Camby, our beloved converted ambulance is static on our drive with electric hook-up, heating, EV charging and WiFi available. Great for an overnight stay, or if you are working at the Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre which is a 20 minute walk from us. Basic, but a bit quirky and if you like staying in unusual places this is perfect. The local train station is a 15 minute walk away. Driveway parking is free. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk supplied. Hattie the Horse Box - unique conversion

Hattie is a unique, romantic, escape overlooking acres of horse pasture, secluded yet a short stroll to Hawkhurst with its shops, cinema/cafe, pubs/restaurants . Recently refurbished - facilities to a high standard: king bed, ensuite shower room & loo, towels & linen, electric ’wood burner’, fridge, microwave, hob, hairdryer, DAB radio. Hot tub by request for a small additional cost. There’s a gas BBQ, table & chairs & parasol in the private cobbled garden area - perfect for star gazing.

Our designer Shepherds Hut is an idyllic shepherds retreat situated in a rural location close to all famous cotswold villages. A two nights stay over a weekend please if available. Situated on a farm, this luxury shepherd hut is unique with views of fields. Fully fitted to a very high specification and interior designed. It has all the amenities for comfort including a fully fitted shower room, hot water and flushing loo within the hut for comfort and privacy. Very cosy.

Beautiful Blossom Bothy(self contained)

Bijou, comfortable single room garden cabin ( 1 superking bed or twins ) with kitchenette, excellent WiFi,TV and adjoining ensuite shower and WC, set in the middle of an SSSI within the South Downs National Park and accessed by an unmade bumpy track. Please note this is not a village location though pubs are about a 5 minute drive ( walkable with good footwear and a map ! ) A car or bicycles are favourable although we have accommodated hikers overnight.

The Big Green Shepherds Hut is a bespoke, self contained, off grid, getaway break for 2 people near Charlwood Village, Surrey. The Hut is situated within an idyllic, secluded, private estate, positioned next to a duck pond, with views of the private woodland, open fields, and beautiful countryside. We also have The Little Green Shepherds Hut & The Green Horsebox which can host extra guests. In total 6 people can stay in all three accommodation units
