The Boutique Retreat offers 9 custom tiny home cottages in the heart of wine country. The Ohana Bungalow is a spacious 300 square foot cottage with an upscale Island theme featuring warm acacia wood, rich leather furnishings and authentic art from Hawaii. The interior of the cottage has a stunning 11 foot arched ceiling accented with rich tongue & groove pine that compliments the clean white walls and warm vinyl plank luxury flooring. The private deck faces Alpine Ave - minutes from 3rd Street.

An adorable 1920's house situated right off E. Burnside. Our lower unit is both contemporary and spacious with 800 sq ft that is brightly lit with ample windows, private bathroom, small kitchen, roomy entertainment area, and modern furnishings. Bathrooms are shared, like a European hotel, with multiple options on each floor. Guests also enjoy kitchens, game room with 75" TV and arcade, lounge spaces, laundry, and free coffee/tea. Central and near Eugene's attractions: University of Oregon, Autzen, Bushnell, the Hult Center and downtown.

Jory Flat/Amity Flats: history, luxury, wine

Amity Flats is a boutique inn in a historic building, with five Flats. Jory is the "flagship" Flat with gorgeous east light from large, operable windows that look over Amity to the vineyard-studded hills beyond. Jory Flat has a separate sleeping area, a large sitting room, a large, well-equipped kitchen and private bathroom with clawfoot tub and glass brick walk-in shower. A sofa bed can be pulled out to accomodate two additional guests.

KEX Portland-Standard Queen Ensuite

Our Standard Queen Ensuite Room is a cozy European-style room, offering a comfortable place to lay your head after a day of adventures in Portland. It features a single queen bed uniquely designed with repurposed headboards from vintage fireplace mantels, a wall mounted Smart TV and a small desk. This room has a private bathroom located ensuite, with a stand-up tiled shower. The size of the room is about 150 - 170 sq ft.

Meadow Suite

The Meadows Suite is a private queen suite with master bath/shower in the historic 1878 McClaine House, a boutique inn. The upstairs suite has a small attached room with daybed. It also an office room with a built in desk/work area. A third guest (child or friend) may stay for an additional $35 charge. Mini split heating & air conditioning, and overhead fan. Private lock code to house and room.

Studio King - C2 (No Pet)

These rooms offer stylish and inviting decor, a plush California king bed with high thread-count sheets, crisp white duvets and hypo-allergenic faux down and poly pillows. This rooms is equipped with a full kitchen with granite counter tops and breakfast island and a private patio to relax and enjoy. Be aware that these rooms are shower only.

Directly on 3rd St. in Downtown McMinnville, guests will literally be steps away from wonderful wine tasting, great eating, and boutique shopping. Oakridge Inn King Room

We are located at the west end of town and are surrounded by lakes, rivers, and mountains. There are parks for kids to play or to have an event at. We are a block from a frisbee golf course, located right next to the Middle Fork river. There are plenty of places to hike, ride, and fish.
