Fica no segundo andar, com elevador, dando para o pátio interno do prédio de 1870 que acaba de ter as áreas comuns pintadas. 3' caminhando para o metrô, 3' para Pl.des Voges, 8' para Museu Picasso, 10' para Opera Bastille, 13'até as bordas do Seine, 18' ao Pompidou, 21' para Notre Dame, 23' até o Canal Saint-Martin .
