This place was perfect for our trip. Walkable to some great food and coffee.

We had a great stay. House was brand new. Host was great. It was about a 9 min uber to downtown.

What a beautiful home! Our family of five was very comfortable here! Our hosts had taken care to provide everything we would need for a lovely weekend. Such wonderful communication! This home has a fantastic kitchen, if you are looking to dine in. It is conveniently located near several restaurants, and if you are visiting Indianapolis for an event at Lucas Oil Stadium, it is a short 1 mile walk. We will definitely stay here again on a future visit!

Hunter’s place was as described. Very clean and comfortable. Hunter was very responsive when I had questions. Security lights were a bit bright. Perhaps a little darker blinds could have helped. Enjoyed our short stay overnight!

Had a great time. Booked this kind of last minute for the NCAA tournament after having a great time in this space last year for the Indy 500. Very close to Lucas oil. My husband and I walked back after the game and were thankful not to be stuck in traffic. I also got to explore downtown this trip, and I actually walked to and from the house to downtown a couple of times. Yet, it’s a quiet street where we could easily park. We would describe it as cozy. Krystle is also extremely responsive if you have any questions.

Robins place was wonderful! We came for our 3rd wedding anniversary to go to Weber Grill in downtown Indianapolis and the home was far enough out of the city to feel peaceful, but close enough to get there quickly and easily. Home was very clean, well stocked, and welcoming. She has everything you might need; stocked coffee bar, cooking essentials, doggy poop bags for the backyard, light up makeup mirrors in both bedrooms, stocked bathroom, full length mirrors, and so much more!

Great place! Everything was perfect for our stay. Loved how stocked the kitchen was for us to make meals! Will definitely stay again when I’m in town.

Awesome place to stay. Very clean bed was comfortable and the snacks were a solid bonus. If you forgot something he probably has it in the unit! This is not the fault of Gerry but the parking garage is not secure. My vehicle was broken into and the attendant says this happens often. Just putting this here to tell people to make sure their vehicle is locked and don’t leave valuables in it.

Really interesting & fun decor, snacks, coffee and tea, historic neighborhood, plenty of good food and drinks in walking distance, washer and dryer, thoughtful host...good stuff! Thank you!

Skyler was awesome to hang with. After the first night (out of four) I never really saw him much. The listing is pretty clear, so I knew going into it that there would still be someone there, it was a shared space that is always lived in, etc. So, all of that considered, it was what I expected it to be. Also, having a separate restroom was great!

Liliana did a great job communicating before our stay, giving instructions, and quick to respond during so A+ on that. The location was perfect for my wife and I. We had a work function at Weber Grill and we never had to leave the building to get from our loft down to the restaurant since it's connected. Also being connected to TJ Maxx and the mall was a plus which kept us out of the wind & snow. The room was great, just as discribed and shown in the pictures. There was pleanty of space in the livingroom and the bedroom. Its definitely a unique building, because it actually used to be HUGE multifloor department store. We explored around the building and found the theater and fitness center on the 6th floor. The only heads up to others is that the parking is under the building and really tight. We drive a Ford Edge and I was puckered up getting around the support beams and essentially parallel parking into an available space. I'd book a stay here again next time in downtown Indy.

Great for that quick one day weekend getaway. Close enough to downtown where you can just grab an Uber to head down to, far enough away where you get a good night's sleep.

John and Jill have created a lovely home where you can have a lovely bed and breakfast experience. They are lovely people who make the home come to life! It is hard to find a much better combination than what they have to offer with their lovely home, neighborhood and lovely personalities! We won’t forget you, John and Jill!

We spent 4 days with Host Gary at his B&B in the Old Northside. Gary is a super host! He was there for a warm greeting when we arrived and provided friendly chat and interesting details about his lodge and the area. We had a different hot breakfast every morning, delicious home baked goods and coffee – and plenty of snacks in the evening. The inside of the home and our bedroom were excellent. Plenty of beautiful woodwork, artwork, photos and antiques to keep you busy looking and asking questions. Nice private parking area and grounds in a very walkable area of the city. The price was very reasonable - especially considering the week we were there had full hotels for conventions and this home was very luxurious. We highly recommend this lodging and would stay here again.

Bill & Marilyn & Sidd were absolutely incredible hosts. Kindest people. As 2 young women and an lgbt couple, we are always hesitant and cautious about staying somewhere. This is the first time we’ve ever had the experience of staying with the hosts and I have nothing but amazing things to say. And they serve breakfast that was very delicious!

I had an excellent experience at this bed and breakfast in the short time I was there. Gary was extremely accommodating to my timeline and was very welcoming. The room was comfortable and as advertised. If/when I come back to Indianapolis, I will certainly look to availability here first.

We had a lovely stay. Great location and loved the house..received a complete tour upon arrival.

The Stone Soup inn was a gorgeous bed and breakfast. The hosts were very accomodating with our last minute booking, were helpful and gave us a tour of the facility. With Covid19, they took great care with cleanliness and hand sanitizer available at check-in. Even though breakfast in the dining area wasn't available due to the circumstances, room service brought breakfast baskets to our room, complete with extra coffee! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will most definitely be back.

Do not hesitate to book Terri’s place. She is the sweetest person that makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. She puts thoughtful decor and touches throughout the space. The neighborhood is quiet and charming. You are only 15 minutes from downtown Indy and it is an easy drive. Terri is quick to respond to any text. We had a wonderful stay for the solar eclipse. She even had eclipse themed snacks and linens for our stay ❤️ We had a wonderful time.

Bill and Marilyn were very wonderful hosts who went out of their way to make us feel at home. The house has such a great history as we found out through engaging conversations. The house was beautiful with plenty of room and stories for almost every room. Breakfast was AMAZING and they are flexible for dietary restrictions and preferences! Bill and Marilyn are the sweetest and you can really feel the love they have for their home and the interest they have in hosting guests!
