Brooklyn: aluguel por temporada para famílias com crianças

It was our second visit to Travis's place. Like the time before, the apartment was very clean. The location is near all amenities including restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, etc. The backyard is a nice plus when you're in an urban area. We had a great stay - thank you Travis!

My family had a wonderful stay at William’s place, the children were very excited they especially loved the upstairs bed…can’t tell why the bed makes them happy 😅 but, from they are happy, I am happy. The stay was a good one, thank you William for your quick response when called upon, and for making sure that the stay was a good one.

La casa de Nehprii es muy antigua y bonita. La ubicación es genial y la relación calidad precio es buena. Pero se ve que esta un poco descuidada: primero la limpieza, toalla y sábanas ok pero a bajo de los muebles había mucho polvo. La casa esta llena de objetos, y seguro para limpiar no es lo máximo: hay una guitarra, una cinta para correr bajo de la cama, libros, electrodomésticos puesto allí que no funcionan, platas que en las fotos no están puesta, quizás esten hecha hace muchos años! Nehprii fue muy amable con nosotros de toda forma nos permitió dejar las maletas algunas horas más después del check out. Gracias!

Beautiful space literally said Wow! when I open the door. Love the rustic exterior and the luxe interior surprise. Exactly like the photos. Fantastic for families. Spacious and bright. Quiet block and very walkable to all local amenities and transit. Big comfy sectional made my kids feel right at home. My only cons is the addition non-refundable fee of $100 for a damage waiver,required through the 3rd party verification process that many Host are Now using on the platform. FYI* This not included in the booking price & without any knowledge of until after you’ve paid your nonrefundable booking. Think it’ll be fair that these fees be included and way more transparent prior to booking. 2-other was the bedding wasn’t the best quality. Worn out pillows and a broken bed that rocked. All beds are super soft memory foam. It didn’t make for a well rested sleep. Aside from the minor cosmetic inconvenience that can be improved, it’s a fabulous unit highly recommend it, we definitely book again

Gute Lage, etwas weiter weg als Jackson Street (wie beschrieben). Blitzsauber geputzt und alles vorhanden, was es braucht. Vereinzelt ein paar Ameisen waren vorhanden. Sehr gemütliche Einrichtung und super bequeme Betten! Riesengrosser Kühlschrank und sogar Kaffekapseln und Tee zur Verfügung. Herzlichen Dank - wir haben es sehr genossen!

The host is very accommodating and the house was very nice. The room was perfect to lay your head for a night. Would highly recommend staying.

The flat is in a perfect location for my family visit which is in one of my favorite neighborhoods in Brooklyn. Camille is so easy and communicative with the specifics it made my stay relaxing to be in such an organized space that is welcoming and enjoyable esthetically too. I hope to book the flat for a future visit.

Bright, beautiful, sparkling clean apartment, right in the heart of things! The apartment itself was immaculate. Lots of reviews complained about the noise from upstairs, but we didn’t find it offensive or as loud as some suggest. If you’ve ever lived in an apartment, or stayed in a hotel, there is always residual noise. We seldom heard anything. I travel with a white noise machine, so sleeping wasn’t a problem as some others had claimed. I also saw that Nicole has one by the bedside! Nicole was a great host, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed and letting us know we could reach out to her if we needed anything. There are many good neighborhood restaurants and coffee shops. Close to the subway, and easy to navigate around. We would definitely book again on our next trip to BedStuy.

We stayed at this little place right where Chinatown meets the entrance to Little Italy, which was a perfect location for our one night in New York City! Amazing Osso Bucco, and fabulous Aperol spritzes everywhere, with a little park nearby to walk to with our toddler ! This lovely little space (with an elevator!!) was an excellent place to escape the bustle on the streets below. It worked great for our little family.

This was one of the best airbnb's we've stayed in! Ana was a very communicative host, super easy check in, beautifully equipped, extremely clean and very comfortable beds. Easy walk to the subway and area restaurants, and a quiet neighborhhod at night. Parking was a bit of a challenge but we always found a space within a block. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing week at Casa Corgi. The apartment was really spacious and light, fab kitchen and bathroom and plenty of space for our family of four. It was lovely to have some kitchen and bathroom essentials provided and there were board games that we enjoyed playing. It was in a great location, loads of cafes and shops within easy walking distance and helpfully mapped out in the welcome pack in the apartment. Getting over to Manhattan via the PATH train was very easy with Grove St station only 10minutes walk. Would 100% recommend and would love to stay again in the future.

