Val Zebrù - Baite di Pecè immerse nella natura.

Appartamento in zona isolata nella stupenda Val Zebrù del Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio. Ottimo per passare una vacanza al contatto con la natura ricca di flora e fauna selvatica. Riscaldamento a legna, l’energia elettrica è fornita da un impianto fotovoltaico. Nella zona non vi è connessione telefonica, ma è presente una connessione wi-fi in baita, inoltre vicino vi sono due ristori dove si possono degustare i cibi locali. La baita è raggiungibile a piedi o con le jeep autorizzate al transito.

Geschäfte sind mit dem PKW in ca. 5, zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten erreichbar. Die großen Fenster erhellen die Räumlichkeiten und bieten eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Die naheliegenden Sommer- & Wintersportregionen Schöneben (I), Samnaun (CH), Nauders, Serfaus, Fiss-Ladis sind in wenigen Fahrminuten mit Auto/ Skibus zu erreichen!

Im Jahr 2020 neu ausgebaute Dachwohnung auf Landwirtschaftsbetrieb, am Dorfrand von Ramosch. Ruhig und sonnig gelegen mit Aussicht auf die Unterengadiner Berge. Dorfladen und Bushaltestelle in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Im Sommer können zahlreiche Wanderungen und Biketouren ab der Ferienwohnung unternommen werden. Verschiedene Bademöglichkeiten in der Region. Die Bergbahnen sind in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto oder Postauto erreichbar. Langlaufloipe ab Ramosch. Schlittelweg bis vor Haustür.

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Meine Unterkunft ist gut für paare, alleinreisende abenteurer, geschäftsreisende, familien (mit kindern) und grossen Gruppen für Familienfeiern, Mountainbikegruppen Teamevents... .

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
