Thanks again to our hosts! Great space near plenty of great restaurants and shops. Walking distance to grocery stores as well. Easy parking, so you can leave the car for your entire stay and just walk to your desired destination. Will definitely stay here again for our next trip to Richmond!

Great space to stay, very clear information in the listing and there was coffee available which saved us a trip. Location was great in downtown Richmond, easy to get where we wanted to go. Space was very comfortable.

The apartment was just like the pictures and the big windows brought in lots of light. One member of our party studied and worked from the unit a good amount and said it was so much better than being in a hotel. We would be happy to visit again!

This was my second stay here and both have been 10/10. Great place, location, and friendly hosts!

This place hosted 5 people, and two dogs perfectly! We enjoyed the location and the place itself. Mei was a wonderful host and very responsive!

I was most impressed with Mark’s place all the safety precautions that were taken. Sprinkler system, Fire extinguisher were impressive. Elevator, W/D, dishwasher and other appliances were all updated. Very comfortable apartment. Hardly ever heard the other people in the building. Smack in the middle of the Arts and Theater District with plenty of parking and free buses to get around. Definitely enjoyed my stay.

Stayed one night after snagging a reduced price and had a great stay. Place was clean and tidy, comfortable bed, responsive host. Mei was accommodating and let us check in a few hours early as we were there for a wedding which was much appreciated. Note the bathroom is admittedly small, particularly the shower, but that is as shown in the pictures. The area, the cleanliness, easy parking, and value of this place made it well worth the stay.

We stayed for one night while in town for a concert. The place was exactly as pictured and was super clean. We had an excellent stay and would stay again!

We had a great, quick stay at Mei's place. It's a studio, so it's compact, but comfortable. Awesome location. We would definitely recommend!

During our stay there were several weather related issues. The electricity went out because of the weather. Since I was not the owner of the property, I could not report the outage to the power company. Once I informed Edna about the situation, she immediately contacted the power company, provided me with the information I would need to check on power status, and had the power company contact me. Edna was prompt with responses when there were some complications with her cleaning service.

It was very nice and clean, walkable to many restaurants and historical places. Rachel did a great job 👏!!

This was the perfect place for us to stay while we were coming through Richmond. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard. The bed was comfy. It had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again.

Our stay here was great. Like many of the other reviews have mentioned, the place is very spacious and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Instructions were clear and the area felt safe. Free parking was also a win. We have a Nissan Rogue and didn't have trouble parking (even with other cars in the lot). We only had one small issue (no back up toilet paper and we only had half a roll for 4 days). Mark responded quickly and had someone drop off toilet paper first thing the next morning. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area. Only things that could have been improved, but did not impact our stay whatsoever: the flusher on the toilet could be a little bit finnicky and another set of keys would have been helpful. Overall, we had a great experience!

We really enjoyed Marks place while in town visiting a friend. It was comfortable and conveniently located. The apartment was clean and well lit with the giant windows. It’s a bit noisy since on a main road in downtown Richmond but it was no bother to us. We appreciate the provided coffee, laundry detergent and snacks upon arrival. Mark and Tommy were great host as well. We would definitely stay again.
