Il residence è in centro, ideale per muoversi a piedi, un centro commerciale di fronte per ogni esigenza e a 2 passi dal mare. La zona è tranquilla. Consigliatissimo.

Πολύ όμορφο και άνετο διαμέρισμα. Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία.

Absolutely perfect! Great location, 2 minutes walk from the beach. Free private parking, fast internet. Cute, spotlessly clean apartment, 2 bedrooms with 2 separate bathrooms. Enrica was great - responsive, helpful, with great suggestions. Her recommendation of La Siesta restaurant nearby / on the beach was amazing - great food, cozy atmosphere, super friendly waiters. While our family overnight stay in Riccione was supposed to be only an in-between stop on Mirabilandia / San Marino /Gardaland trip, Enrica made sure we’ll remember it fondly. Big THANK YOU!

Warm, cosy, clean and modern, this room is very close to the beautiful Rimini beach, and also within walking distance of the historical quarters. Patrizia was very welcoming and check in and check out was very simple and efficient. Highly recommended for your stay in Rimini!

Fabiola è stata gentilissima, la casa era deliziosa e molto pulita. La posizione, non molto distante dal centro era molto comoda, per gli spostamenti che dovevamo fare. Parcheggio pubblico, ma lo abbiamo trovato sempre disponibile, davanti casa. Se avremo altre occasioni, ci torneremo sicuramente.

Io e il mio ragazzo ci siamo sentiti accolti e siamo stati davvero benissimo, come a casa, il posto è bellissimo , piacevole e tranquillo. Lo consiglio estremamente. La casa è pulitissima e anche senza aria condizionata è fresca per la sua posizione, nonostante la piccola salita è a pochi passi dal mare, e , se la salita non volete fare un autobus potete trovare!🙃 . ringrazio ancora Domenico e Pamela.

Elisa was very attentive at my arrival and very gentle. The house environment mirroed the warm welcome, and she was so kind to offer on homem ade cake that made my day. The surroundings with nature and birds let me relax as the beautiful garden Elise and Cesare have, as well as their cute cats. I loved the home as it has a sustainble looks and comfort. Wir waren in der Gegend wegen dem WEC Rennen in Imola, welches von der Wohnung aus über die Landstrasse gut zu erreichen war. An Forli vorbei führt eine gute Umgehungsstrasse. Super waren der flixible Check in und Check out über den Schlüsselkasten. Besonders gefreut habe ich mich über die Kaffeemaschine und die Tabs vor Ort. Die gegend ist ruhig zu jeder Tageszeit. Sollten wir wieder mal in Imola sein, komme ich gerne wieder.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sehr stilvoll und komplett eingerichtet, in der Küche alles vorhanden, großes Bad mit vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten. Das Grundstück liegt traumhaft, der Swimmingpool ist sehr einladend. Wir wurden äussert freundlich empfangen, die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und zuvorkommend, es gab Eier von den eigenen Hühnern und Feigen und Kräuter aus dem Garten. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche dort.

Splendido appartamento in questa residenza storica nella campagna perugina, un'oasi di relax. Nonostante le temperature rigide fuori, all'interno della casa si stava benissimo tra il camino e gli spazi cozy, inclusa la cucina attrezzata. Noi eravamo due coppie di amici, ma probabilmente l'appartamento e' meglio indicato per una famiglia con bambini (date le dimensioni diverse delle due camere da letto). Infine, Karin molto disponibile e rapida nelle risposte. Tutto perfetto, da ritornarci in estate!

Andrea nous a super bien accueilli et a été de très bon conseils pour nos visites dans les alentours (restaurants, activités, etc.) Le logement était spacieux, parfaitement fonctionnel et très propre. Le parking gratuit et privé, ainsi que le jacuzzi sont un vrai plus. Nous ne pouvons que vous recommander de réserver ce logement. Ps : pour ceux qui voudraient se rendre au grand prix de Moto GP (comme ça a été notre cas), sachez que le circuit est accessible très facilement, environ 10 min de voiture.

Mir und meinen Kindern hat die Unterkunft sehr gefallen. Der italienische fler widerspiegelt sich an jeder Seite. Ist auf den Bergen von Gualdo, es ist definitiv ein wow Effekt.

Nous avons passé des jours très agréables à l'appartement de Paola. C'est propre, fonctionnel, bien situé près d'un minimarket et surtout du minimétro de Perugia qui est une merveille. Les communications étaient faciles et Paola, très disponible. Le wifi fonctionnait bien. Si nous retournions à Perugia, nous louerions au même endroit.

When we arrived he let us know that we had a surprise waiting for us. Well, It was an upgrade to the apartment above the room we rented! It was absolutely beautiful and felt like the castle that was lived in in the 1500's!! We slept great, had fun using the fireplace in the kitchen/living area and the stone sink was very authentic. They provided lots of food for us for breakfast and were alway available to let us know where we could go. We walked to Montone and it was so beautiful. The best part was booking a dinner on our last night there. We had a very romantic candlelit dinner with homemade pasta, bread, wine and all the food we could possibly eat! Such great hosts that we are planning on going back again when we visit Italy in 2027. Looking forward to seeing you again!!!!
