I had to cancel the reservation last minute due to unforseen circumstances. Jessica was very courteous in accommodating me and issuing a refund.

This place is in walking distance of anything you would want to do on Waikiki. We walked to restaurants, the beach, sunset cruises, shopping - everything. We had a car but it spent a lot of time parked. Parking is $33/day with in/out access anytime. Very easy and close. We enjoyed our stay in this location and having a kitchen gave us flexibility to cook instead of pay for every meal. The problem is you can just never get everything in to every day that you would like before the vacation ends.

We had a truly wonderful stay in Honolulu thanks to our incredible host, Jean-Paul. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and Jean-Paul was always available with helpful local tips and recommendations that made our trip even more memorable. The location—right by Waikiki Beach—was unbeatable. We could walk to the beach in minutes, and everything we needed, from restaurants to shops, was close by. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, with all the essentials and a few extra touches that showed real attention to detail. Jean-Paul's hospitality and professionalism stood out. He was responsive, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure we had the best possible experience. We highly recommend staying with him and wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future!

Beautiful home a block from Waikiki Beach (Kuhio, so excellent for kids). Amazing views of the paradisiacal ocean, easy access to everything in Waikiki (loads of great restaurants and shopping in addition to beach). Jeanne was a great host, very proactive and helpful. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at Camie’s place! The location couldn’t have been better - just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. The unit itself was adorable, spotless, and filled with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. One of our favorite features was the spacious private balcony, perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked with everything we needed, and having a washer/dryer on hand was a big bonus. Camie was an exceptional host - communicative, helpful, and proactive with everything from check-in instructions to local recommendations. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Exceptional stay. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed, with an unbeatable ocean view from the balcony—perfect for morning coffee or evening wind-downs. It truly felt like a home away from home. Jeanne was professional, responsive, and thoughtful with her local recommendations, steering us toward great restaurants and hidden gems off the tourist track. The beach is just a two-minute walk, which made everything incredibly convenient. Highly recommend this property—I’ll absolutely be returning.

Great location, lots of restaurants and large beach was within a 10 min walk. The bed was super comfy.

Samantha made us feel welcome from day one. Her home has good energy and matches the island vibe. She was friendly and provided excellent recommendations for outings, beaches, and local places to eat. The home, room, and bathroom were clean and modern. The AC unit in the room was refreshing, especially after a day in the warmth, and humidity. It was a pleasure staying in Samantha and Chris’s home.

The house was great and clean with a fantastic mountain and ocean view.

Kerstan and Jerelle were wonderful and responsive hosts. Easy cleanup instructions and also recommendations were great. This birthday trip was one to remember because of this Airbnb. The backyard of views were incredible, wouldn’t hesitate to book again with them. Thank you!

Our first time in Hawaii and it was a Great stay!!! The house was very spacious and clean and there was more than enough space for our family of 6. The amenities were amazing and waking up to the view of the ocean was the best! There are so many beach/snorkeling items that make your stay even smoother. The beds were all very comfortable. Kerstan stayed in contact with us to make sure we didn’t need anything. She was amazing! Will definitely stay here again!!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. Plenty of space to hang out with family. Kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms were well appointed. We felt safe because we were in a gated neighborhood. The washer and dryer were fantastic as well. The only thing that was bothersome, but not a dealbreaker, was the amount of flies. if we kept everything clean, it lessened the fly issue. Thank you again for a wonderful stay. We look forward to staying again.

The house was very clean and well equipped! The house even had beach chairs and umbrellas along with beach towels. Neighborhood is very quiet and private with a gated entrance and lots of walkable paths. Our family of 9 fit perfectly in the house and enjoyed the large patio area. I would highly recommend!

Very quite, peaceful, clean just all around awesome.! Would stay here again. loved hearing all the birds during sunrise while drinking coffee on the deck. Thank you for letting us stay in your home for a week.

What an incredible villa! Fantastic location right next to the beach yet tucked away so felt nice and private. We own several short term rentals, so I can really appreciate the care and thoughtfulness that went into all the details in the villa. It had everything we needed and many items we didn’t know we needed but really appreciated! The bed was super comfy and we loved the decor and feel of the whole villa. So beautiful! We loved being right on property of the Ritz but having more space and amenities than being in a hotel room. Would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect and instructions were clear. We enjoyed the amenities that were offered and the place was clean and comfortable.

Lots of space and will definitely book again

Super cute condo, close to lots of restaurants, the beach & activities/nature scenic points. Easily accessible car rentals in hotel lobby with garage parking & brunch spot. Overall the views from the condo are beautiful, only con I would say is the condo is a little tight if more than 3 people are staying, but it’ll work for 2. Reny was very attentive & helpful, would definitely stay again!! 😊🌺

Jerry’s place in the Waikīkī Banyan is very well located, extremely clean, and very well stocked with anything you could want. We loved being a block or two away from the most central area of Waikiki, but still very convenient to all that Waikiki has to offer - beaches, restaurants, shops, and the gorgeous park. We were only there for two nights, but felt that we got a real sense of Waikiki. Jerry and Ed were super communicative, the unit was pristine, and lacked nothing. The bed was super comfortable, great coffee, and a very nice view from the lanai to top it all off! One of the elevators was not working, but we never waited more than a couple of minutes at most, despite being on the 31st floor. Highly recommend both Jerry as a host, and the unit in Waikiki Banyan.

We stayed for a week, everything was great! The location is great and the place matches the description and the price. We had everything we needed! The view at night is amazing.

Had a wonderful week long stay here! Great views from the lanais. Joan was super responsive and checkin was simple. Nicole the greeter met us and took us to the condo and made sure we got settled in. Ko Olina is a fantastic area to visit and I’m already planning my next trip back!

Diana's place was perfect for our family of 5. The unit was clean, it had plenty of beach toys, comfy beds, a decent view and the pool was beautiful with beach access to the lagoons. The kitchen was well stocked. In the exterior, there's a bar by the pools, and live music in the evenings. The location was central for all of our desired activities. It's in a manicured, family friendly, walkable and safe community with restaurants right across the street from the resort. The resort staff is friendly. Just loved it so much and we hope to return.

Loved the location and great hosts but we booked and paid full fare before finding out that the pool and other amenities that we had chosen this venue for would not be available for our stay. Totally understand that it was unavoidable but we made the booking in the basis these amenities woudl be available and thr price didn’t change.
