Roberto to świetny gospodarz, błyskawicznie spełnia wszystkie prośby. Apartament bardzo czysty, nowoczesny i bardzo przestronny, zapewnia wszystkie udogodnienia. Miejsce ciche i spokojne. Bardzo polecam miejsce i gospodarza.

This is a unique and spacious apartment that’s located on the second floor of an old flat that’s an 8 minute walk away from Porto Venezia ATM train station. All that is to say, this was a cozy stay that was conveniently located in central Milan. Luca was proactive and very responsive as well! The full kitchen and in suite laundry are a plus! Note: the apartment’s main operable windows face an interior courtyard and a blank wall so it’s not a space that boasts wonderful views of the city. Nonetheless, I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend.

Casa stupenda, posizione ottima, facile per raggiungere in poco tempo Milano, nelle vicinanze alcune attività commerciali che sono state molto utili, come il supermercato e la pizzeria. Super consigliato, sia per la zona, che per la bellezza dell'appartamento, e per il prezzo. Sicuramente se dovesse ricapitare, contatterò nuovamente Alessandro per soggiornare ancora nel suo appartamento.

Wir waren super zufrieden mit der Ausstattung der Wohnung und der Sauberkeit. Die große Wohnung war genau das richtige für mich und meine Partnerin inkl. Hund. Gerade für Fahrradbegeisterte bietet die Unterkunft einen super Anschluss an einen Fahrradweg, von dem jegliches Ziel erreicht werden kann (je nach Ambitionen). Leider liegt die Wohnung sehr nah an der Hauptstraße, so dass es bei einem offenen Fenster recht laut ist. Ansonsten können wir die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Es war alles super sauber und makellos! Check-in war flexibel. 20 min braucht man zu Fuß in die Stadt, was aber (auch mit Kindern) super easy war. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn man mit Kindern anreist, sollte man wissen dass die Treppen sehr steil sind. Unsere Kinder waren aber alt genug, somit kein Problem. Definitiv eine Unterkunft die man empfehlen kann. Riva del Garda ist eine super hübsche Stadt und eine Reise wert !

Große Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf den Lago Maggiore. Das ein oder andere Bild würde die Wohnung noch wohnlicher machen. Super sind auch die zwei großen Balkone und die Poolanlage. Küche ist sehr ausgestattet. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Roberto met us upon arrival and showed us everything we needed for a great stay. He was incredibly responsive, helpful and accommodating. Loved the area. Great shops and restaurants near by. Flat was a little smaller than expected from the pictures, but the rooms and bathrooms were a nice size. Everything was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

The Jacuzzi was a great way to start the day and end it after walking. The hosts responded to messages very quickly , provided a lot of useful information , were responsive and interested in solving problems. Above all praise ❤️ I didn't want to leave) I want to come back when the gardens are in bloom)

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Daniela. Avec son mari, ce sont des hôtes très accueillants, disponibles et qui aiment communiquer. Leur maison est un bon point de départ pour visiter les environs très touristiques du lac Majeur et retrouver le calme après ces journées bien remplies. Je recommande vivement !

Il soggiorno a casa di Cristina è stato perfetto, la casa era pulitissima, ben attrezzata e corrispondeva alla descrizione. È stato facile trovarla e accedere con le istruzioni che ci hanno fornito. È una zona residenziale, quindi molto tranquilla. La casa è molto grande, noi cinque tutti adulti ci siamo stati benissimo. Cristina è stata gentilissima, mi ha dato tante informazioni utili per il soggiorno. Brescia e Bergamo sono a poco più di venti minuti di macchina, il lago d'Iseo è ancora più vicino, posizione quindi molto comoda per i vari spostamenti. La consiglio sicuramente !

We had the pleasure of staying at Cinzia’s place for one night, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The check-in was smooth and Cinzia was always responsive. She was very friendly and had already put some delicious fruits and eggs from her garden for us. The place was cozy, clean, and had almost everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the bedroom was beautiful, especially with no mist on the lake. There was a supermarket and a bar nearby if you needed anything. Since Nesso has plenty of stairs because of the topography, I suggest not going with heavy baggage or suitcases. Ponte della Civera is a must-visit if you have the time. If you don’t have a car, you can use bus C30 from Como, I suggest you check the timetable on the app and buy your tickets in advance; it can get quite crowded. Overall, we had a great time and will definitely book again.