An absolutely great place to stay in New York City. Reactions were quick and kind; the room was clean and had everything we needed.

We had a great stay at Corey’s, all the beds were comfortable and the apartment was well air conditioned to ward off the heat outside. Corey left lots of coffee and snacks to make our stay comfortable. The area is ok - it’s safe and quiet, and has a subway station just around the corner, about 15 mins to williamsburg and 30 mins to Manhattan. For the price, I would definitely recommend.

Obwohl die Unterkunft eine sogenannte Souterrainwohnung war (auf einer Seite sieht man die Füße der Vorbeigehenden; die andere Seite hat jedoch einen Zugang zum Innenhof) haben wir (3 Pers.) uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Dadurch, dass wir tagsüber immer in NY-City waren hat es uns auch nicht weiter gestört. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr ruhig. Im nahen Umfeld gibt es e. kl. Minimarket, kleine Restaurant (Take-away, Asiaten, Mexikaner, Brasilianer, super nettes Frühstücks-Cafe usw.) Ein größerer Supermarkt ca. 15 Min. entfernt (zu Fuß). Noch 1 Block weiter gehen und man sitzt am Ufer vom Hudson-River. Genialer Blick auf die Skyline; etwas nach rechts gehen Miss Liberty. Zur Station "Groove" vom "Path" sind es nur 5 Min. Mit dem Zug ist man in 20 Min in Manhattan World-Trade-Center. Nur dicke Socken oder Hausschuhe sollte man dabei haben. Der Boden war schon recht kühl (April). Am Ende waren wir froh nicht Downtown zu sein. Die Gegend hat Charme.

Harder to find an NYC Airbnb these days and this one is a gem in a great neighborhood. It is cleaner than a hotel and stocked so well we were right at home. The setup was very private for two friends but we still had space to hang out together. I also appreciated how incredibly quiet it was. Cannot stress enough how incredibly clean everything was and I appreciated that they did not use scented air fresheners. From hooks on the walls to blackout shades to games and even ground coffee for the coffee maker, our hosts really thought of every detail for this place!

Such a nice, quiet place in the craziness of NYC. Robert was a super good host and communicator. Just a little tipp: if you are looking for a place to store your bags, don't use the bounce closest to the apartment, because they might not be there when they tell u. We waited half an hour together with angry people trying to get hold of their post and went to the next bounce after at Broadway, which worked just fine!

The pictures of the apartment are accurate. We stayed there seven nights and did not have any problems. It is just off Emmons Avenue. The Holocaust Memorial Park is across the street. The subway station for the Q and B are a couple of blocks away. One can see the Tower of St.Mark's Catholic Church from the living room window. Will definitely stay again.

This airbnb is beautiful! It's clean, well-located, and comfortable. Anthony was very communicative. I loved the backyard access. I would happily stay here again.

This is a great stay. lots of space and a full kitchen, clean apartment and 11 minute walk from the train station which is super convenient. There are plenty of restaurants on this street alone to keep you busy for awhile. 10/10 experience.

Ken's place was a block away from my brother's home. Couldn't have been more perfect. Such an easy walk to the Path Station. Felt quite safe in the area. Lots of light. The sleeper sofa has a memory foam mattress. My oldest brother, 6'6", said he slept comfortably. Great value. Already referred a friend there.

This place is great for a big group! Lots of room and a beautiful terrace at the top.

Great stay in Hoboken for our family of five. Beautiful apartment with plenty of room and very nice backyard area. Location is very accessible to PATH station and great restaurants. Definite will stay here again.

Wir hatten 12 sehr schöne Tage in der Wohnung von Christabella. Die Lage ist ideal, um sowohl New York City als auch die reizvollen Gegenden am Westufer des Hudson River zu erkunden. Besonders praktisch: Der nahegelegene PATH-Train bringt einen in nur 8 Minuten zum World Trade Center und in 19 Minuten zum Empire State Building – die Anbindung an Manhattan ist also perfekt. Aber auch Jersey City selbst hat viel zu bieten, mit zahlreichen guten Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Christabella war jederzeit sehr freundlich und hat schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet. Die Wohnung war genauso, wie sie beschrieben wurde – sauber, gut ausgestattet und mit allem, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
