Maria is a fantastic host with an amazing space, perfect for a couple of nights with all the facilities and amenities someone would need. Very accommodating and would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay, accommodation was exactly as described. It was nice and quiet, you were able to easily walk to the beach and the shops if you wanted to. A nice touch was the bread, milk, cereal ,orange juice ,tea and coffee that was waiting for you on arrival. We met Pete and Sam who were very friendly and helpful.

Perfect place for our needs visiting family in the area…..everything you need for a short stay including unexpected iron and board which my partner was delighted to find as his shirt was crumpled by the journey! Comfortable bed and extra blankets were a nice touch too as well as hot drinks tray. Thank you Stephanie

Good location for local amenities and getting around the area, well stocked with extras at the accommodation .

A great base for 3 adults and a child of four. Comfortable and clean, lots of books, games and equipment for children inside and plenty to use outside if the weather improves. We were visiting for an Interview and I,m glad to say we will be moving to the area soon.

Amaizing annexe. Kim's place is located in the quiet neighbourhood. In a walking distance to beautiful river Hamble and the local marina. It is specious, spotless and very well equipped. Decorated with a great taste. This lovely place is provided with everything you need even for a longer stay. It is conveniently placed close to Tesco extra and bus stop to Southampton and Portsmouth. Kim and Ian were very friendly and always happy to help. We had a wonderful stay and we will definitely return. Kate&Robert

The annexe had a separate side entrance & parking directly outside. It was very private & peaceful but reassuring to know that the host Angie was next door should there be any issues. The accommodation was exceptionally clean with a modern bathroom & tasteful decor. The space felt bright & airy, the patio doors letting in a lot of light & it was nice to have a small outside area to sit & enjoy both the morning & early evening sunshine. There were limited ‘kitchen’ facilities, a microwave, kettle & fridge but adequate for preparing drinks & snacks. This was anticipated as it was clearly described. I found my few days staying there very comfortable & relaxing. Chichester city centre with all its attractions is easily walkable from the accommodation which was also an added bonus. It’s an excellent base & ideal for anyone wanting to explore all the area has to offer.

We really enjoyed our night in this beautiful, quiet, clean place. The breakfast was a really lovely touch and we really enjoyed it whilst sitting out on the patio, listening to the birdsong and sipping our proper cup of coffee. We'll definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay. Andrew was waiting for us and made our arrival very welcoming. The Annex was clean and comfortable. The food that you provided was appreciated. We had a couple of scenic walks around the pretty village and enjoyed our journey on the Bluebell Supper train.

Espaço muito organizado e tranquilo. Em conformidade com o anúncio. Apesar de não ficar no centro, é bastante fácil e tranquilo o deslocamento por ônibus e estações de metrô para as áreas centrais. Os anfitriões são bastante atenciosos. Recomendo!

Must be one of the best and best value AirBnB in West London. Accommodation is excellent with highlights being; very clean, large comfortable bed, modern bathroom, comfortable living kitchen, great sheltered sunny outside relaxing area, innumerable well designed and thought out details that make this a home from home. Hosts are very helpful and kind with lots of suggestions for places to eat, etc. Their suggestion to go to Hampton Court Palace by the Turks boat was the best possible way to arrive and only £10 return. Highly recommended!!

5* across the board. Lovely house with amazing hospitality from Louise. Brilliant communication beforehand and during our stay, Louise was always on hand to answer any questions. House is equipped with all of the essentials and is perfect for gatherings and parties. It was the perfect place for my friends hen weekend. The alpacas and horses also were lovely to look at!

We had a true ‘get away’ experience staying at Ingrid’s place. The property was perfect for our needs - light and airy with quality furnishings and beautifully decorated but still homely. The garden was something very special - the pictures do not do it justice - it is a splendid space for relaxing either inside or out. The location feels remote but it’s only a 6-7 minute drive to the village nearby. It is very peaceful and a night it is so quiet, except for the sound of the odd owl! A delightful break away and we hope to return someday. Thank you Ingrid.

On top of genuinely getting what's in the description, which is already pretty decent, and a responsive host ready to adjust checkin and checkout times for my convenience, the showering facilities are worth mentioning. a decent shower pressure and hot water temperature is not guaranteed, so it got my attention. Also, amazing towels! I am sure I will be back.

We always stay with Gill when we’re over in Bedford visiting our family. Her place is convenient, homely and ideal for us, and is great value for money. Gill is so lovely and welcoming, and she even brought down books and toys for our daughter, and left an Easter egg and bunny for her on the Sunday. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in town, thanks Gill!

Nous sommes restés 2 nuits pour visiter le Sussex lors de notre périple dans le sud de l’Angleterre. Situé dans la magnifique campagne anglaise, nous avons vraiment apprécié le logement proposé par Christy : charmant, très propre, bien équipé avec de belles attentions pour l’accueil de notre bébé. Je recommande très fortement.

What can I say… literally booked an hour before as felt severely u well at the service station. Super accommodating for me, my husband and our dog Peggy. Beautiful accommodation and superb stay. Cannot recommend enough. If in the area again we will return but I imagine it books up quickly given the amazing cost and hosts. Thank you so much

A lovely stay, albeit quick. I was there for work, so didn't get to enjoy it as much as I would have liked. But it seemed like a lovely place to stay, and I would return if travelling nearby in the future. It was very thoughtful of them to leave some brealfast items, that was a nice touch.

Such a lovely couple. They were extremely flexible with us. They live close by so they greeted us. We were assured that if any problems arises they would be solved. Thank you so much for providing us with such an accommodating stay. Would be sure to stay again and would recommend to anyone else!
