Nos ha encantado la estancia en el apartamento de Xizhi. El apartamento está super bien ubicado en pleno centro de Kenilworth, muy bien equipado y con fácil acceso, aunque hay que subir una planta de escaleras para llegar. Íbamos con un niño pequeño, y él ha disfrutado muchísimo con todos los juguetes y cuentos que tienen en el piso para los más pequeños. ¡Sin duda repetiremos en cuanto volvamos a Kenilworth!

Lovely place to stay, great living space, cosy bedroom and well designed bathroom. Victoria had great communication and gave us great recommendations for local places to eat. Was very easy to find and get in thanks to clear instructions. Would recommend to anyone going to events at NEC as is only 15-20 minute drive away.

Thank you Nicholas for having me at Granny Flat. It was the perfect place for me to visit Birmingham and its surroundings. It was very quiet, clean and I felt comfortable. Every thing you need is conveniently within reach (shops, transports..). I also enjoyed the Canal walk from there to get to the city center. I'll definitely book again if I need to be back in Birmingham.

Wonderful stay at the very aptly named 'Snug' - cosy and yet with every useful amenity and spotlessly clean. Just fantastic. Also a lovely Nespresso selection, every type of tea imaginable and biscoff as well as chocolate snacks helped every day get off to a good start and end comfortably. The hosts are so thoughtful and flexible checkout was an added bonus.

The apartment was excellent, clean, thoughtfully equipped and had a good location. Car parking was safe and secure. Ho is a very responsive and helpful host. The only comments I would make are trivial- the place could have better seating ( the futon is really too low and there is no comfy chair or sofa which was very inconvenient for my 86 yr old dad) and the cutlery/ crockery need to be replaced and more in number. But that should not detract from the fact that the place is extremely good. We had a lovely month there while ours had builders in. Couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you once again, Ho.

Perfect apartment to stay for our trip to the NEC. Clean, comfortable and easy access to get the NEC via the bus

I come regularly to training events at the arena and tried many other places but none of them have stood out as much as this. It's private location is perfect for me as a solo traveller and only 10 minutes walk to the arena saving me paying expensive car parking charges at the events I attend. I also love to stay healthy and prepare my own food, so close proximity to a supermarket/convenience stores is a huge plus. Due to the length of my journey, being close to a reasonably priced petrol station and having off road parking were also big ticks for this location. The hosts are fantastic at communicating with you from booking to check-in to check-out providing clear instructions. Gifting guests a home away from home, with the basics of tea, coffee, milk and chilled water and a well equipped kitchen, beautifully presented lounge, bathroom and bedroom. The bed was supremely comfortable and it provided a cosy place to stay which I thoroughly recommend and will be using again! Thank you 🙏

We had a lovely stay. Flat was very clean and stylish. Had everything we needed for our break. Warwick is beautiful and castle was only a ten minute walk away.

I had 8 guests staying at this accommodation, and they enjoyed it tremendously. accurate description, the rooms are bigger than the photos, and parking for two cars.

Our stay was absolutely delightful. The house is beautifully designed and exudes a cosy, welcoming charm that made us feel right at home. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted, and the hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our visit. The hot tub was a standout feature and the perfect way to unwind. We also loved the thoughtful details like the selection of books and board games, which added a lovely personal touch. It was a truly memorable stay, and we’re so glad we chose this place.

This place was a massive 5/5. A family of 5, 3 of which had mobility problems. It had everything we could ever want in a fully accessible home and more! Beautiful house, lovely large garden which my dogs loved! Not too far from main shops and a big field at the back of the house to walk the dogs. Highly, highly recommend for anyone with a family member with mobility issues. I can’t thank you enough!

Teresa and Kevin’s place is lovely. Although in their house don’t be put off by this it’s all your own space and completely private. Balcony is an amazing bonus especially in nice weather. Beautiful home and surroundings, safe and quiet and lovely countryside just what we wanted. Thanks so much

A fantastic little apartment for two which is very spacious with lovely decor & furnishings. Good sized bathroom and small kitchen area with a Nespresso coffee machine - so essentially everything you could ask for ! It is located in what was the garage space of the house and has its own separate entrance and dedicated parking area on the drive. Nigel and Emma were both lovely hosts, super friendly, accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Well located for the nearby Kenilworth, Leamington Spa, Warwick and the Cotswolds also within easy reach from the apartment. L

Thank you for a great stay, perfect for the 3 nights we were there as a family. Used it as a base to go to Cadbury world, monstertruck show and Warwick castle. There are lovely restaurants down by the canals which is a few minutes walk away.
