We had a wonderful stay at Lea’s home. We traveled with a 7 and 3 year old and we really appreciated the family friendly amenities, games and toys. She also made you feel right at home with a welcoming message and snacks for the family. We also appreciated the park and playground that was right behind the house- the kids loved that. She provided metro cards to use, which was great. Metro was about a 15 minute walk from the location and it was near a shopping center and many restaurants. Definitely recommend !

Eric is an excellent host! He was responsive each time I reached out with a question. Though our visit was short, we really enjoyed our stay. The home is clean and is fully stocked for a comfortable stay away from home. It is spacious and has everything you'll need while entertaining with family and/or friends. We couldn't have asked for better accommodations.

We had an enjoyable stay at Elizabeth's. The house was comfortable and clean. We loved the location which was conveniently close to the metro and restaurants. Our dog was happy to enjoy the doggy door and spacious fenced backyard. The beds were extremely comfortable, with nice linens, and we loved that one was king sized. We thought it was very convenient to have 2 bathrooms and a spacious fridge in the kitchen. We've already recommended this home to some family friends as a great spot to stay in the area!

We loved our stay in Alexandria. John was an excellent host - very responsive and helpful with recommendations. We have two young kids and he made sure we were set up with everything they needed at the house as well. The gardens were beautiful and the kids loved playing outside. The location was also perfect - quiet despite being within walking distance of many great places to eat. We would love to stay there again when we visit next time!

Jude and Davida were welcoming hosts. The communication was great leading up To and during the stay. We had a big snowstorm come in on the day we were supposed to check in and they were flexible to let us in a little earlier. The place was easy to check in and had everything we needed. It was warm and comfortable even though it was frigid outside. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to the Metro. There were several yummy restaurants within walking distance. We would stay here again!

The house is truly beautiful and very comfortable! It's located in a charming neighborhood. And Sherry was an excellent host! She's an amazing woman—so kind—and we shared lovely conversations with her. Not only did she provide great information to explore the city, but she also offered her help at every moment. We would return without hesitation! A wonderful experience!

We had a fantastic stay at Janisha’s place in Washington, D.C.! Everything was just as described and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. Check-in was a breeze with clear instructions and easy access—the location was easy to find, and we felt right at home right away. The space was spotless, with a squeaky-clean bathroom, a pristine kitchen, and no clutter in sight. Janisha was a responsive and thoughtful host. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting D.C.!

Beautiful apartment in a quiet neighbourhood, walkable to the mall. Amazing facilities including very generous breakfast items, kitchen, TV and good WiFi. John was responsive, and flexible on check-out/bag storage which was great.

We had a wonderful stay at Enchanted in Alexandria! The space was beautifully stocked with everything we needed, and we felt comfortable and right at home from the moment we arrived. Becky was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. One of our favorite features was the garden area – so peaceful and charming, and the fire pit made it even more special. If we’re ever in the DC area again, we’ll definitely be booking Enchanted without hesitation. Highly recommend!

Nadia was a wonderful host and made our stay in DC memorable. She helped us with finding key landmarks, provided directions for our tours, and made us feel at home. Her place is super cute and clean, easy to find, and well-stocked with everything we needed-plus extras like homemade scones! We would definitely stay here again.

As a longtime AirBNB er, I can say that this is tops in the field. They prepared breakfasts that were over the top and delicious! The space is very comfortable, their communication is excellent and their local expertise makes for a wonderful experience. I would give them 6 stars if I could!

John and Rick are the loveliest hosts!! They are so welcome and just as described, welcome you to whichever degree you’d like to socialize and utilize their spaces like the patio, kitchen, etc. The garden patio is majestic. The breakfast layout is beautiful as well. They are the most accommodating hosts I’ve encountered- very highly recommended!!

We stayed in Katherine's place at a very difficult time - we came to DC for our son's heart surgery. We could not have been happier to be staying in such a comfortable, lovely, and truly homey place during this difficult time. The house is very practical, with a perfect lay out (it was my husband and I, our two kids, and our in laws staying at the house, and we had plenty of space). The play room and the variety of toys and books were absolutely amazing for the kids to be happy and entertained at home for hours on end, while my son recuperated from the surgery - the layout is excellent, because you can cook, or relax in the living room, while being able to monitor the kids at all times in the playroom. Katherine was very responsive, flexible and a please sure interact with at all times. The DC summer heat and mosquitos did not allow us to enjoy the backyard as much as we hoped, but in a different weather, the backyard would for sure be wonderful to enjoy.

Natalie bzw Rosemary sind tolle Gastgeber. Es war kein Problem, dass wir uns verspäteten. Rosemary war da und hat alles ruhig und freundlich erklärt. Sie war sehr hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Durch die Nähe zur Natur, war es nachts angenehm ruhig und morgens konnte man sogar Rehe beobachten. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, wodurch wir wirklich schnell an der Metro waren. Am Wochenende war das Parken kostenlos. Mit der Metro war man innerhalb von kürzester Zeit in Washington DC. Dort einen der Scooter gemietet und es kann losgehen. Es gibt in der Nähe vom Airbnb Restaurants, aber auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zur Selbstversorgung, welche fußläufig erreichbar sind. Wir würden auf jeden Fall bei einem nächsten Besuch in Washington DC gerne wieder zu Natalie und Rosemary gehen.

Good location, very close to the Green Line as well. Listing was as described, and the owner clearly put a lot of time and effort into the restoration of the building. Would definitely stay here again.

If I ever need a place to stay in Montgomery County, MD, I will try to book Tony's Air B&B. Unfortunately, I had to spend most of my time with my daughter, who was critically ill. I would have liked to explore the beautiful countryside around the area. Whenever I needed anything Tony provided. Betsey McCoy

David was a fantastic host. We felt completely at ease for our 6 nights of stay. It was a clean place with all the needed amenities such as heater, AC, iron & iron board etc which we needed for our work associated stay. What I liked the most was access to Netflix & Amazon Prime on the two TV screens. We could unwind after long day of work in leisurely fashion. The overall experience definitely made it feel like home away from home! :)
