Brooklyn: aluguel por temporada com home theater

Very nice cozy place, nice neighborhood near branch brook park (the one with all the cherry blossoms in April). Inside of home is very nice and clean. Bathroom was great and tv in room was appreciated. Thanks!

Thank you for letting us stay at your place—our stay was peaceful and enjoyable. I stayed with my family including (3 kids) and the place was spacious and comfortable for us, the house was very clean and well-organized, which my family and I truly appreciated, it was their first time in this country for my cousins and they had a great time they visited the park, the mall and surrounding areas that are relatively close to the area where the Airbnb is located and very walkable. We really appreciate your hospitality. Thanks again!

My family and I ....which included 2 toddlers (4&5) stayed here for a few days around the Easter holiday for a mini staycation. We had a phenomenal time. The Frozen themed room....well my girls wanted to pack it up and take it with them. Miss Margaret was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean and spacious and had all the list of amenities and if you needed something Margaret was on top of it she is very responsive and welcoming. I highly recommend staying here and my family and I will surely be back if she'll have us 🙂

Brynda and her wonderful home was peaceful sanctuary for me. She allowed me an early check-in, late check out, one night we went out to local mic night, she was a super hospitable friendly host who I appreciated enormously. She was very clear about her house wishes, which made it easy to understand and easy to ask any questions I needed to. The loft space was cute and had everything I needed. I hope to return soon. Luca’s place was just as described and looked exactly like the pictures. Luca was very responsive throughout the whole trip and was very quick too. The only issue you might have is just finding parking especially if you’re coming to the home late at night.

Jenn and Eloise are the best host partners a guest can meet. Very friendly and happy to welcome guests and make all possible for a pleasurable stay. Good communications. The home is in a very nice quiet neighborhood with safe parking available, close to the Boardwalk and beach. Nice architectural details, large and comfortable shared living, dining room, kitchen downstairs. Good variety of coffee caplets and teas, scones and croissants for breakfast. Nice wide stairs lead to the second floor where the bedroom and bathroom are. Very comfortable king size bed. One of the best stays in Long Beach.

Comfortable bed and privacy. I could sleep well, easy check in-out. I felt safe in the very nice neighborhood.

Exactly what we needed! Mark’s place is in on a quiet street with free street parking and within walking distance of a bus stop to get into the city. Couldn’t have been easier to get to and from NYC and it was great to have a nice, calm home to come back to after a busy night in the city. Definitely recommend for anyone planning a trip to New York!

Great house. Well stocked, comfortable. The games room is an absolute win! Easy connection to public transportation and shops. Would recommend for families.

The place was peaceful and quiet. The layout of the house was great. Plenty of space for kids to play. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Would certainly recommend the place. It’s is 10 mins drive away from American Dream water park.

Michael’s Bed and make your own damn breakfast was advertised perfectly! And I could not have been any happier. We need a place to lay our heads at night by NYC that did not charge an arm and a leg. Not only did we get that but also a super fun experience and a wonderful host to chat with.

Walking distance to lirr and buses .. safe neighborhood .. property access through combo locks .. shampoo soap blow dryer clean kitchen .. just the best !!!!

Un séjour parfait, je recommande les yeux fermés ! J’ai passé un excellent moment dans ce logement. Tout était conforme à la description. L’appartement était d’une propreté impeccable, très bien équipé, et décoré avec goût. Le lit était confortable, la literie de qualité. L’emplacement est idéal : calme mais proche de tout, avec commerces et transports à proximité. Et surtout, l’hôte a été d’une grande gentillesse, très réactive et attentionnée tout au long du séjour. Tout est très bien indiqué pour rejoindre New York en très peu de temps. C’est avec plaisir que je reviendrai si l’occasion se présente. Merci encore pour cette belle parenthèse !

Mi estancia con Tako , por un dia , fue de lo mas Agradable, desde el momento que llegue Tako se mostro siempre Amable y dispuesta a ayudar con cualquier inquietud, su departamento es muy bonito y me gustó el Área que le dedica a la Música y a ser Dj, en dónde pude apreciar su buen Gusto por la Musica y su colección de Discos , al igual que sus 2 Gatitas que fueron muy amigables, si tuviera que ir nuevamente ya sea por un concierto o por otras razones, definitivamente elegiría éste lugar para quedarme de nuevo, Gracias por Hospedarme durante una noche!

Tako’s NYC apartment is a comfortable and beautiful space. The room had plenty of daylight and fresh air. The common areas are cozy with some nice furniture, and are touched with Tako’s hobbies like music and arts. It’s filled with skylights in the day, and mood lighting at night. I felt comfortable and welcomed, like staying with an old friend from college. Tako is also a very accommodating host, and will answer any questions and requests, and will also offer a cup of coffee or tea! The bed-stuy neighborhood in Brooklyn is charming and homey. It’s a working-class neighborhood, so it’s nice if you want to be less touristy or want a more “authentic New Yorker” experience. The subways are about a 15 minute walk in either direction: G to the west, and M J Z to the east. Citibike is on the nearest corner.

Le logement est vraiment pratique pour visiter New York et à seulement 6-7 minutes à pieds des lignes de PATH qui vont sur Manhattan. Hoboken est une belle ville aussi à visiter avec tout à proximité. Pranay et Urja nous ont vraiment bien accueilli et nous ont donné beaucoup de conseils pour nos visites. Ce sont de supers hôtes 😉 Thank you !
