We had a great time at SK Villa. We cooked some fabulous meals and watched many movies together. Walked to the sunset beach and martins. Walked around the house. Maid was super nice and helpful. I and my friends throughly enjoyed our vacation. Sylvester was super helpful and took care of us. Thank you for everything, will definitely come back again to stay. This place is more beautiful than pics do justice.

We are in love with this place and Ritu has been the most gracious host. The place itself is beautiful. The entire property is very well maintained and rendered colourful because of thousands of flowers. Whatever you see advertised is what you get and probably more. Housekeeping is also done regularly. Cavelossim beach is just across the road. There are lot of stores and cafés around. Perfect! Couldn’t ask for anything more.

We had a very pleasant and peaceful stay at Sejel's homestay. The place was clean, comfortable and very well maintained. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Make you feel like home. They are really great hosts. And location of property is very prominent. Cafes nearby. Beach is also very nearby. All in all an awesome experience.

Eric’s place is absolutely lovely. It’s nestled in a quiet society perfect for families or groups looking for a chilled holiday. The house itself is huge, clean and has all working amenities required. The bedrooms are large and all have working AC units. Eric was very responsive and even let us check in earlier as our flight landed 7 hours before our check in time saving us a lot of hassle. I highly recommend this property.

The apartment is quite large and very well maintained, and is as described. The host has labeled every thing a guest would need to know, and all electrical equipment are fully functional, making the guests' life easy if they plan to prepare foods at home. With clothes dryer available for guest use, even long term stays will be a thing of ease. The beach had silver sands, quite a wide sandy area, and water is crystal clear. Its not a crowded beach and is so peaceful at all times. Beach is devoid of trash, and is so tidy and clean. Those that know how to swim in sea will find it very enjoyable and safe, as the seabed appears to slope down gently. There are few eateries here, that serve very nice food, located close to Villa. If you wish to spend good time on a quiet beach, you can head to this part of Goa, and have a wonderful stay at Garvit's place. If I visit South Goa again, I would certainly stay in his Villa.

Really really enjoyed our stay with Mr basappa. He was a very well spoken man and really helped us with whatever we needed. The villa was beyond our expectations and are really satisfied with all the was provided. We look forward to visiting Mr basappa again next year😀

It was great experience overall during the entire stay. The whole team worked like well oiled machine to deliver smooth experience, right from Sheetal and Maria to get you quick and easy check-in, to walking you through the property and explaining the things around, providing you on anything specific on need ( ex - we requested for mixer and pressure cooker to prepare food for our 1 year old), team also provides any contacts if you require for bikes, rental cars, taxis or be any tips to explore local surrounding, restaurants, joints etc. Though in house food ordering is available, we ordered mostly through Swiggy & Zomato, which was allowed in the property. Pools are clean and most of the time empty and great to spend time. Housekeeping staff - Sharmila & team will ensure daily cleaning and room readiness, with always smile on their faces. It was great stay for our entire family which included 7 adults and 2 kids, with two(1 suv size) cars ( yes parking is not an issue). Thanks 🙏

Stayed here recently and it was genuinely one of the most comfortable Airbnb experiences I’ve had. The place was spotless, and honestly so well-kept that I felt like cleaning it myself out of respect. Everything was user-friendly, simple, and exactly where it needed to be — no clutter, no confusion, just smooth living. Highly recommend this place to anyone who values cleanliness, simplicity, and a host that clearly cares. Would 100% stay again.

it was one of the best bnbs i have been to. sunaina is exceptionally friendly and understanding. i recommend the stay and interacting with her. it's been a very smooth one week and i would do it all over again. i have no questions about which bnb to book for goa the nect time :)
