Nice and cosy double room in our boutique style hotel, with complimentary breakfast, kettle, Wi.Fi, safe, ensuite bathroom, A/C or heating, according to the season, SKY tv (cable). The hotel is placed 5 minutes far walking to S.Lucia train station and Piazzale Roma (bus station), just a few steps far from the Grand Canal. Reception service isn't always 24 hours, so we like to know your expected arrival time. City tax is not included in price (1.00€ per person per night to get paid cash only).

St. Marks and Rialto are 15 minutes away. Room with private bathroom and direct view on the Accademia bridge and on the Gran Canal. Double bed. For 2 single beds the request has to be done within 10:00 a.m on the arrival date
