Our family apartment has a private garden and its own private swimming pool in a very central neighborhood in Rome, just a short stroll from Piazza del Popolo. It has been meticulously designed and renovated. There is an open-plan layout with a spacious living room, a dining area with a table seating up to 8 and a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed (180x200cm) and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed (160x200cm). There's a second family bathroom.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Beautiful panoramic penthouse apartment in the heart of Trastevere, in a quiet street. Equipped with all comforts, lift and a shared garden with swimming pool located in a former convent building from the 1500s. The apartment has wooden beams ceilings and Roman bricks which are typical in Trastevere. It has a large bedroom with double bed, living room witha double sofabed, kitchen, private bathroom, attic with a single bed and a panoramic terrace with a unique view of the Janiculum Hill.
