Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans l'appartement de Dario ! Tout était très propre et agréable, et les instructions pour arriver au logement étaient très claires. Dario nous a fourni de précieux conseils pour garer notre voiture à proximité du logement, et a été très réactif quand cela était nécessaire. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir :)

Il B&b è in una posizione bellissima e centrale nella piazza all'interno delle mura,questo ci ha permesso di vedere la festa dei tulipani con un posto in prima fila direttamente dal balconcino di casa. Già dall'accoglienza si percepisce che sarà un soggiorno piacevole. Entrando si sente profumo di pulito, la casa è dotato di tutti i comfort necessari, è stata davvero una bellissima esperienza, un grazie a Maria Letizia ed a Gilda per averci accompagnato con i loro servizi in questa vacanza

We loved staying at Mauro's! It was just outside of the city center, very walkable, great views from the building, great restaurant down on the street (osteria gufo). Mauro met us at the rental and walked us up. He left a bottle of wine, water, breakfast items, coffee. Super thoughtful! He has WiFi available and a binder with helpful Italian phrases, local sites with a map, restaurant recommendations, things we didn't even realize we needed, he had thought ahead! The shower is slightly awkward due to size and layout, but the stay was amazing and I would book with him again!

Appartamento intimo in zona molto tranquilla comodo a piedi per il centro di Perugia. Dispone di un posto auto privato: se l’auto non è di grandi dimensioni c’è a disposizione il garage coperto, altrimenti basta parcheggiare il mezzo appena fuori. Appena siamo arrivati, abbiamo trovato l’appartamento riscaldato e il check-in è stato molto facile. Daniela Host molto gentile e disponibile, precisa e veloce nelle risposte.

This is a cute apartment with everything you need. The host was always helpful and responsive. It is in a quiet and pleasant area, but a short walk from the center of town. Highly recommended.

We loved this place. The grandmother welcomed us and she was such a nice lady! There is a lot of space for the kids to play and the view from the swimming pool with the sunsets is amazing! It’s an ideal place to visit some villages in the neighborhood during the day and to relax at the end of the day at the pool. We would love to come back a bit longer!

An Airbnb experience like no other We were fortunate enough to book our holiday at Villa Cellaia and what a delightful surprise. The accommodation is designed and finished to a very high standard and so are all the facilities on site. Stefano, Lisa and their lovely boys treated us like us like friends. They were very helpful, informative and went out of their way to advise and suggest about where to go and what to do. Couldn’t have wished for nicer hosts. What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

Ottimo appartamento, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Arezzo. Noi abbiamo usufruito della casa in gruppo (4 persone) per 4 giorni, e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Gli spazi della casa sono ottimi, avevamo a disposizione un divano letto matrimoniale, un singolo divano letto e un letto singolo. Nella casa avevamo tutto il necessario per la permanenza. Marzia è un ottimo host, risponde subito ed è molto disponibile. Unica pecca: abbiamo visitato Arezzo in inverno, e purtroppo la casa era un po' fredda nonostante i caloriferi accesi (niente di troppo problematico, comunque)

Wat een fantastische huis en tuin. We waren met 3 families in de leeftijd van 8 maanden tot zeventig jaar, voor ieder was er voldoende aanwezig. Het zwembad was fantastisch, iedereen genoot ervan. In de tuin is zoveel te ontdekken, bomen, struiken, kruiden, vol vlinders en insecten en zelf een niet gevaarlijke schorpioen, heel avontuurlijk. Nella was zelf niet aanwezig maar reageerde snel voor onze vragen. Ook had zij een kok geregeld om een avond voor ons te koken. Lily en haar dochter Isabella hebben super heerlijke traditionele Italiaanse gerechten voor ons gekookt, super! En Fabritius bracht een heerlijke rode wijn mee. Cortona is te belopen, wel moet je wat conditie hebben. Het stadje is prachtig en het theatertje prachtig om te zien met een heerlijk restaurant ernaast. Wij komen zeker terug♥️

Ho trascorso un soggiorno indimenticabile a Casa Elisa, situata ai piedi della splendida Cortona. L'atmosfera che si respira è magica: una fusione perfetta tra la tradizione toscana e il comfort moderno. Le camere sono eleganti e abbastanza spaziose, arredate con gusto e dotate di tutti i comfort necessari. Il giardino con piscina è un'oasi di tranquillità, ideale per rilassarsi con un buon libro o per godere di un aperitivo al tramonto. Ma è il calore e l'accoglienza della famiglia di Elisa a rendere il soggiorno davvero speciale. La loro disponibilità nel fornire informazioni sui luoghi da visitare e i ristoranti consigliati fa la differenza. Consiglio vivamente Casa Elisa a chiunque voglia scoprire la bellezza della Toscana, vivendo un'esperienza autentica e indimenticabile.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful house. The design is thoughtful and stylish, the view is breathtaking, and the library is a real gem. Such a peaceful and inspiring space. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. The co-host who welcomed us was incredibly kind and helpful, making check-in smooth and easy. It truly felt like a home away from home. I can brag forever about this place. Cortona town is a very small place within walls and this place is at the top of it, and walking distance to all the places inside the city walls. Outstanding restaurants, great shopping, very friendly locals. The house was perfect and made our time in Cortona memorable. I would definitely seek out this place and even change my dates if the place is not available;that is how much we enjoyed staying here. The view is astonishing. We would make our own coffee in the morning and take it a few steps up the hill so that we could enjoy the view of the valley below. Very clean with all the amenities we needed. Ashleigh is the Perfect Super Host!!!!

