Nous avons passé une très bon séjour, la maison est très paisible, agréable à vivre et bien équipée. L’espace piscine est top! Maria nous a bien accueilli et a toujours été disponible et réactive.

Merci à Antonio et Manuela pour leur gentillesse, leur bienveillance et leur accueil chaleureux. Nous nous sommes trouvés comme à la maison. Le logement était impeccable, très propre, avec des équipements au-delà de nos attentes, il y avait tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un excellent séjour. Nous avions la piscine en exclusivité car nos hôtes étaient très discrets et attentionnés ( Merci Antonio pour tes conseils et attentions lors du problème médical d'Aurélie 🙏). Le logement et est même plus grand que sur les photos, avec beaucoup d'espace et de confidentialité. Nous avons pu visiter Padoue, Vérone, Ravenne, Bologne, Venise, Vincense, Ferrare , le lac de garde, le tout à 1h/1h30 maxi, idéalement placé pour découvrir le région, au calme à la campagne. Nous avons pu manger tous les soirs dehors, pas embêtés par les moustiques. Ravis de notre séjour et aussi de la belle rencontre avec Antonio et Manuela qui sont de belles personnes. Nous reviendrons et recommandons +++👍Ciao

мы провели в доме 10 волшебных дней. Гуляли и возвращались в дом как в нашу тихую гавань, дарующую усталым путникам спокойствие и прохладу в тени деревьев. На машине мы посещали местные достопримечательности и исследовали пляжи. Все было великолепно! Мы предпочитаем готовить сами и в доме все было для этого. В 5 мин езды от дома есть новый и большой продуктовый магазин EuroSpin. Для большего комфорта нам не хватало посудомойки и микроволновки, но мы знали что их нет и были к этому готовы. Много различных моющих средств и это позволяет легко поддерживать чистоту в доме. Дом чистый и просторный и имеет 2 терассы, есть возможность делать барбекю что мы с удовольствием сделали. Бассейн в 20 шагах от дома и это большой плюс. Уважаемые Titti E Vito, больше спасибо Вам за эту возможность провести наш отпуск в вашем доме. Мы без сомнения рекомендуем тут останавливаться всем желающим.

Fabio ist ein toller Gastgeber. Wir haben uns in dem Haus richtig wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Garten war toll und hat besonders den Kindern total gut gefallen. Der Pool ist ansprechend und super für eine Abkühlung an heißen Tagen. Im Garten wachsen Feigen Bäume mit super leckeren Früchten. Fabio hat uns begrüßt und verabschiedet und zwischendurch immer gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist - ein wirklich toller Service. Sollten wir nochmal in die Region kommen ist Fabio sicher unsere erste Wahl.

Donata et son mari nous ont accueilli chaleureusement, Donata est très disponible et explique tout ce que l’on peut faire à proximité (parcs, aquarium, monuments) le paysage est magnifique, l’environnement est extrêmement calme, très bel endroit où se ressourcer en famille, plein de jeux de société pour les enfants de tout âge et plein de livres, aussi les jeux extérieurs cabane et toboggan parfait pour les enfants, la piscine est extra (eau salée, chaude et à niveaux) avec le panorama sur Sogliano el Rubicone, logement fonctionnel extrêmement propre avec tout le nécessaire, les salles de bains sont parfaites et bien équipées avec des produits écologiques, nous avons passé un super séjour, merci à Donata et son mari pour l’accueil et leur gentillesse nous recommandons ce b&b parfait pour une famille

Abbiamo trascorso qualche giorno con mia moglie e il cane nella struttura di Riccardo e l'esperienza è stata eccezionale . Spazi ampi , appartamento attrezzato perfettamente , giardino personale , ambiente amichevole ,.....come essere a casa . Anche Yuma ha apprezzato moltissimo :) ed è un posto in cui torneremmo volentieri . Grazie ancora a Riccardo e alla sua famiglia per tutto

Wir hatten sehr schöne und ruhige Tage bei Vittorio. Es ist ein sehr schönes Sommerhaus von der Familie und ist paar Minuten vom Meer entfernt. Wir haben alles im Haus, Garten und die Insel genossen. Danke für so schöne Unterkunft. Vittorio antwortete sehr schnell immer und hat uns immer unterstützt in allen Wünschen :D Die Insel war super leer zu der Zeit, alles inclusive Lebensmittelladen war zu. Die Gegend ist irgendwie Einmalig in verschiedenen Hinsichten. Es war sehr warm und ruhig. Auch für ein kleines Kind geeignet. Wir können nur weiter empfehlen...

Casa accogliente pulita in pieno centro. Parcheggio comodo e non lontano dall’abitazione

L'appartamento é in una posizione fantastica, a due passi dalla strada principale del centro di Chioggia. Ottimo il check-in in autonomia, con tastierino numerico comodissimo. L'alloggio ha un ingresso indipendente direttamente in strada e si sviluppa su 3 piani: ripostiglio/lavanderia al piano terra, cucina, salottino, bagno, camera matrimoniale al primo e una camera tripla piú un ripostiglio al secondo. Di sicuro ha superato le aspettative, comodo anche per 5/6 persone. Mattia é stato molto gentile e disponibile, rispondendo ai messaggi sempre in poco tempo, dandoci anche consigli su come muoverci per prendere il traghetto fino a Pellestrina. Se ci sarà occosione sicuramente torneremo. Ottima esperienza

Mini appartamento prenotato all'ultimo momento, corrispondente a foto e descrizione. Marco molto gentile e disponibile, estremamente rapido nelle risposte. Soggiorno piacevole con l'unico consiglio di sostituire rete e materasso, troppo morbido, ma comunque confortevole.

