In January 2023, we opened Magnolia House Sollentuna, an apartment hotel between Sollentuna C and Kista C, in the area just north of Stockholm City. 40 studios in total in a house with shared patio and parking in a quiet residential area. We are located approx. 1.5 km from Sollentuna C. The bus takes you there in 8 minutes. There is a shared lounge and laundry room. We apply self check-in, prepayment and are pet and smoke free. House rules must be respected for everyone's well-being.

This room has 1 bunkbed and 1 single bed, comfortably accomodates 3 people. Toilets, showers and kitchen is shared with other guests.

You have access to a shared kitchen and dining/living room area and several shared bathrooms and showers. In addition, there is a shared laundry room available.
