Superbe emplacement en hauteur de la campagne et des collines d’Ombrie. Vues magnifiques depuis la maison et le jardin. Équipement parfait et les 2 maisons permettent de séparer les adultes des plus jeunes ce qui a participé au déroulement très agréable des vacances familiales.

Our stay at Villa Montemarcoli was fantastic. So peaceful. No noice from cars and really no air traffic noise whatsoever. Just the birds singing. Just want to mention you will need to drive to everything but the roads are so beautiful you won’t mind! I would recommend a small SUV or car with all wheel drive as the villa is located up a gravel road and roads in the area can be narrow and parking can be tight in places. I would definitely recommend Brigitta’s Villa and hope to come back again someday 😎🍷

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. Barbara was gracious and great to work with. The house was charming and just as great as it looks on the listing. The property and grounds are amazing. The town nearby was fun to visit with everything you need and lots to see. You are also in easy driving range of the other main Tuscany towns. We had a wonderful stay at the villa in Tuscany and felt at home right away. The hosts, Silvana, Iacoppo, and Bruno, took excellent care of us and were always attentive to our needs. The villa itself is spacious and well-equipped with everything one could ask for. The beautiful pool with its stunning views and the cozy fireplace area were definite highlights. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the Tuscan countryside. Thank you again for an unforgettable stay!

We loved this Tuscan paradise! Perfect location to get to Siena, Montepulciano, Montalcino, etc very easily (within 30 mins). A beautiful private and quiet retreat in the heart of southern Tuscany. The villa itself is stunning with a true antique and lived-in feel. The grounds were gorgeous and provided a new spot for us to enjoy our morning tea and coffee each day. The pool is only cleaned once in two weeks, but luckily the maintenance crew were scheduled for the 2nd day of our arrival. Walking around the olive groves and hillside were a treat! A deeper cleaning of the house and cobwebs would be appreciated, but it is a large country villa and we know that can be hard. Important thing to note, there are two ACs, one in the master bedroom and one in the bedroom with two single beds. We were there in September and the weather was extremely pleasant so we did not need more than this.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt - und unser Hund fand es absolut super. Wir mussten etwas schauen, dass das Tor richtig geschlossen blieb, damit sie nicht ausbüxen konnte. Ausserdem ist der Kamin eher zur Dekoration, da er nicht richtig abzieht und so schnell das Haus verräuchert. Wenn man ihn aber nicht braucht, ist alles perfekt!

La villa di Alessandro è un’angolo di paradiso immerso nel verde della campagna toscana. Raramente ho trovato una villa così bella, curata e pulita, con spazi verdi assolutamente strepitosi. Alessandro e sua moglie sono degli host fantastici, sempre pronti e reattivi per qualsiasi esigenza. Non posso che ringraziarli per la magnifica ospitalità e per la splendida esperienza.

Villa Adagio is zoals je je een Toscaanse villa voorstelt en dan nog beter! Prachtige villa met heel veel ruimte binnen en buiten. Het zwembad deel je met eventuele andere bewoners op het terrein. Er zijn enkele eigenaren van andere woningen en ook nog een ander huurappartement. Maar zelfs nu in augustus was het zwembad meestal verlaten. De villa heeft een gastenverblijf met badkamer waar onze jongens van 15 en 16 sliepen (volop privacy en geen hinder van lang kletsen en gitaar spelen in de nacht 😊). In het grote huis 3 ruime slaapkamers en 3 badkamers. Heerlijke woonkeuken met grote eettafel en natuurlijk de mooie loggia over de hele breedband het huis met prachtig uitzicht over de heuvels. Mijn favoriete plek! De villa ligt privé en vrij afgelegen. Dichtstbijzijnde dorpjes zijn een kwartier met de auto en daar vind je zowel winkeltjes om boodschappen te doen als prima restaurantjes. Iets verder rijden ligt het mooie Siena, maar ook Montepulciano en Arezzo zijn niet ver en heel mooi

The villa was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 4 children. Swimming pool with toys outstanding. Pizza oven and bbq fun to use and a beautiful peaceful garden. Walking distance into Castiglion which is a beautiful old town. Would love to return.

Well - I dont know where to start Basics - place is amazing. House, area, facilities, everything inside - by far the best airbnb we have been to and we will come back with friends again! You can't go wrong with this place and rating of 5 does not make justice- it should be 10 Now - this is all is nothing compared to how amazing hosts are - - i have never seen such hospitality and care before. We had a very difficult personal situation with my mom ending in the hospital and my wife getting very sick. Lavinia, Lorenzo and family were SOOOO helpful - they helped with EVERYTHING - there are real angels who helped us get through this very difficult time. I thank them all and pls come and stay here - region is great, place is second to none and hosts are just nicest people you will meet!

We had a wonderful time in Tuscany! We were able to make use of the pool on the first day with our two boys, 7 and 4. We visited Pienza, Montepulciano and Montelccino. We also purchased two of the wines from the estate. Alex made everything very easy and was a great host!

The house was great with amazing countryside views. The rooms and common areas were spacious. Our favorite spot was the enclosed patio dining area where we had breakfast every morning overlooking the rolling hills. The hosts were great, very responsive and helpful.. One of the hairdryers was not working but Maurizio got us 2 new ones in no time. He also gave us recommendations for restaurants. Awesome hosts!

