You can walk to the beach straight out of the building, no need to cross any roads. Many updates done in March 2021: brand new queen size sleeper sofa bed, brand new stainless steel refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave, brand new furniture, new paint, new flooring, and brand new TV's. We have Netflix and high speed WiFi.

We fell in love with this ground floor, cozy condo with views that connect you to the sugar-white sand beaches and sparkling blue gulf waters. Our corner unit fills the rooms with sunshine and lots of Vitamin SEA and is very accessible to the pool, ocean, grilling area and parking. No hassle or waiting for elevators. HAPPY BEACHING!! Our recently renovated condo on the first floor has everything you could need. Access to the Gulf of Mexico is directly across the street to sugar-white beach sand and emerald green water. If the gulf doesn’t suit you, enjoy the calm waters of the sound on the opposite side of the island, the beachfront can even be seen from the patio balcony. When you’ve had enough salt for the day, take a dip in the amazing pool at the complex.
