Cozy retreat is an understatement. This place was great. Exactly as described. Peaceful and quiet surroundings. Would for sure recommend to anyone looking to escape from the norm.

This was one of the most serene stays we’ve had. The farm is so beautiful and we had everything we needed. We loved how everything was organized and easy to use. The little orange cat who came and kept us company every night at the fire pit was definitely my favorite part.

Great home! Clean and well appointed. Only stayed one night as we passed through Charlotte on our road trip but really liked the home.

A group of my friends and I stayed here for a weekend. I am from the area originally and the location cannot be beat. It a gorgeous lakefront property and we rented a boat/captain for dinner on Friday to take us down the river to a waterfront restaurant. We heated the pool but ended up using the hot tub instead. The furnishings and house itself are not new or “modern” but it looked exactly as described/and in the photos, and the house is even bigger overall. For the price, this was a great deal. We spent our time hanging out in the kitchen which had enormous windows looking outside, and on the deck, and it was super comfortable for all 11 of us there. Robert was incredibly communicative and always available to answer questions. We wished we could move in! I’d definitely stay there again. Great for large groups.

We only had one night but wished we had more, in that short time, we were in love with the beauty and serenity of both the bnb space and the lake. Definitely worth the visit and we hope to come back. The host was responsive, friendly and available striking that perfect balance of being there when needed and giving space to just enjoy. Highly recommend! This place is a gem!

We stayed at this Airbnb located in-between Charlotte and Rock Hill, SC for an athletic tournament at Manchester Fields. The kitchen was well stocked, the bedrooms were roomy, and the 2.5 bathrooms were a nice bonus. The back yard is cute with grill, fire pit, and soft-side hot tub. This house is located in a cul-de-sac with a suburban feel with drive-to strip malls nearby.

So much room and so much relaxation! Our special needs family has a few unique circumstances - but Richardʼs home was never an issue for us! Well lit, clean, spacious accommodations with clear and concise resources. We had a wonderful time!

My family was in Charlotte for a sad event and Mikes home was not only very comfortable but had lots of areas of the home we could individually escape to and be alone with our thoughts. We spent 5 nights and went for walks, watched our 2 pups play in the yard and enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen and the cozy dining room for meals. The bedrooms were all nicely decorated and beds and pillows super comfortable. Our trip was unexpected and we hadn’t packed enough clothing. It was super helpful being able to wash and dry our clothes. Mikes appliances were so nice it was a reminder I would love to replace my washer and dryer! My immediate and extended family visit Charlotte often. I am so grateful to have found this gem of a house. No doubt we will be back often. Oh and I must suggest a fabulous place to have dinner if you like seafood and sushi….New Zealand Cafe. Quaint, delicious and extremely affordable. Took an Uber in order to indulge in adult beverages!

I loved my stay at Denise’s Airbnb! She is fantastic! I stayed for 2 months and was in awe of the attention to detail that she has in every aspect of the apartment from decor to comfort and fully stocked kitchen. The apartment was totally updated and inspiring and the location was perfect, close to restaurants and shopping. Denise was the perfect host! She was always ready with recommendations for anything I needed. The fire table out back was a perfect place for a glass of wine and some appy’s. I’ll be back again next year!!! My dog and I felt so “at home”! Thank you Denise for making my time so special!!!

Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We were comfortable and felt right at home. Our kids especially loved the swings and the big tree out front.

I will stay was very relaxing, comfortable and lots of very comfortable couches to sit on lots of entertainment no issues with not having enough pots pans and kitchen where to cook with my favorite was the coffee machine lol plenty of comfortable seats outside. Perfect venue for large family group plenty of outdoor space for relaxation entertainment throughout the house. We are definitely coming back with our grandchildren. And the rooms are very large bedrooms. There was even a variety of music to play. And lots and lots of books for relaxing and reading. I will stay was wonderful.

This place was perfect for our needs... pet friendly with walkable, quiet streets... step in shower... spacious bedrooms... comfy living room... easy access to restaurants and shops... just a perfect location for visiting our family.

This was my first stay with an AirBnB. Check in and out was easy. Backyard was great for my dog. The home is cozy. Slept well and my dog seemed very comfortable as well.

We enjoyed the Airbnb a lot .. it was very clean .. comfortable and convenient to everything .. parking was wonderful .. never had trouble finding parking right infront of the unit.. we would go back next time we are visiting Charlotte 🌺

nice place in a nice quiet neighborhood

Very private, safe, and quiet. Could barely hear a thunderstorm which was great as our dog is scared. Rachel's communication is on point. She was very responsive and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

What a great trip. I was in town for a convention and decided not to stay at the hotel. The place was in an amazing location, I walked to the days meetings, got coffee in my way. Plenty of food options, really no need for a car at all, I took an Uber only once. The hosts made it super easy to check in and even allowed me to check in much earlier than I originally expected due to a flight change. Highly recommend this stay and the hosts. -M

I booked this home so my husband and I could visit our family for the holidays who live about 30 mins away. It was able to accommodate us perfectly. I also have a baby who was able to have an entire nursery to herself which was such a blessing as we wanted her to be comfortable and unaffected. Even though the owners live at the property, the home was absolutely spotless and we felt right at home. They even had a Christmas tree up that we were so excited to gather around on Christmas morning. Very grateful to have found this listing!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The unit had anything you could possibly need. Was great not having to run to the store to get this or that as they already had everything available. Very clean!
