I had a very nice stay at Posada Doña Elena. Both her and her husband Lencho are genuinely kind and welcoming hosts. They cooked vegetarian meals for me and with Lencho you can go hiking. The place is only 5minutes walk from all the main attractions but it’s in a quite area. The room was clean and comfortable. The shared bathrooms were regularly checked. I will definitely stay with them again when I come back to San Juan.

Es un lugar muy tranquilo e increíble para conocer, el equipo es muy amable y muy amigables, se siente como estar en casa. Las instalaciones son únicas y el hecho que sea sustentable hace la experiencia diferente a un hostal normal! Espero volver algún día de nuevo!

It’s a good place. It’s very center little bit noisy because of the church in front other than that everything was great. I will stay there again.

Excelente lugar para alojarse en San Juan la laguna. Te hacen sentir como en casa!! Fueron maravillosos y muy atentos al igual el alojamiento acceso al lago, te deja y pasan a traer las lanchas y al pueblo es muy fácil caminando, además hay restaurantes y bares muy bonitos en el camino. Incluye el desayuno que es muy rico y el kayak es un plus!! Totalmente recomendados

Candis and her family were welcoming and provided a home away for home. The place is situated in a beautiful, tranquil, and private section of the lake. If you’re looking to get away from people, while remaining close to the town and all its amenities and restaurants, you cannot go wrong with Candis’ offerings. It is a beautiful experience walking through Milpas to get to her locale, and doing the same in the morning and walking beside local farmers working their land. At night, you’ll be fortunate to be coo’ed to sleep with a harmony of birds and insects singing to you. Wake up early and take a swim off their pier, eat some amazing breakfast prepared by Isa, and feel every second pass by slower than anywhere else in this world. I hope to be fortunate enough to stay with Candis and her wonderful, beautiful, and sincere family. The hospitality and connection made here is an experience I’ll carry with me for a lifetime.

Spacious room with a private bathroom and a rooftop terrace overlooking the mountains for exclusive use. I had the pleasure of meeting Lola who prepared good breakfast. Marlon was always available via text. They're both very attentive! I experienced roosters crowing as early as 5am and music blasting from a nearby restaurant late in the evening which I was okay with as noise doesn't bother me. Many amenities around the airbnb like a gym, restaurants, laundry service, small convenience stores, massage and so much more! You can reach the lake in less than 5 minutes.
