WELCOME Now open for 2026 and looking forward to greeting guests both new and old. Built under the guidance of a wheelchair using friend we have provided most, but not all, of the facilities to suit less mobile visitors, although everyone is more than welcome to stay with us. It is rustic themed and located around 5 mls (8km) from the A1 and 3 (5km) from the M62 motorway, with good road/rail and bus links. All our guests have the full private use of the detached annexe during their stay.

A spacious modern apartment in the heart of the Peak District surrounded by beautiful countryside. Great for families and for groups of friends that might want a walking holiday. Two of the bedrooms can be made up as twin beds or superkingsize. The third bedroom has a double bed. There is also a cot and high chair in the apartment. Stoney Middleton has a friendly pub, village chip shop, curry cottage and The Cupola, serving food etc. Chatsworth, Bakewell, Eyam and Grindleford are all nearby.

This cottage also has the benefit of being fully accessible for disabled visitors, with many extras ensuring wheelchair users or anyone with limited mobility an enjoyable stay. Stable Cottage boasts spectacular uninterrupted views across the valley.
