This house was amazing. It was very clean and we all felt right at home as soon as we walked in. It's well-furnished and the layout allows for both group settings as well as privacy. The views from the back of the house overlook the lake and provide for incredible and peaceful views. Be sure to open the curtains at night for the master bedroom so you can view the water and the stars on a clear night before waking up to the beautiful sights of the lake in the morning. The driveway allowed for three vehicles to easily park without having to move cars around when someone needed to leave. There was still easily room for more vehicles if necessary though that would require planning for coming and going. One guest that came with me spent a day working on the screened-in part of the upstairs back porch and raved about it being the best place to work between the comfort and the relaxing views. I would definitely stay here again! Great host and great house!

This spot had the most amazing view of the Lake and was so peaceful to enjoy. The property was well equipped and we enjoyed our time here so much we would stay here again. Perfect for a family we felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Only recommendation would be to have extra blankets and pillows but everything else was top notch. We will be back!

My family greatly enjoyed our stay at Lindsay's home! The lake was gorgeous! The kids loved kayaking and paddle boarding. Home was as described. Lindsay was helpful when I had questions about the area...and was quick to help resolve the one issue we had(with the washing machine).

This house has it all. We had a mix of sunshine and rain during our stay, but that didn't stop this house from entertaining. Everything was set up well, instructions were clear and the host had great communication. Absolutely zero complaints and hope to revisit sometime

All we can say is wow from the beautiful views to the amazing communication with our hosts. The upgrade to the whole house is 100% worth every penny. The lake is beautiful with a nice drive up to the property as well. 100/10 all day !! If you haven’t booked this yet now’s the time ! We will be returning soon !

Review: Our stay at the lake house on Lake Blackshear was nothing short of incredible! My family and I traveled 12 hours to spend Thanksgiving with my father-in-law, and this home provided the perfect setting for a truly memorable holiday. The views were absolutely breathtaking—watching the sunrise and sunset from the porch quickly became our favorite part of the day. The house was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, making our stay both comfortable and convenient. We spent our days fishing and relaxing by the water, soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. It was exactly what we needed to unwind and reconnect as a family. The host clearly put a lot of thought into making the home welcoming and enjoyable for guests. If you’re looking for a serene getaway with stunning views and everything you need to relax, this lake house is the perfect choice. Would highly recommend.

We spent Easter weekend here. As we drove in the wild azaleas and dogwoods were blooming, and everything afterwards was just as beautiful and peaceful. My teenagers loved kayaking and my daughter liked the pond so well she slept on the daybed on the porch. I appreciated the feather pillows and reverse osmosis water. Attention has been paid to every detail. I called my Nana to show her the antique desks. My small children enjoyed the toys and my middle son using the pully bucket on the porch. My daughter celebrated a birthday over our stay, more movie guests showed up than expected and I just couldn't turn these kids away. Our hosts were so kind. They of course charged a little extra as was clearly understood via the contract, they were very understanding and polite. The lock to the boat seems to be jamed, the downstairs fireplace is currently non operational, and I'm not sure I'll get back a thumb drive I forgot, but this family has worked hard to create really special place. Five star

Very cute home right on the lake!! It was wonderful to wake up and enjoy the lake views! The house is great for a couple or groups! Perfect place to come home and relax. We loved listening to the sounds at night and the AC was perfect when we needed to get out of the heat. The house looks just like the photos and it’s super comfy! Great spot and I’d go out of my way to stay again!

Jeffreys lakehouse was absolutely incredible. The view is perfect and we had a wonderful time out on the lake. Would highly recommend!

This property was fantastic, as was the communication with host, Dylan. The house was quaint, well decorated and most importantly, spotless when we showed arrived. When confirming check-out instructions, the host responded within minutes and made our exit as smooth and painless as possible. House is in a quiet, beautiful part of the Georgia mountains with delicious lake-side food less than a 10 minute drive away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, loved this house and it was perfect for the weekend away that we needed. We look forward to coming back and highly recommend this property to anybody interested. Very lovely cabin. Actually looked better in person than it did in the photos. The hosts were very responsive and attentive. The kitchen is fully stocked with seasonings and cooking supplies. We loved the rocking chairs on the screened in porch. Only downfalls were a good bit of the dishes that were put away were not cleaned, but you are expected to load those into the dishwasher yourself. My assumption is that previous guests did not rinse the dishes before running them through the wash and someone put them up after not checking them first. Not a huge deal. We can't speak much on the amenities offered at the cabin because we stayed during bad weather, but it was the perfect cabin for an unplugged weekend with just board games and food. Overall, it was a really great place to stay and we would personally go back.

We will definitely be back! We had a list of things to do, but spent most of our time outside of the cabin relaxing. We didn’t get to kayak since there was a flood that took them away which was a bummer, but still worth it. Has everything you need and close to tons of things to do!

The 5-star hype is legit! Tom's place was exactly what I was looking for and needed! Tom was very proactive with communication from reservation to check-in to check-out. Not a single problem or issue during my stay. So peaceful and tranquil right on the lake. Absolutely would recommend for anyone to stay here, just not on the days I reserve it for because I will definitely be coming back! Thanks Tom for everything!

The cabin was rented for family coming in from out of State to attend a wedding. Since the children were on spring break that week we decided to take advantage and rent a cabin on the lake. The location was convenient to the wedding venue. We spent the week with our boats out, enjoying the water, fishing and the waterfall. The kids enjoyed the bonfire and making s’mores. The cabin was beautiful and clean. There was plenty of sleeping arrangements for everyone and bathrooms. The kitchen was fully stocked so we did a lot of cooking in the cabin. I would highly recommend this cabin for any other family who enjoys the water and outdoor fun.

Loved our stay! Very easy to find, very peaceful and quiet! Lots to do around the property like catch fish and swim! Lots to do close by, we went to Rock City and the Tennessee Aquarium but there was also so much more to do! Can’t wait to go back!
