Santa Barbara: hospedarias

Such a cozy little cottage get-away. It was a great home base for our adventures around Ventura, Santa Barbara, Solveng and Ojai. Took advantage of the little outdoor deck for some morning reading. The spring flowers in the garden were lovely and a morning visit from the pups was a joy. Our stay was great and we would gladly visit again.

We loved our stay. The casita is close to downtown Santa Ynez and surrounded by horses and cows! The property is private and very quiet and peaceful. We brought our dogs along and were able to walk them in a nearby neighborhood and take them on adventures with us. Jeanne’s place was clean, well appointed and she was very helpful and a clear communicator. One surprise was the tax that was due separate from the paid price to Airbnb. It is stated in the listing that tax was not included but I missed that it would be paid separately. So just note, but we really enjoyed ourselves and would love to come back!

Had a wonderful stay at this cute little cottage! The location is absolutely amazing—close to everything you need, including the beautiful ocean and hiking trails in Montecito and Santa Barbara. It’s the perfect spot for a weekend retreat. The cottage was cozy and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. We can't wait to return! Highly recommended!

Our 4th time back to the Oak & Avo grotto and will return again! Love the peaceful and lush surroundings, and coziness of the space.

Wonderful Airbnb and responsive host! Would stay again

My friends and I stayed here on our way from Santa Barbara. The unit was clean and beautiful, with stunning view from the backyard. Also Roland was very welcoming and responsive. It was a perfect getaway for our Easter eve! Thank you!

We used Lemon and Avacado Inn as home base for our son’s wedding. We loved both properties. It was so quiet and beautiful!!! Sheryl was so responsive. This location allowed us to get some quiet time during a busy weekend. I highly recommend the property.

The pictures of the apartment correspond to reality. Taber is very accommodating and there was simply nothing missing. I can recommend without any problems. Taber is a great host!!

Susan was a great host, and Bungalow Encanto was a perfect place to stay. The amenities inside were so thoughtful, we really appreciated it. The surrounding area couldn't be better, with the beach a short walk away and distance to restaurants so close too. Neighborhood was friendly and welcoming. Very charming experiencing, and and grateful for the opportunity to stay here.

Great location - very easy to get to the beach and downtown SB, and was in a nice quiet neighborhood. The house itself was clean, the beds were super comfy, and looked like the pictures. The kids enjoyed the beautiful garden and the colorful flowers. Thank you Justin for being a great host, for being so responsive and available for all my questions! Beautiful, private cottage setting in Summerland. 15 minutes away from Santa Barbara, where we attended a wedding. The place is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. Super quiet at night, private, and we had breakfast on the cozy front porch!

The home was clean, very well maintained, and had all the amenities our family of four needed. Melissa was super responsive, and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Definitely recommend if you plan to visit Pismo/Solvang region.

This was my third time staying at Elizabeth's. It's never enough time, yet it always maintains to soothe the soul. It's a feel good place that's tailor made for relaxation and peace of mind. The conditions are pristine. perfection. Everything you could possibly want or need has been thought of by Elizabeth. She goes out of her way to make the place feel like home...little candies, coffee/tea station, fresh cut flowers, hand made soaps and furniture....home made enchiladas in the freezer. I am not kidding; this place is heaven. She makes the place so comfortable, that it's VERY hard to leave! If this place is available, I highly recommend renting it. You will not be sorry. It's a special, special place and I can't wait to return.

All I can say is Wow!! The house was stunning and in a beautiful location. You could see the ocean from the balcony and was tucked up in the canyon which was so peaceful and quiet. The space was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. There were plenty of spices, coffee, tea, creamers and condiments to utilize. I appreciated that she also had extra toiletries in the bathroom like q-tips, cotton balls, sunscreen, aloe vera gel (which came in handy for my sunburn!) It was only a 4min drive to the beach from her house and about 5-10mins to a variety of shops/restaurants depending which direction you go on the highway. Overall, I’d def recommend this place to future travelers. It’s comfy, cozy, quiet and perfect for some rest and relaxation. I’ll def be back!
