It is overlooking a promenade and a park by the sea that leads from the marina along the bay, all the way to the city center. Its premium location allows you to get wherever you want on foot yet still offers tranquility if you just want to put your feet up and relax. And parking is free on the premises so don't worry about that

This small studio apartment is located right next to the sea, with closest beach just a minute away. Just steps away from UNESCO world heritage site Euphrasian Basilica as well as the shops and restaurants. There is a parking space in the garden free of charge - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are welcome. There is a fee of 8 euros a day for a pet payable on the arrival. If you have large pet or more than one pet please contact me prior to reservation.

It has two bedrooms, kitchen, living room with sat TV (free NETFLIX Channel) and one terrace.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
