Muy bien ubicado , lugar muy hogareño , contaba con todo lo necesario , muy cómodo y seguro.

Solo puedo mencionar que el lugar estaba increíble, limpio, y en una muy buena zona. Por lo que pagas está súper bien, tienes muchos lugares cerca, así. Cómo las playas.

If you get the chance to stay in the La Veleta neighborhood- take it! This listing is so close to many neighborhood restaurants and it’s not touristy… just walk out the door to the resort and you’re there! The pool is quiet, private and relaxing. It’s a clothing optional resort but we only saw nudity at the pool which didn’t bother us at all. Everyone was polite and respectful. Would definitely visit again!

This Airbnb is in a great location. Grocery stores are a block away, as well as a fruit stand and several restaurants. The apartment was nice and clean, the air conditioning worked great and the pool was refreshing. As others have noted there is a bar near by that plays loud music…but you can just dance along or wear ear plugs. Our stay was wonderful.

This was a great family apartment. It was spacious and had all the things you need. The pool is heated. Anna was very helpful, she could recommend a really good massageterapeut and Anna also gave us recommendations where to rent a car. The place is close to supermarket and a lot of restaurants and approx 15min to the beach. I would definitely stay at this place again.

La casa estaba muy ordenada, limpia y en un lugar céntrico de cancun, Andy siempre estuvo al pendiente y fue flexible para que nuestra estancia fuera de lo mas cómoda. Mi familia y yo quedamos muy agradecidos y contentos, sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos

Alejandra and her assistant Carmen were wonderful people. The Apartment we were in was well taken care of. We especially liked that they were nearby and we always felt safe, cared for and looked after. My Fiancé and I liked trying out restaurants and we love to cook. Because we were there for 2 weeks we were able to make good use of the kitchen which was very nicely stocked with cookware, plates, a good sized fridge with freezer, and a stove with an oven. We loved going to the markets to select fresh products to make delicious gourmet meals. We enjoyed the balcony for reading, playing dominos or just watching the world from this spot as the views were great. There was always plenty of hot water for showers. As noted, the location is very convenient to everything in Centro. The adage about treating a person's property (and Isla Mujeres in general) like we were guests and to give the owner respect really worked out to our having an exceptionally fun and enjoyable time. View is great from balcony. It is close to downtown and ferry. It is short Taxi ride to international cruise pier and you will be able to see Cruises docking in port next to apartment every other day too.

The condo was clean and near restaurants. While the surroundings and roads were under construction, the courtyard with pool and penthouse was very quiet. It was easy to get around and had a peaceful stay. Amenities were great and in pristine condition. I would highly recommend.

Estuvimos solo una noche, el airbnb es tal cual la fotos. El lugar estaba limpio. Las instrucciones del check-in fueron claras. Tenia todo lo necesario para una estadia corta.

Excelente ubicación, buena comunicación por parte del anfitrión, Edson y su papá estuvieron pendiente de nuestra llegada. La casa estaba ordenada y limpia cuando llegamos, la alberca está limpia. Es una buena opción para hospedarse en Playa del Carmen.

I had an amazing stay! Sheena was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my entire visit. She was always quick to respond to messages and went above and beyond to make things easy for me, she even arranged a taxi from the airport to the ferry with pre-purchased tickets, which made my arrival seamless. The apartment itself was spotless and in a perfect location, just a 2-minute walk from the famous Split and only 5 minutes to the ferry. Check-out was simple, and Sheena also arranged a taxi to help me get my heavy luggage to the ferry, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend staying here, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish!

Lugar hermoso, súper privado y con todas las comodidades. Tuvimos la suerte de que un señor que trabajaba ahí nos acercó a la entrada del lugar ya que si no vas en auto tenes que caminar bastante desde la entrada a la habitación. Pero pudimos resolverlo sin problema. Todos muy atentos y generosos. La habitación hermosa y encima nos dejaron bidones de agua y café. Muy buen servicio. Volvería a elegirlos

Un departamento muy bonito. El patio es muy agradable para descansar y el balcón para desayunar. La zona esta excelente.

Gran lugar y ubicación

Apparemment très sympa, bien agencé avec un rooftop très sympa ! Une jolie vue mer Très bien équipé, hôte réactif et attentionné. Je recommande !

Très bon emplacement , parking gratuit c’est vrai que c’est un peu vieillot mais l’emplacement , et la vue vous feront vite oublier ce détail !

Babel Tulum is a beautiful apartment complex. I opted for the loft model which is two floors. it was about $20 US extra per night which I thought was well worth it. The apartment was immaculate and looked exactly like the photos. The staff was very friendly. The location is good as long as you have a means of transportation. My only complaint is the early checkout time, 10 AM felt a little early compared to most other places and hotels. I know they offer a late checkout option, but there’s an additional charge for that. I feel that they should just try to accommodate you if they can without trying to squeeze a few extra dollars out of you. But overall, I had a good experience. I would book there again.

Xibalba hotel was truly amazing! Really good value for money. Looks just as on pictures, beautiful design, everything new and modern, very large room with balcony & jacuzzi; large kitchen with everything needed ( toaster, pots, pan, cutlery and blender for fresh smoothies), beautiful large and clean bathroom; gym and joga room. Really enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a comfortable place to stay in Tulum.

Definitely intimate location to stay in, but accessible to restaurants and other nearby attractions. Pool was nice, wish I was there longer to be in the pool longer.

We had a fantastic stay at Victor’s place! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, yet tucked away on a peaceful street. Victor was a thoughtful host and provided beach gear, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was clean, convenient, and exactly what we needed. Highly recommend!
