We loved staying here! Everything was exactly as described/pictured, and it was really a beautiful space. It's clear that a lot of thought was put into making it both functional and beautiful, and our stay was very comfortable. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. In general, it was high quality, above and beyond expectations! Thank you! If you're in the area and have time, Highland Park is a beautiful place to visit, especially in the spring. It's very close by and is filled with flowering trees, mostly lilacs and magnolias, and also has a lot of tulips and pansies with paved walking paths winding through them. It's just gorgeous!

We had the most wonderful stay! Robin and her husband were amazing hosts and just the right balance of friendly and available without being intrusive. The Airbnb was clean and had so many thoughtful details that instantly made us feel at home and relaxed. The bed was comfy and it was a peaceful neighborhood tucked away from any loud street noise. We went out on the lake multiple times in the kayak and had a lovely fire right next to the water. I would definitely stay again!

Very clean space in a great location. The actual space was just like the pictures showed. I had a little problem with the Wifi and they were very understanding and responsive. I would definitely recommend to anyone and if I ever need to stay in Webster again, I would want to stay here.

This was our favorite place so far in Swillburg and South Wedge. Quiet Street. Great parking. SO close to amenities! and a very nice, clean atmosphere inside. We hope to stay here again as we visit the area frequently.

John was a very responsive host. It’s a cute place just off Main Street and very close to local bars if that’s your cup of tea. The lake is also walkable but slightly further away. Love the walk in shower and spot to sit down. Clear instructions on how to get in and check out. We had an issue but he resolved it so fast so rest assured if you have an issue I’m sure he will be all over it getting your situation remedied before you know it. Thanks again John!!

Very peaceful place with wildlife right out back, yet still close to the airport and shopping. Clean and roomy feel. Great community. Super responsive and accommodating host. We'd love to check back in when we return to Rochester!

I was in the area with a work colleague, while searching for a hotel we found Olha's house. We rented it for a week. Nice for us the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Everything was very clean and the furnishings were good. There was nothing missing, especially in the kitchen. There was even a gas grill available in the back yard. When we arrived it started snowing heavily and it continued like that all week. Ohla even made sure the driveway was cleared. There was also salt in the garage to prevent ice on the sidewalks. The rarea was very quiet and you felt very safe. It was also no problem to reach a restaurant/pub in 15-20 minutes by foot. in short, five stars We can only say Thank You

Condo was perfect for our family of five (and could easily accommodate more). The furniture was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat. The kids loved the basement game room and spent hours playing! Conveniently located between Rochester and Palmyra, we were able to enjoy city attractions and historical sites. We stayed three nights, and I’d absolutely stay there again!

I recently moved back to Rochester, NY but my new place wasn't ready yet. I stayed at Adham's home for the month of February. The quaint living room furnishings made me feel at home, and the more modern kitchen and bedroom were both functional and comfortable. Having stayed for so long the washer and dryer were essential. An enclosed front porch was designed as a work space, and being there the month of February the heat vents kept the room usable. The house is set back from the road, which allowed for more privacy but during my time there it snowed nearly every day. Adham always kept the driveway meticulously shoveled, and never commented on my poor reverse-driving skills. My host provided some little extra touches that were both unexpected and welcomed. I can't think of anything that could have allowed for an easier transition. Thank you, Adham!

We had traveled for about 12 hours and very tired when we arrived. It was very comfortable,and clean. Angela is very great host. We appreciate the quiet nights rest and will stay here again

House was exactly what we needed for four adults to stay in town for a few day at a professional conference. Accommodations met our needs. Really enjoyed the living space downstairs and room to gather and relax after a long day of work. Outdoor wrapped porch offered a great spot for morning coffee to the sounds of a quiet and peaceful neighborhood,

We absolutely loved our stay, we felt right at home. The location is beautiful. We would love to come back if the opportunity arose!

This was our 3rd trip and as always it’s a favorite when we come to visit family in Batavia and Rochester . Owner is wonderful and the place is fantastic . Watched the NYE fireworks from the back deck and love the location .
