Nova York: aluguel por temporada com terraço

Perfekt liten lägenhet för vår familj under vår vistelse. Mycket bra med tvättmaskin och torktumlare samt diskmaskin. Motsvarade beskrivningen och bilderna. Rent och snyggt. Vi träffade aldrig vår värd utan man låser upp/låser själv. Bara mailkommunikation men det var aldrig några problem att få hjälp. Prisvärt. Läget är sådär. Groove street är en bit bort (ca 30 min promenad) där många restauranger finns. Ungefär lika långt till Central Ave med restauranger. Exchange Place är också trevligt med en del restauranger och några barer. PATH in till Manhattan går närmast från Journal Square (ca 15-20 min promenad). Buss in till Manhattan är lite dyrare än PATH men hållplatsen är lite närmare.

Gregory’s place was really wonderful - well Located, well equipped and exactly as described. The neighbourhood is safe and quiet, and there is a lot to do in easy walking distance. Close to several underground stations it took no time to get in and out of manhattan. Greg and Gwen were great hosts too. Highly recommended.

The apartment was an absolute gem. A great space with a large kitchen/diner area, two great bedrooms and a large lounge. But even better it's on a quiet street 1 block from lots of great stores and restaurants and a short walk to the PATH station that gets you into Manhatten in 10 minutes. So you get a great location and a great space at a price far cheaper than staying on the island! Emily gave great instructions and responded to messages quickly and the kitchen was really well equipped. Overall it was a brilliant location for our 13 yr old Niece's first visit to the USA and NYC.

Sabrina is a wonderful hist. She is very responsive and always provides extra paper towels, toilet paper, and napkins when requested. Her place is true to picture. I absolutely loved the kitchen! Overall, great stay and highly recommend.

Kimberly welcomed me whan I arrived and helped me with parking. I was given a tour and was thrilled with this accommodation! It was bright, minimalistic yet had everything I needed and other things I might have forgotten. A variety of coffees and teas were available, not to mention some snacks. I was impressed! It was just how I wanted my stay to be: quiet, clean and comfortable! I slept very well there. My only regret is I didn't have enough time to sit on the porch with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. When I come to visit after my new great nephew arrives, this will be my first choice in the area!

Marcos was an amazing host. This place looks beautiful in pictures and even better in person! It was in pristine condition, immaculate, decorated beautifully, safe location, and we felt right at home! Thank you marcos, we will definitely be back!

El alojamiento en la casa de Howard fue ideal! Estuvimos alojados 10 días en los que pudimos sentirnos como en casa. El espacio es suficiente para 3/4 personas. Con todas las comodidades. La zona donde está ubicado es hermosa, con acceso a todo lo que se necesita, transporte, supermercados, restaurantes y mucho más! En el apartamento hay muchos condimentos, café y todo lo que se necesita para cocinar si uno quiere. Es muy fácil para ir y venir a NYC, hay metro y bus a pocas cuadras. La zona es muy segura, tanto de día como de noche. Howard como anfitrión es muy amable y siempre está dispuesto a atender las consultas. Sin dudas volveríamos a elegir y recomendar este alojamiento!

It was our second visit to Travis's place. Like the time before, the apartment was very clean. The location is near all amenities including restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, etc. The backyard is a nice plus when you're in an urban area. We had a great stay - thank you Travis!

Perfect Airbnb for my group of 8! Easy to get to, very clean and comfortable. Silvia was an excellent host, and very responsive / helpful. If I ever needed to stay in the area again with a group, I would definitely book with Silvia!

Had a short but pleasant stay at Lilia’s place in Yonkers. We had a bit of trouble with temperature control on the first night, but it was addressed as soon as we reached out to the hosts. Spacious accommodations and relatively peaceful, though you may like to bring earplugs if you’re noise-sensitive when sleeping as this apartment is located close to the highway and has window unit ACs that turn on and off noisily. It met our needs and was a convenient location to visit our family in the Bronx!

Great location, beautiful place, great response re. coffee (French press), bath right next to kitchen/dining table and tiny, window was not possible to open. Some regulations and instructions, which should not be necessary because we are guests and should know how to treat other peoples property and treated as such. Trash out is mandatory, run dishwasher ytoo - all airbnb guests should know...

My wife and I stayed here over Christmas. The house was beautifully decorated. The kitchen had plenty of cookware if you wanted to cook a meal. The bathroom had plenty of towels.I recommend this property and would stay here again.

It’s was a top notch stay for a group of friends attending a near by wedding. It was a great deal compared to the hotel and we loved being able to all stay together. It was a very clean space and spacious location! Thanks Julie!

My family and I had very specific needs for a 1 night stay in the Hamstead area and Romaine's place checked all the boxes. 2 separate beds in one private room, and another bed in another private room was exactly what we were looking for for a couple with 2 kids. The bathroom was clean and good sized. The entire place was clean and comfortable, with 2 TV's, a mini fridge stocked with bottled water , microwave, coffee maker and everything you wound need for all of those amenities. Street parking was no problem at all and the house is situated in a nice neighborhood. The host had great communication and everything was explained very clearly. I think this place is suitable for one person and up to 4, and possibly 5 given the futon in the room. I accidentally left a personal item of great importance to me there. The host immediately responded to me when I asked about it and mailed it back to me. It was my mistake and an inconvenience for the host, this says a lot about the host.

This property and host by far exceeded our expectations! Beautiful clean home and friendly, helpful host made our trip perfect!

The condo is very cozy, quiet and well stocked. The location is convenient. The hosts were super welcoming, friendly and easy to communicate with.

The space was very clean and perfect size for a group of 5. We enjoyed spending time at the apartment, in Manhattan, & nightlife in downtown Jersey City. It was great to have an off-street parking spot at night & we felt very safe in the space. However, there is limited street parking during the day & Jersey City itself doesn’t feel very safe (as a group of women who have never been before). Overall though we enjoyed our stay, thank you Erika!

We stayed in the apartment for 12 nights and felt at home from the very first moment we arrived. Hoboken offers many dining and entertainment options if you want to avoid the hustle and bustle of Manhattan. Access to Manhattan is easy at all hours of the day with the PATH station, which is about 10-15 minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment was comfortable for the four of us and met all our needs. The area has all the necessary shops for shopping to prepare your breakfast or a quick meal at home if you do not want to eat in a restaurant. Alex and Matthew were excellent hosts. They were always willing to accommodate us and answered all our questions promptly. They also gave us very good instructions and suggestions for shopping and eating in the area. Our stay exceeded our expectations and we will certainly choose to stay at Alex's and Matthew's apartment on our next trip to New York. Thank you so much for everything guys.

The Haüs of Bliss was just as cozy and kinky as advertised! My partner and I had a wonderful weekend there and loved every minute of it! The projector in the play room was also a wonderful touch where we could watch a movie or show when we wanted to take some breaks. We had so much fun and would definitely come back.

Loved loved loved this place. The rooftop is beautiful. The fireplace actually works! The string lights are a great touch. Kitchen was immaculate. View from the room is amazing. Building was nice. Parking in the garage was provided with a designated spot! And it has a lot of good restaurants nearby in walking distance. The pool table in the common area was also a great touch. I would DEFINITELY recommend coming here again and I know for sure I will be back again! Host was also very responsive and helpful to any and all questions I had. This was one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever had! Love love love it!