Donata et son mari nous ont accueilli chaleureusement, Donata est très disponible et explique tout ce que l’on peut faire à proximité (parcs, aquarium, monuments) le paysage est magnifique, l’environnement est extrêmement calme, très bel endroit où se ressourcer en famille, plein de jeux de société pour les enfants de tout âge et plein de livres, aussi les jeux extérieurs cabane et toboggan parfait pour les enfants, la piscine est extra (eau salée, chaude et à niveaux) avec le panorama sur Sogliano el Rubicone, logement fonctionnel extrêmement propre avec tout le nécessaire, les salles de bains sont parfaites et bien équipées avec des produits écologiques, nous avons passé un super séjour, merci à Donata et son mari pour l’accueil et leur gentillesse nous recommandons ce b&b parfait pour une famille

Ho pernottato presso questa struttura nel periodo dei mercatini, ottima la vicinanza con essi e le varie piazze, La struttura sembra come di stare a casa, la cucina incantevole e particolare, bagni super puliti , tutto come da descrizione, camera da letto spaziosa e confortevole, è stato molto piacevole trovarla su due piani la casa, anche la zona comfort che divide le scale dalla parte superiore è ben piazzata e bella, bagno superiore padronale ampio e la scala posta affianco al lavandino ha il suo fascino. Super comoda dai mercatini , zona centrare e per visitare varie chiese. Se siete ad Arezzo dovete pernottare qui! Host super disponibile e sempre presente, si sta d’incanto.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo all'appartamento di Giuseppe, spazio molto pulito, ordinato e organizzato con tutte le cose necessarie per i giorni che abbiamo passato lì. Lui molto disponibile sia per il check-in che per il check out, e disponibile a venire a trovarci negli orari convenienti a noi e a spiegarci tutto quello che riguardava la casa. Quartiere molto tranquillo, il centro storico si può raggiungere in 10-15' a piedi. La nostra esperienza è stata in generale tutta molto positiva! Grazie Giuseppe!

I absolutely loved my stay here. The apartment is beautiful. The view is beautiful. The people are kind and welcoming. I would come back in a heartbeat. Even though the location is quite remote there is a excellent restaurant/pub walking distance from the apartment. It's an 8 minute drive into Montevarchi. I had some issues finding it but discovered that was an issue with Google Maps. Both Waze and Apple Maps had clear, easy to follow, instructions. Highly recommended.

Alloggio pulito, con arredi moderni e nuovi, in un'ottima posizione in centro. Giacomo è stato molto gentile a tenere un posteggio in area blu al ns arrivo proprio di fronte al portone di casa. Inoltre ci ha fatto trovare in casa acqua fresca in frigo e ovette di pasqua che le mie figlie hanno apprezzato molto. Il materasso del letto e il divano letto molto comodi e abbiamo dormito in perfetto silenzio. Consigliamo vivamente se passate da Perugia di alloggiare qui e anche se dovete fare il giro del lago Trasimeno o restare in zona, in quanto il rapporto qualità/prezzo di questo alloggio è molto buono. This was a great base for exploring the towns and islands on the lake as well as for day trips to Florence and Perugia. The apartment is clean, well-equipped and is very close to the town centre and the lake. It’s also set back on a quiet street away from the main road. Giovanni was helpful and responsive throughout our stay, meeting us at check-in and giving us some local recommendations. Overall, an excellent stay.

Paolo & Carlotta’s place was exceptional. The view from both levels is beautiful. The apartment is in a great position inside the historic centre in a quiet street, yet only a very short stroll to the main street in Montepulciano, that is full of a vast selection of restaurants, shops,wine tastings & everything else Montepulciano has to offer. Paolo & Carlotta were very generous with their recommendations on anything we needed. The apartments really well stocked with everything you need. While in the historic centre the apartment has been totally renovated & it was a joy to stay here. Thankyou for the experience Paolo & Carlotta.

L'appartamento è meraviglioso e dotato di tutto. Si trova in una zona tranquilla che permette di raggiungere in auto in pochi minuti sia Perugia che Assisi. Veramente perfetto!

The apartment is amazing! It’s in a great location to see all the best sights in Perugia. The minimetro stops nearby and the best grocery store in town is a very short walk away. The apartment is well equipped for a long stay. We had all the pots and pans we needed to cook our meals during our month long visit. Finally, Christina is a kind a welcoming host! She provided valuable information and was very accommodating. Highly recommend!
