The Mattingly farm is home to Kenny's Cheese, farmstead cheese made right here on our farm and you have a unique opportunity to stay in the heart of the action, in our brand new apartments directly above the dairy barn. The Milk Barn Cottage

Built in the late 1940's as a working milk barn, the Milk Barn Cottage is 800 sq. ft of cozy comfort. The cottage is near the foot of Monteagle Mountain in the beautiful Pelham Valley. We are half-way between Nashville and Chattanooga, about 2 miles off exit 127 on I-24. The Caverns is about an 8 minute drive away. Pelham has quaint restaurants to visit plus all of the natural beauty in our area. We are also just 13 miles from Sewanee and the University of the South.

This quaint, secluded spot is the perfect jumping-off spot for your stay in Middle Tennessee! Please note that this is strictly a pet-free property.

This home is located in the side of a rustic 1950's barn. Large kitchen-dining room, patio, and a screened porch are some of the best features. Acres of pasture to roam too! The Barn is close to Restaurants, Shopping, Grocery Stores, Parks, Banks AND close enough (w/in 25min) to All Things Downtown Nashville...Nissan Stadium (Titans, Concerts, ect), Bridgestone Arena (Preds, Concerts, ect), Schermerhorn Symphony Center (concerts, events), and much more... But you will love The Barn because of the quiet location. It is at the end of a dead end road on a secluded hill but less than 5 minutes off the highway.

The Starstruck Farm horse barn Reba built has been converted to a B & B! Tennessee Country Bed & Breakfast! Country Breakfast 7:00-11 a.m. in the big barn! Cottage by the Creek is a 600 sq ft converted grain barn built in the early 1900's. We've converted the space into a light and bright one bedroom, with a loft. There is a fully functional kitchen and custom bath with tile shower. The 30 ft front porch offers views of the cattle farm across the street and the year round flowing creek. Or enjoy the back patio with hot in and fire pit.