We had an exceptionally pleasant experience during our stay. The host Guendalina and her husband Paolo were extremely kind and always available. The apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious, comfortable, and just a short five minutes walk from the historic center of Ferrara. Everything was within walking distance. The biggest hit with the kids was the football table. We will definitely return to gorgeous Ferrara for a longer stay.

Nous avons loué le logement pour un roulage sur le circuit de Misano. Le gîte se situe proche du circuit et proche de restaurants accessible à pieds. Les hôtes sont disponible et très sympathique. Le logement est fidèle à la description. Nous recommandons.

Die Wohnung ist ein kleines Juwel mit eigener Eleganz. Wir waren schon von den Fotos der Anzeige sehr angetan, die Wohnung hat dann bei Ankunft auch genau diesen entsprochen. Gleich hinter der Promenade in einer Seitenstraße gelegen, nur wenige Minuten zum freien Strand war die perfekte Lage für uns. Der Parkplatz im Hof kam uns mit Kombi sehr entgegen, auf der Straße war meist nur Platz für kleinere PKW frei. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten und für 4 Personen perfekt. Sie war blitzsauber, gepflegt und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Die beiden getrennten Toiletten sind sehr von Vorteil! Die tolle Dusche im hochwertigen Bad war sehr entspannend. Gianmaria ist sehr nett (viele Grüße von uns 4 und DANKE für die tolle Zeit) und steht für Fragen oder Probleme jederzeit gerne zur Verfügung. Wir haben uns während des Aufenthaltes wie zuhause gefühlt. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen!

Tolle Location mit Pool & Außengrill, leise und uneinsehbar. Sehr netter Kontakt, hat immer schnell reagiert u. alles super organisiert. Ich kann diese Destinatation und den Kontakt mit Michele nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Zur Verfügung stand auch ein Golfcar, zum Einkaufen, Essen gehen oder zum Strand auf der Insel. Wir waren zu Ende der Hauptsaison (Ende September) auf der Insel, da hatten leider schon das eine oder andere Geschäft zu. Meiner Frau u. mir fehlte allerdings eine Außendusche im Außen-/Poolbereich.

Host molto gentile e disponibile, c'era un piccolo malfunzionamento della TV e ha provveduto a farla sistemare in giornata. Appartamento fornito di tutto il necessario, speriamo di poter alloggiarci di nuovo in una stagione più calda per poter godere appieno del giardino

Ein fantastischer Aufenthalt, der Strand ist direkt hinter dem Haus, Geschäfte und Cafes nebenan, auch der Garten war unglaublich schön, inklusive eines großen Privatparkplatzes. Alle Italiener sind äußerst freundlich und kommunikativ. Und die Innenstadt wäre sogar zu Fuß zu erreichen, um das Parkplatzproblem zu umgehen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Das Haus ist leider sehr hellhörig, ab 5 Uhr hört man die Vögel pfeifen. Aber insgesamt mein schönster Urlaub.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana meravigliosa presso l’alloggio di Mauro. La casa è circondata da paesaggi stupendi e l’ampio giardino interamente recintato è perfetto per chi ha cani o bimbi piccoli. Mauro è un host gentile, disponibile e molto discreto. La casa è spaziosa, dotata di ogni comfort e la pulizia è impeccabile. Consigliamo vivamente a tutti un soggiorno in questa oasi di pace, non ve ne pentirete.

We had an excellent stay! The accommodation is in great condition, very clean and well-maintained. The location is perfect for nature lovers, with beautiful landscapes and plenty of outdoor activities. The host, Claudio, is exceptional, very welcoming and attentive to every detail. U Maura a Fiorelly sa nám veľmi páčilo. Apartmán bol dôkladne čištý. Nachádza sa v tichej časti Cesenatica, asi 8 minút peši od pláže. K dispozícii na použitie sú aj bicykle, ktoré sú síce staršie, ale na kratšie vzdialenosti bez problémov použiteľné. Apartmán bol veľmi dobre vybavený, výborné wifi pripojenie. Deti využívali aj záhradu - vyzdvihujeme aj milých susedov, ktorí nemali problém, keď im lopta skončila v ich záhrade. V blízkosti sú v rámci prechádzky v dosahu obchody a reštaurácie. Parkovanie v máji na ulici bez problémov. Komunikácia s prenajímateľmi bola veľmi dobrá a bezproblémová. Tento apartmán môžeme určite odporučiť. Ďakujeme, veľmi dobre sme si oddýchli a radi prídeme aj nabudúce.

The flat is great and the location is simply top. Everything is just like on the photos. The kitchen has everything needed for cooling and a solid stock of coffee. The small garden is great for kids to run about. The bicycles are nice and working but not for smaller kids unfortunately. Well, you can't have absolutely everything) Rather difficult to find a free parking spot nearby, but the paid one is easy to find and not too expensive. All in all we are very happy with our stay. The price is just right too. Highly recommended!

Tolle Unterkunft für Familien mit Kindern! Sie bietet genügend Platz und Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Alex war sehr schnell erreichbar und entgegenkommend (bspw brauchten wir nochmal einen Ventilator, ohne die hätten wir nachts nicht überlebt.. war sehr warm im August). Vielen Dank nochmal!