Our stay at Villa Chiara was nothing short of delightful. Nestled in the hills it offered a picturesque view of the Tuscan countryside. The villa itself was spacious and well maintained. It felt like home away from home. The pool and back patio are surrounded by lovely flowers, herbs and olive trees. Offering a spectacular view of the evening sunsets. The location was perfect to take short day trips to Siena, Florence and Montepulciano. Highly recommend for a serene, peaceful and relaxing getaway.

Wir waren begeistert von dieser Villa. Sie war sauber und es war alles vorhanden, Die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche werden 1 x wöchentlich gewechselt. Das Poolwasser wurde fast täglich gemessen und gereinigt. Die Vegetation um das Haus herum ist üppig, so dass niemand von außen reinblicken kann. Aber Achtung: wo viel Grün ist, sind auch viele Mücken. Alle Fenster haben Fliegenschutz und sind vergittert, so fühlt man sich sicher, wenn man für mehrere Std. Unterwegs ist. Das Tor von der Einfahrt, die im übrigen ziemlich steil ist, lässt sich elektronisch öffnen und schließen. In der Küche befindet sich alles was man fürs Kochen braucht. Der Grill steht auf der Terrasse. Auch in der Küche hat man die Möglichkeit auf heißer Platte zu grillen. Alle Schlafzimmer, haben Klima, bis auf 1 von 2 Schlafzimmern im Erdgeschoss. Ventilatoren, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Bügeleisen, Föns und eine Kaffee-Kapselmaschine etc. sind vorhanden. Ein Traumhaus & ein Traumurlaub! Muchísimas gracias Silvia. 😊

Het huis was prachtig. Bijna alles was geweldig een paar kleine puntjes. De keuken wat klein voor een grote groep. Er miste schaaltjes voor bijvoorbeeld yoghurt… of die hebben wij niet gevonden. Er was een stopcontact in een slaapkamer wat onveilig en er miste een douchegordijn in de gedeelde badkamer. Maar verder was het geweldig alles heel schoon en groot prachtige zwembad met tuin eromheen. Erg genoten

Francesco is nice:) He brought us welcome pizzas and dessert. His response is instant. The place is quiet which provide you completely private place. Just a bit far from town if you cannot drive yourselves. If you have cars, it is not a problem, just few minutes drive from town. The place looks exactly the same as the pictures, clean and tidy. Definitely enough space for 8 adults. Recommend.

"Soggiorno perfetto! 🔝" Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno indimenticabile grazie all'ospitalità eccezionale del nostro host Paolo e di sua figlia Giada. La casa era esattamente come descritta (anzi, ancora più bella!), pulitissima, accogliente e dotata di ogni comfort. La posizione era perfetta per esplorare la zona, e il quartiere tranquillo ha reso la nostra permanenza ancora più piacevole. L'host è stato incredibilmente disponibile, sempre pronto a rispondere alle nostre domande e a fornire suggerimenti utili. Consigliamo vivamente questa casa vacanze e il suo host a chiunque voglia vivere un'esperienza rilassante e senza pensieri. Grazie di tutto

We had a great and relaxing time in Villa Lamatra. Marco and Roberta are perfect hosts and the Villa is a dream! The pool is very big and the house has everything you need. I definitely recommend this Airbnb.

Nadat wij door onze navigatie vlak bij het huisje rechtsaf waren gestuurd en dus de berg opreden werden wij snel gered door Gianluca. Bij aankomst van de villa waren we meteen verliefd. De tuin zag er prachtig en heel goed onderhouden uit. Bij het zwembad stonden genoeg ligbedden met parasols en er was genoeg ruimte met schaduw. Het hoofdgebouw is verdeelt in diverse ruimtes waardoor je ook de rust kan opzoeken. De slaapkamers zijn erg ruim en hebben airco's. Sommige slaapkamers hebben enkele bedden en sommige een 2 pers.bed. De badkamers waren ruim en schoon. De benodigde spullen zoals handdoeken, shampoo, zeep, conditioner (kleine verpakking allemaal) en fohn waren aanwezig. De woning heeft 2 keukens wat prettig is met groot gezelschap hierdoor ook 2 ijskasten. Wasmachine was ook aanwezig. Bijgebouw heeft ook 2 slaapkamers en keuken. Was ook een terras met BBQ en pizzaoven. Wij hebben een geweldige tijd gehad en gaan zeker nog een keer terug.

Villa delle Ginestre was a true joy for our big family's two-week August stay. The clean, well-furnished villa has all needed amenities: fully-equipped kitchen, bedroom ventilators, mosquito nets, washing machine, pizza oven, and more. Every appliance comes with all needed necessities. The house offers amazing countryside views from its large terrace and garden, a modern pool, exotic plants, and renovated bathrooms. Shaded terraces, umbrellas, and sun loungers abound. Children enjoy swings, table football, trampoline, table tennis, puzzles, and toys in the garden. Located in the hills, the Adriatic Sea with perfect beaches especially suited for children is 20-25 minutes away. Hosts Andrea, Stefano, and their mother were extremely friendly, helpful, and communicative. They did everything to ensure we have a wonderful stay. We highly recommend this house to families seeking a calm, relaxing vacation in a welcoming beautiful home offering great views & more than everything you need!
