Sara and Matthew were attentive and accommodating. As solo traveler I felt safe and knew when/where to contact if I had any worries. The place was cosy and had essential items plus I loved the outside garden with a lovely view. Highly recommend!

A wonderfully quirky place for a short stay. Sharon was a very friendly host and told us about the fascinating history of the building. We had only a one night stay and wish we could have stayed longer.

Tom was a wonderful host, we arrived slightly later than planned due to an accident but Tom was very accommodating! Suggested a lovely pub in the village and had other recommendations for the area. We went over to Langar sky dive and the children waved us off which was adorable. The room itself was immaculate, smelt amazing and the kitchen was stocked. Would 100% stay again

Fantastic location with accessibility to amenities. Quiet and beautiful area. Two large rooms with on suite bathrooms and very comfortable beds. We had acces to a large sitting room with tv, internet and games. Sarah and Andrew were very friendly and available to meet any requested needs. We had a lovely stay.

We had a lovely stay at The Samson Suite last week. It was lovely and clean and beautifully furnished. All the linen was best quality and the bed was so comfortable. It was great to be able to sit outside on the sunny patio as it was so peaceful and private. The suite was easy to find and the parking was great. Its just a short flat walk into Beverley with lots of places to eat, shop and visit. Beverley Minster is also close by. Top class place to stay and we will definitely return. We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Hornby Castle. The location is stunning, and the property itself exceeded all our expectations – full of character, charm, and beautifully maintained. Caroline was a wonderful host – warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful with some great local recommendations that made our trip even more special. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone, and if we’re ever in the area again, we’ll definitely be back. A solid five out of five – truly a memorable experience!

Very happy , great little annex , had everything you need , Carol even put fresh milk in the fridge for me Loaf of bread and tea sugar coffee , however I did take my own But many Thanks for that anyway 👍

A hidden gem . Will definitely stay again. Perfectly thought out, with many added extras and great attention to detail. The little things you wouldn’t think of, like ear plugs were all there and plenty of choices in the breakfast/snack basket. So much thought has gone into this place.

We had a wonderful stay at Howee Inn. It’s small but perfectly formed and had everything we needed for one night. Pamela was really friendly and provided clear instructions and made sure we had everything we needed. We were left bread, milk, eggs and butter which was a lovely touch that we enjoyed for breakfast. The local area is lovely too, and we would recommend the local pub for dinner.

Christine and pete are lovely people and they were so friendly that we felt so comfortable and they have thought of everything's for their guesst i mean everything from A to Z everything from cooking to cleaning you wouldnt need anything at all they have thought of everything's and cottage we stayed in was so clean and so tidy and comfortable its so worth of every penny that i have paid and the hut tub was so clean they even thought about hot tub towels bathrooms towels and the lighting around the hot tub was so cute and the set up of the cottage was amazing and i cannot wait to go back soon as possible i would definitely recommend to everyone and plese don't forgot take some dog treats for fredy please he is a lovely dog as i made frindship with him

We had a lovely stay here - the apartment was beautifully decorated and furnished, nice and clean, and full of useful amenities. The sofa could be extended into a sofa bed, and had an extra blanket and pillows inside, perfect to lounge on for a lazy day in. The bathroom was also pleasant, with a nice selection of shower supplies too. Location was lovely, close to a local park/woods and within walking distance to a bus stop into Leeds city centre. Bonus points for the cute friendly cat we got to play with in the garden! I would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our 1 night stay. The annexe was clean, spacious and tidy and the bottle of Cava on ice was a lovely touch. The accommodation is well situated close to Cheshire Oaks and the Colosseum, along with Chester Zoo and the Blue Planet Aquarium, so serves as a fantastic base for exploring... although you could quite easily spend your time relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying some rest and relaxation. Thank you for a lovely stay, we will visit again.

Initially was going to stay just one night , but due to cancelled arrangements elsewhere, Kayleigh gave a reduced rate for further nights, so in all we stayed 3 nights, initially I thought it may be small for 3 nights it actually served us well as so many beautiful places to visit , the reservoir, Bakewell(yes the tarts ), Buxton (The baths), Matlock and Harboro rocks .That we were only around in the evenings. The lounge/tv area is very snug and TV is basic , luckily there are games and we travel with books and an IPad .We really enjoyed our break at KirkIreton .

We had a lovely one night stay. Room was very comfortable and a beautiful garden to sit in and for dogs to play in. Instructions to get in extremely clear and great communication with host. Lovely village and plenty of places to eat or have a drink. If in the future we are back over here would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your lovely home😀 🏡

We loved our stay in the cottage ! Wendy is very helpful and just a message away. The cottage it self is in the perfect location, equipped with everything you need! We even had chance to have a lovely barbecue. We 100% would stay here again, thank you Wendy 🫶

Perfect stay from start to finish, Liz was really helpful and accommodating and there were loads of nice little touches which made our stay amazing. The place it’s self was the perfect little get away for our short break in the lakes in an ideal location with Bowness centre a short walk with plenty to see and do. Would highly recommend !

Had a superb Easter weekend stay in the Peaks. Dominic and family were very welcoming and made us feel at home with great local recommendations. Will be back for another stay I'm sure.

I have stayed with the Glyn & Lynn for a year now (minus July) and it’s been a real home away from home after mine had been flooded. It’s been marvellous and in a way I shall be really sad to be leaving the Croft family. Everything you could possibly want is here. You will certainly have a wonderful welcome and a very comfortable stay.

An Exceptional Stay – Perfect for Bikers and a Peaceful Getaway We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Chris & Nikki’s Airbnb. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome. Both hosts went above and beyond – genuine, friendly people who couldn’t do enough for us. As fellow bikers, they truly understood our needs and even made space in their garage so our bikes could be stored safely and securely. That kind of thoughtfulness really made all the difference. The home itself is in an idyllic spot – peaceful, scenic, and perfectly located for exploring the stunning Yorkshire Wolds. It was the ideal base for our countryside rides. One thing we particularly appreciated was the “no kids, no pets” policy. It’s rare these days to find a place that caters to adults seeking a bit of peace without the added chaos – it gave the whole stay a much more relaxing vibe. A special shout-out to Chris for lending a helping hand when I ran into an issue with my bike – he stepped in

My partner and I had a wonderful time staying at Paul's and Anne's annex apartment. The apartment itself was really nicely decorated, light and spacious, and clean. It was also extensively and very thoughtfully equipped with everything you might possibly need. As soon as we walked in we felt right at home. Paul and Anne themselves were brilliant hosts - they were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and encouraged us (and our dog!) to use the garden as if it was our own. They were also just a lovely couple to chat to. We are already planning a return trip.

I had the most wonderful stay here! A great location to go wandering in the peaks and also spent the day at Lyme Park! Would definitely recommend and will definitely rebook if I'm ever headed to that corner of the world again!

We have just spent 3 lovely nights at Joanna’s beautiful home. Town End Cottage was everything we expected it to be and more. The space is absolutely beautiful with everything you could possibly need. Only a 35 minute drive away from Windermere and 25 from Aira Force waterfall, we had endless options of sights to see. Thank you to Joanna and family (including the lovely kitties) for a peaceful stay. We hope to be back soon!

What a find! If you are looking to get away from it all, then this little nook of Yorkshire is perfect. Spacious and well equipped for two and ideally located for either a do-nothing or do-a-lot break. A quiet friendly pub across the road, and a smashing bar and restaurant a short walk away at the Marina. The Designer Outlet and Fulford are only a short 5-minute drive away and from there the Park and Ride into York saves a lot of time and money. A very positive experience which will look to repeat in the future.
