This a phenomenal place to a stay. Beautiful neighborhood close to everything, apartment is welcoming and full of beautiful art. So comfortable. Will stay again.

We had a fun and relaxing week here. The location is great, with a lot of restaurants, museums and galleries within walking distance. I was working some days and there is a cozy desk spot set up that made that easy. We also cooked a good bit, and the kitchen had everything we needed.

We had a great time at John and Maria’s place. Their place is very comfortable, appealingly decorated and welcoming. All of the amenities made our stay pleasant and enjoyable. We felt right at home. John and Maria’s extensive area recommendations made our stay in Rochester that much better. We had excellent communication. John and Maria made us feel welcome and right at home.

John was a very responsive host. It’s a cute place just off Main Street and very close to local bars if that’s your cup of tea. The lake is also walkable but slightly further away. Love the walk in shower and spot to sit down. Clear instructions on how to get in and check out. We had an issue but he resolved it so fast so rest assured if you have an issue I’m sure he will be all over it getting your situation remedied before you know it. Thanks again John!!

I’ve stayed here before while working locums at nearby Strong Hospital. The location is wonderful… short drive to work, restaurants near the URMC campus as well as downtown, and very roomy. There are 2 bedrooms but I stayed here as a single because it was so nice and therefore worth it to me. The driveway was always cleaned of snow which was nice as I’ve stayed at other places where I had to shovel. John was very responsive to messages, often replying within just a handful of minutes. When the batteries on the remote were breathing their last breath one day before the Super Bowl lol, he dropped off new batteries in time for it to not be an issue. Would stay again for sure.

Laura's basement apartment was a treat. It's everything a guest could ask for: clean, excellent location, well-appointed. It had even had some snacks!

Lori’s place in Fairport was amazing! Spacious, bright and convenient to walk or drive to shops and restaurants. Lovely decor, very comfy beds and bedding and plenty of extra pillows, towels and blankets! Absolutely lovely and homey! We hope to be able to visit again!!

This is a cozy, comfortable house. A quiet neighborhood but close to things to do in Rochester. Trina is a great host. I would stay here again.

We spent the week of Thanksgiving at Noel’s place. It was super clean and comfortable. I enjoyed walking to the lake and watching the GIANT squirrels in the backyard. The Wi-Fi was out when we visited, but Noel took care of us! Can’t wait to return in the summer!

It was just what was advertised. Nice area and would definitely rent again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Staying at Rickey's Airbnb felt just like home! From the moment we arrived, Rickey was extremely responsive and accommodating. He truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. One of the highlights was when he brought us a box full of extra toilet paper, paper towels, and additional toiletries after about two weeks. It was such a thoughtful touch that made our long stay even more comfortable. The space was cozy and well-maintained, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend Rickey’s place for anyone looking for a warm and inviting stay. You won’t be disappointed!

This was our 3rd trip and as always it’s a favorite when we come to visit family in Batavia and Rochester . Owner is wonderful and the place is fantastic . Watched the NYE fireworks from the back deck and love the location .

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was clean, cozy and comfortable. In fact my 11-year-old said it was the best sleep of his life away from home! It was the perfect space for our family of four. The kitchen is enormous and has everything you would need. The highlight is being right on the beach. Morning walks out on Irondequoit pier were private and peaceful. Kristin and Patrick were very kind and responsive when we had a few questions. I would definitely recommend this house for your next Rochester visit. I plan on returning!

Tobiah was a fabulous host. He answered all questions promptly and was very helpful. We had a small gathering of family, coming from far apart and the condo was wonderful! It worked beautifully for our needs. We loved the view of the lake off the balconies-- especially with a full moon reflecting on it! The condo was well-appointed, with everything we needed. It was a very comfortable setting and close to hiking, wineries, and water activities, as well as cycling along the Erie Canal. The condo's location, a short distance between the towns of Naples and Canadaigua, made it easy to run an errand or go out eat. We highly recommend Tobiah's waterfront condo!

Booked as a surprised for my bills-fan husband the weekend of our wedding. Pretty cool place. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was fine! If you’re coming here to watch football- keep in mind it’s a projector screen and not a tv. Sound only comes from the projector. The screen isn’t taught so I don’t think it’d be be best place for watching parties. But other than that we had a great time!

We stayed at James’s place for a wedding in the area. The place was very clean and easy to find. The beds were comfortable, and the jacuzzi bathtub was a nice surprise. James was quick to respond to any questions we had.

I highly recommend Elizabeth's place. It was clean and comfortable and located within walking distance of Blue Cross Arena. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Elizabeth was responsive and we loved her place. we would definitely stay here again!

This was an excellent fit for our family of four, with comfortable sleeping and hang-out space. Everything was extremely clean, and the environment welcoming and quiet. We enjoyed playing games at the kitchen table, having a well-equipped kitchen, laundry, and fitness room. We would love to be back when it's warmer to take advantage of the outdoor amenities and convenient walking location.

We had a wonderful stay. The views were absolutely stunning. It was a perfect way to ring in the new year. Amy was very responsive, and the house was perfect. We hope to return one day.
