This amazing home is located in a small, very quiet neighborhood that is walking distance from bus stop, lake, hiking trails and rec path. My home is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood less than 2 miles from downtown Breckenridge. It sits atop a hill with a huge deck and balcony that offer amazing views of Breckenridge Resort and the 10-mile range. The Lower Flume Trail, and network of connecting trails, is less than a third mile walk from the house and allows for hiking, biking, snowshoeing, or cross country skiing. Also just a short walk away is a stop for the free bus that drops off at the base of the Breckenridge Gondola.

Beautiful Mountain Views

This is the 1st floor walkout of our home. It has its own entry and there is no shared space with us. We occupy the upper part of the house. This is the most beautiful location in the area. We have an outstanding view of the ten mile range and Lake Dillon. It is breathtaking. Our decor is modern with mountain luxury in mind. We have 2 bedrooms with 3 extremely comfortable king beds. Please note, this room does not have air conditioning, but a fan is provided for your comfort.
