This hotel from the moment you enter it’s definitely a nice space and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Check in is at 2pm onwards when I arrived it was only 12:30pm and my room was ready and no problem checking in early which was great after a long drive from Sydney. The rooms are furnished very well and the bed and pillow selection was amazing. The rooms are so private and sound proof. I can’t actually wait to stay again and the facilities are amazing too. The secure car parking is also a plus. Thanks again for making my stay memorable. Have no hesitation recommending this hotel to family, friends and business associates. Thanks again…!

My stay at Punthill was truly enjoyable. The place was clean and well-maintained, with excellent room cleaning services that ensured a comfortable stay. The reception team was warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist, making the experience even more pleasant. Being located right across from Knox Mall added to the convenience, with easy access to shopping and dining options. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would gladly return.

My parents stayed in the property and found the place to be absolutely beautiful. The host was lovely and always responsive when send a message. Highly recommended.

So impressed with the value for this place, I had low expectations because it was so well priced but it was clean and comfy and the location was just excellent. Tea and coffee and milk provided. Will definitely stay here again.

Chambre très propre - Hote très réactif et sympathique - Salle de bain parfaitement propre - Transport en commun à côté - seul bemol, la raisonnance / musique qu’on entends en dessous inévitablement. Les chambres sont au dessus d’un PUB c’est stipulé dans l’annonce. A vous de savoir si cela peut-être un frein pour votre sommeil. Pour notre part nous ne regrettons pas !

The apartment is spacious and was clean. Morita is fantastic with her responses and accommodated our requests. Strongly recommend this place.

really lovely place, it's just the right size and it's surprisingly quiet considering its next to train tracks, only heard the trains when i opened the window.
