The private south-side balcony ensures a unique, breathtaking view over the magnificent alpine scenery of the Stubai Glacier and the beautiful natural surroundings.

Vom Fenster und Balkon sieht man auf die Berge im Süden wie im Norden und davor die mächtigen Bäume eines großen Gartens, dazwischen die Straße, die Mauer und unser Garten. Motorisiert kommst du in ca. 10 min zu dem gebührenfreien Parkplatz am Rande des Halltals, Teil des größten Naturparks Österreichs, dem Karwendel.
