We had a great time at Nature Vista. Venus was very accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage before checking in. The place is clean, quiet, and private. The outdoor shower is a fun feature. The bed was very comfortable, and the amazing view is the highlight of this place. Showering with a view is a great, but the bathroom curtain offers limited privacy at night. A thicker curtain would be nice. The kitchen is minimally equipped, but it was sufficient for our needs. The only downside was the check-in process, which was a bit confusing. We didn’t receive any instructions beforehand and had to figure things out on the spot, which wasn’t ideal with luggage in the hot weather. Additionally, we discovered during check-in that there’s a refundable deposit for the key. Thankfully, we had cash, but it could have been inconvenient otherwise. Clear instructions prior to arrival would have made the process smoother. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and we highly recommend!

Вилла полностью соответствует фотографиям и описанию, уборка хорошего уровня, бассейн прекрасен, всегда был чистым(его чистили почти каждый день) и теплым, даже ночью он был достаточно теплым и мою дочку было сложно вытащить из него 😄. Вокруг очень тихо и приватно. Были небольшие проблемы которые тут же устранялись командой Luxe Villa, так как они находились где то на Катаманде. Территория охраняется 24/7, до пляжа Ката ной идти минуты 4, большую часть по территории Катаманды, до Каты в районе 7-10 минут, идти по краю дороги. Рядом есть как кафе так и отличный современный массажный салон, а так же кофейня Canelle на холме в 2 минутах езды, обязательна к посещению. Было прекрасно и не хотелось уезжать, спасибо всей команде Lixe Villas за теплые приём, в будущем буду обращаться к вам.

Piotr's place was great and very peaceful. There is security at night. A cafe that is a 4-minute walk away is good for picking up snacks. It is close to Kamala Beach and Patong Beach.

We loved Lulu’s place as it was a great location to walk to restaurants, grocery stores, the beach and to get massages! The kitchen amenities were great and we loved that there was a cold water purifier for drinking Just know that the electric use is added to your rental at the end of your stay. Lulu is very clear about that, but it was still a shock when the electric bill was a little over $100 for only 3 nights!

The Place is perfect - with picturesque view and relaxing atmosphere. Everything is prepared for your rest with thoughts about your comfort. Sukee provided us with great recommendations where to go for nice food and interesting time. Would like to come back next time

Alles kwam overeen met de foto’s, wat altijd fijn is. Ik had vooraf geen Google Street View bekeken, dus ik had me de omgeving heel anders voorgesteld, maar dat was eigenlijk helemaal niet erg. Het was alsnog een positieve ervaring met hele vriendelijke buren. De woning was over het algemeen schoon en comfortabel. Een scooter of auto is wel echt aan te raden, want het ligt op ongeveer 30 minuten lopen van Old Town. Als je daar rekening mee houdt, is het een prima plek om te verblijven. Al met al een goede ervaring!

This is a beautiful villa with a stunning view. It’s in a quiet neighborhood next to the forest, so it’s a perfect place for relaxation and small activities (walking, running, etc.). The only thing you should keep in mind is that you probably will need some sort of transportation to move around. This place will be my first choice when I come back. I highly recommend this place.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und haben uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Haus ist geräumig, sauber und bietet viel Platz. Das WLAN war ausgezeichnet. Die Schlafzimmer sind groß und komfortabel. Eine Überraschung war jedoch der Ausblick vom zweiten Stock auf ein heruntergekommenes Gebäude, das scheinbar als Unterkunft für Obdachlose dient. Die Lage ist okay – etwa 15 Minuten vom Strand entfernt, allerdings muss man eine große Hauptstraße ohne Fußgängerstreifen überqueren, was mit Kindern mühsam sein kann. Positiv ist die Nähe zu mehreren Supermärkten. Der Preis von ca. 4500 Baht für 10 Tage für Strom und Wasser zusätzlich, entsprach der Beschreibung, wir fanden ihn aber etwas hoch. Die Kommunikation war aber sehr gut und wir waren auch sonst grundsätzlich sehr glücklich mit der Auswahl. Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden, Waschmaschine auch sowie funktionable Küche. Pool war super mit Kindern und hat auch viel Spass gemacht.

It looks even nicer than the pictures. We are a family of eight and this space was perfect. They had a room all chilled for my 80 year old mother upon arrival and it had its own bathroom on the lower level. The other rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated. We gathered all our laundry after a weeks vacation and the onsite care takers washed it all for us. Super pleasant and helpful which gives us mothers a little break. They gave gifts to the children and my elderly mother. I highly recommend this place and I didn’t even mention the pool and area. It’s just fabulous. The town is 1.3 miles away but just 700 meters away is the Marriott Bonvoy which had a nice fancy restaurant where we had a fancy brunch and bubbles. If you looking for a peaceful beautiful spot this is the place for you.

Thank you for the most amazing holiday! We stayed at this house for two weeks and honestly, it’s completely underrated, even better than the photos. The staff were incredible: so kind, thoughtful, and wonderful with our children. The house was spotless, the beds were super comfortable, and the views across the bay were to die for. We spent our days by the pool, and almost every evening we’d wander down to the beach to eat and watch the most breathtaking sunsets I’ve ever seen. There’s even a great outdoor space if you need to get a bit of work done. They were always on hand with helpful recommendations, and the driver they arranged for us was safe, friendly, and very reasonably priced. Truly a five-star experience from start to finish, we can’t wait to come back!

We had a fantastic stay at Angelika’s place! It’s perfectly set up for two families with children, with two separate villas for sleeping and a shared communal area that has everything you could need. The highlight was definitely the pool - we all absolutely loved it. Everything was spotless and really well maintained. We’d love to come back again someday!

Yun was an amazing host, always very responsive and helpful with anything. The villa matched the description and was perfect for a peaceful vacation. We loved the pool!!! Would recommend this property and Yun as a host!

Bardzo podobał nam się pobyt w tym domu. Obiekt znajduje się na uboczu w odległości dłuższego spaceru od plaży, sklepów i restauracji. Najbardziej lubiliśmy nieśpieszne poranki na tarasie w towarzystwie kotów i kur.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The space was clean, well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was incredibly relaxing. We truly enjoyed our time there. The host was also gracious enough to allow a late checkout, which we really appreciated. The only small improvements we would suggest are softer beds, as they were a bit hard for our liking, and more lighting in the bathroom for applying makeup. It would also be great to have more rugs by the shower for added comfort when getting in and out. Other than that, everything was perfect, and we would definitely stay here again!"

Хозяева очень отзывчивые и всегда были готовы помочь с любыми вопросами. Я чувствовал себя как дома и с удовольствием вернусь сюда снова. Рекомендую всем, кто ищет комфортное и приятное место для проживания!

Мне очень понравилось пребывание в этом комплексе. Ощущение приватности и безопасности. Очень отзывчивый персонал, быстро отвечали на все наши вопросы и просьбы. Квартира была чистой, есть всё необходимое. Расположение отличное - по дороге до моря есть все необходимые магазины и ресторанчики. Бассейн - отдельное удовольствие! Он достаточно большой, чистый, есть душ и туалет. Я могу посоветовать это жильё на все 100% и если приеду вновь в Пхукет, выберу этот вариант.