Luca - nuostabus šeiminikas, o apartamentai net pranoko mūsų lūkesčius. Čia viskas apgalvota iki smulkmenų, labai švaru ir jauku. Pasijutome lyg namie. Esame be galo dėkingi Luca už tokį šiltą priėmimą. Taip pat Luca yra puikus slidinėjimo mokytojas, o netoliese esantis slidinėjimo kurortas Valmalenco puikiai tinka šeimoms su vaikais. Ši vieta yra ta, į kurią tikrai norėtume sugrįžti.

We loved staying at Denise's home. The house is beautifully decorated and light-filled, with lovely open spaces for being together. The kitchen is well stocked and I appreciated that Denise said we could use a few pantry items, since we were only staying a few days, and were flying home right after. The beds were comfortable and our girls (ages 7 and 9) love, love, love all the toys and books. After being on the road for a while, staying somewhere where it felt like their best friends lived was amazing! We appreciated the ability to pull down the black-out shades, too, for them and us, as we definitely stayed up later in Italy than we do at home. At night we could hear the creek, and we did a little walking on the path that goes to the lake. Thank you, Denise, for such a lovely home away from home!

The apartment was clean, tidy, and spacious—a true representation of the pictures online. The location near the Metro station made it easy to get around. It is conveniently located near the Metro, which makes it easy to access tourist attractions in Milan and the surrounding areas. Laura is an amazing host—very hospitable and quick to respond to our questions. She also provided helpful tips and suggestions on places to visit, along with guidance on how to get there. Pobyt u Matteo okazał się idealnym wyborem. Mieszkanie przestronne,czyste,dobrze wyposażone. Matteo bardzo był pomocny, odpowiadał szybko na nasze wiadomości. Na zewnątrz jest miejsce i całe wyposażenie na grilla i co najważniejsze miejsce parkingowe pod domem. Lokalizacja świetna. Można zwiedzić piękne Lago Maggiore,a do Como tylko 1 h drogi. Polecam z całego serca!

Die Anfahrt war etwas verwirrend aber beim ersten Blick vom Balkon war das auch schon wieder vergessen. Die Sicht direkt auf den See und die Burg waren phantastisch. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben,sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Klimaanlage war bei den Temperaturen Gold wert. In 5 Gehminuten war man direkt im Zentrum oder am Strand. Wir wurden begrüßt und konnten uns jederzeit bei Fragen oder Problemen melden. Ich kann diese Gastgeberin nur empfehlen.

Palazzo vecchio ma appartamento ristrutturato. Non grandissimo ma per due persone è perfetto. Tutto ben curato, coperte profumatissime, pulizia impeccabile. Nella doccia erano forniti anche shampoo, bagnoschiuma ecc. zona tranquilla (a parte il treno vicino ma di notte non l’abbiamo sentito). Ci siamo trovati molto molto bene e se mai ricapiteremo da quelli parti, torneremo sicuramente a prenotare. Ivana è stata carinissima. Tutto super 🙂💪🏻

Nous sommes restés qu’une seule nuit alors que nous avions un vol d’avion le lendemain. L’accès à l’appartement s’est fait sans problème grâce à la vidéo que le propriétaire nous a fait parvenir. L’endroit était très propre et est situé à proximité de la station de métro Gorla, qui mène rapidement vers le Duomo et autres sites de la ville.

O Fábio é uma pessoa maravilhosa, amamos tudo, ele sempre respondia rápido, o lugar é perfeito, espero voltar em breve para um jogo do Milan haha

Appartement spacieux et très propre, c’était splendide. Mavi a été très sympathique avec nous, nous donnant de supers conseils et nous fournissant deux lits bébés ce qui était pratique pour nos deux jeunes filles. La vue est incroyable, en particulier à l’aube et en début de soirée. Attention, les chambres ne sont pas dans le noir complet la nuit comme le lit est très confortable, que c’est bien insonorisé et que le quartier est calme (à part quelques chiens - et la journée pas mal de circulation-), on dort très bien. Bon point de départ en voiture pour les randonnées comme Monte Falo, Mottarone etc ou pour des jolis coins comme Belgirate. Pour Stresa selon l’affluence mieux vaut se parquer tôt ou descendre à pied ou par un autre biais. On espère y revenir quand les petites seront un peu plus grandes!

Nous avons été très chaleureusement accueillis et nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis comme chez nous. Le logement est parfaitement conforme aux photos. La vue sur le lac et la ville de Luino est tout simplement à couper le souffle. Nous pouvions passer des heures à l’admirer sans jamais nous en lasser ! Le logement parfait pour passer des vacances paisible et agréable !
