Convenient location. Small, but if you plan on being out most of your time, it’s got what you need.

Loved our stay! It was super easy to get in and out, comfy and clean, and a lot to do in the surrounding area.

Me and my boyfriend had an amazing stay at this Airbnb. It was convenient and there were a lot of walkable shops and restaurants. The host was super responsive. Would you stay here again!

This is our second time staying here. It’s a bright, open and airy space with a view of the trees. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the Green Station or to the Main Street for shopping. I love that it has a washer and dryer so we can pack lightly. My husband works effectively from the apartment with a fast internet connection.

Amazing place to stay, felt very safe and comfortable. It was a quiet building wasn’t loud or noisy. Would definitely recommend staying if you and another person are looking to stay in boston. Would absolutely stay here again.

If you want a wonderful, quaint space to be your home away from home, this place is it! The atmosphere in the fall is amazing with all the leaves changing and the cool air. Jayne offers wonderful amenities, and it made me happy to hear the horses in the morning. I would definitely recommend Jayne to anyone wanting to stay in the Essex/Boston area. I will certainly be back again!

Very close to the green line and very walkable and accessible to the rest of the city. Extremely handicap accessible as well. In a nice neighborhood with a couple nice parks right by. Place was clean and spacious enough for 2 people. Parking was a little bit difficult to find but the Marriott courtyard a couple blocks over had a parking garage we were able to get a spot in. Overall, a good place to stay.

what a great place to stay! I had a spotless room, all the amenities I needed in the room, and was so close to the train and supermarket and lots of wonderful restaurants. I arrived about 8 hours late because of flight delays, but it was easy to get in and I felt very safe despite the late hour.

Great location - close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation yet off the main street - and very clean. Great spot for 1 or 2 people.

Great place in Brookline. Close to the T and several nice restaurants. There is free meter parking overnight close by on Beacon St. Clean, quiet, but a bit on the small side. Great place and will visit again for my next trip to Brookline.

Nice place to stay in Boston. Much less expensive than hotels. Very clean. AC worked well. ( stayed in July) Street noise compared to our last stay in Boston was much less. Very quiet peaceful building. Hardwood floors creak quite a bit but certainly wouldn’t keep us from staying there again. We just needed a clean convenient place to sleep and get dressed while visiting our daughter who lives in Brighton and this was perfect. Host replied to our messages promptly. Will stay there again next visit.

My wife and I booked this place extremely last minute (day of!) and had zero issues checking in or coordinating parking--the host was extremely responsive. The location was perfect for what we needed (*very* walkable to Coolidge Corner, great running, quiet). The communal kitchen on the floor (full fridge/freezer, oven, stove, etc.) was a great bonus. As for the room itself, it was exactly as pictured and exactly what we needed. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay. The place was extremely clean and comfortably decorated. While the space was small, it served all our daily needs and was perfect for 1-2 people. We were appreciative of the short walk to the T and found the general experience to be very positive!
