Lots of space. Nice quiet neighborhood - great for walking and a short drive to lots of restaurants and things to do

We had an extended stay due to house construction and Marshall was fantastic with communication and ensuring the outside was kept tidy. Very responsive as well. The house was perfect very private nice backyard for our pups and a wonderful and safe neighborhood for walking and or biking. Incredibly convenient to all shops and restaurants. Perfect stay!

So much room and so much relaxation! Our special needs family has a few unique circumstances - but Richardʼs home was never an issue for us! Well lit, clean, spacious accommodations with clear and concise resources. We had a wonderful time!

Great team to work with very responsive. Great space for family gathering. I had a bridal shower weekend here with my brides maids and few friends. It was a great experience. South Park area is a very safe and comfy area with plenty to do.

We enjoyed staying here for a weekend. Lovely big backyard to sip coffee in and the house was perfectly cozy.

Don’t think twice and stay here! Beautiful bungalow with plenty of room and space, within walking distance to downtown. Full size dining room and family rom with plenty of seating. The beds were all incredibly comfy and cozy. We all slept extremely well! Our host was terrific and our stay was perfect!

I had an amazing stay. Definitely will be booking again on my next trip to Charlotte.

We rented this Airbnb for family visiting during the holidays, and they absolutely loved it! The unit was incredibly comfortable, quiet, and spacious, offering everything they needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect—convenient and welcoming!

This place was so stinking cute! By chance had another airbnb cancel on us and needed the stay for new years plans! Booked it right away and she sent us the details asap! The space is SO GIRL and in such a nice neighborhood! Cute kitchen and provides so many things for cooking if u need. Great parking, great space to bring our dogs, cute little porch to eat your bfast on! Cannot say enough good things about this place! Honestly wanna be Nasrins friend just because of how cute it was! The neighborhood is walkable and has cute coffee shops and sandwich shops nearby! Def will be booking here again in the future 🙂‍↔️❣️

We had a wonderful stay at Erica and Jared’s place! We were welcomed upon arrival with a sweet hand written welcome note and a cute table setting! Their place was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the amenities that were way above average such as cream and butter in the fridge, soaps, detergent, paper products, seasonings for cooking, plenty of closet space, luggage stands for easy unpacking and lots more! The location was perfect for our visit with our 23 year old daughter and located within a beautiful, safe and quiet neighborhood. Also close to parks, great restaurants and the fun uptown scene! An added bonus is that Trader Joe’s and Target is just a 5 minute drive. We will definitely book again for future visits to Charlotte!
