The Nest

A gentle, quiet space to relax, unwind, and escape. Our special self-contained guest house is named 'The Nest' for a good reason. Small, cosy, and a place to feel like you can truly 'switch off'. For this reason, we decided there would be no television/WiFi. The space is perfect for a couple, or a solo traveller. We also welcome small children if you're all happy to snuggle up in the King bed! We welcome pets, please just give us the heads up. Time to slow down. We can't wait to welcome you.

Highlighted by its gorgeous front veranda and deck for evening drinks and BBQs, fire place in the lounge and lead light doors for cozy winters, reverse cycle air-conditioning is all bedrooms and living area for year round comfort and high speed WIFI .

Bluegum Studio

The Bluegum Studio is a modern, homely, industrial designed accommodation with all the features you need for you stay. It’s set in a peaceful, rural property with surrounding of bushland, Blue Gum trees and clearing. You can choose to relax in the quiet, private accommodation or explore the many attractions that the south west has to offer. The surrounding yard is designed to be child friendly with a mini nature play area. As the area around the Studio is fenced, dogs are very welcome too!

Banksia Luxury Villa

This passive solar Villa is situated at Kilcarnup Beach which is moments from the town centre and Surfers Point. The two large bedrooms have King sized beds which look out onto their own private tropical gardens. There is also Weber BBQ facilities. Keep warm or cool with a split heating/cooling system. The large modern kitchenette comes with complimentary tea, coffee, milk and chocolate. While the luxurious bathroom also has a tropical garden outlook.

Our Studios are built of stone and rammed earth, have cozy queen beds with beautiful fresh linens and super warm donnas.
