough for all 12 of us, and superbly well equipped. The lounge was stunning and there was another snug area and a second dining room if we’d had a more formal dinner. All bedrooms were large, with spotless linen & the bathrooms were equally impeccable. We had the best time. There’s a reason this place scores 5.0 - and it’s the best place we’ve ever been fortunate to stay in. I’d absolutely recommend this place!

Four members of my family stayed here over Christmas as our own house was full. They loved it. 'Brilliant. Great. Five stars,' was one response. Although it is a typical Oxford cottage and looks small from the outside, it is suprisingly spacious inside. Aside from the comfort , my family enjoyed the personal feel of the house, the selection of books, the charming garden, the location by the river and the thoughtful provision of a vegan breakfast. Everything worked well. We will definitely book it again.

Princy's property was a perfect place to stay for us. It was spacious, modern and beautifully clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. We particularly liked the lay out of the bedrooms as it suited our family of 2 grandparents, our daughter and son-law and their 3 boys . We loved the openness of the house, the conservatory and being able to walk straight out onto the beach. Absolutely lovely watching the windsurfers and at night to look out and see the night sky full of stars. We were very fortunate to choose a weekend when we had wall to wall sunshine. Be aware that the house is on a private road that is not tarmacked. We would love to go back sometime as we loved every minute of our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the Jungle Crazy Golf at Chichester Golf Club, which also has escape rooms. Thoroughly recommend this lovely place.

I'd like to say from start to finish Thi communicated really well, the house was lovely and everyone that stayed with us said the same in that it felt homely and had everything thing that we could ask for, a home away from home. It was right next to the canal in Chichester with very easy access to the main town with plenty of shops tk visit. We wouldn't hesitate in booking Thi's home again. Plus the treats were very welcome, especially for our niece who stayed with us.

Really fun beach house. The house had spectacular views of the English Channel and also countryside, well organized kitchen and fun game room.

Janice has a lovely house in beautiful surroundings. I particularly liked that everything was nice quality including towels and linen. There was plenty to do in the area with places to eat within walking distance or a short drive. Janice was a very good host her communication was excellent and i would highly recommended a stay at her house.

We had a lovely time in Marks boat house. The rooms are really nice furnished and very cosy. Everything was super clean, even the kettle was clean enough to boil water for a baby :) We immediately felt like home! The house is really close to the small harbour, there’s a large park perfectly for kids and dogs close by and the pub is also only a minute away. The only improvement we would suggest is getting some new pans and pots. The pan is very scratched and the pots not big enough to cook pasta for 3 adults. We would absolutely recommend staying there and we’ll come back if we’re ever in the area again!

Wow! it's the easiest way to describe our whole stay. The apartment was fantastic, from the moment you stepped in, it felt like home. A place to unwind and relax. Everything is placed in such a lovely way that it feels like you put it there yourself it genuinely felt like our own home. The view from the balcony was incredible. Being able to sit there and drink a coffee looking out over the ocean was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back again for another get away!! Lovely flat that is bright, airy, very clean and close to the beach. Stayed with my family of 5 and there’s plenty of room. Mark is an excellent host. I would definitely recommend and would happily stay again.

Amazing stay at this clean, well-maintained apartment with breathtaking sea views in Bognor Regis. The host was very thoughtful and responsive, and waking up to the sound of waves was magical. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway!

This apartment was exactly as described. It had a beautiful view of the river. Bed was comfortable and the apartment was immaculate. Ted was very responsive to questions and was readily available to help if needed. We would definitely stay at Ted’s beautiful apartment again if we ever return to Southampton!

We absolutely loved our Easter stay at the old alarm. Jules was a fabulous host, providing lots of helpful info prior to arriving. The flat is situated right in the heart of Lymington Quay.. it’s beautifully presented with all the amenities you will need. Jules provided a lovely welcome basket and even Easter eggs for the children, which was very thoughtful. The parking permit came in really handy when exploring the New Forest. We love this part of the country and will definitely stay again when back in the area.Thank you for a wonderful stay! Recommend The Kings Head a couple of doors Down - the atmosphere and food was great.

Richard's place couldn't have been more perfect for us. We were in town for a conference, and the apartment was a short walk from the venue. It was attractive, well equipped and comfortable. Richard was responsive and flexible, letting us have an earlier check, in which was much appreciated. He made our stay easy and enjoyable. We'll stay here again!
