Immerse yourself in nature as you watch our iconic Highland cattle graze just beyond your window, toast the evening with legendary sunsets, and enjoy unmatched valley views.

Bluegum Studio

The Bluegum Studio is a modern, homely, industrial designed accommodation with all the features you need for you stay. It’s set in a peaceful, rural property with surrounding of bushland, Blue Gum trees and clearing. You can choose to relax in the quiet, private accommodation or explore the many attractions that the south west has to offer. The surrounding yard is designed to be child friendly with a mini nature play area. As the area around the Studio is fenced, dogs are very welcome too!

The Lookout - 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Loft Apartment

If a place was an exhale, this would be it. The space was created with slow & sustainable living in mind, giving you space to breathe & time to truly switch off. The Lookout sits in an open paddock, with 360 views of farmland. Take it all in from your bathtub or through huge windows that frame views stretching right over the wilds of Wildwood. Inside is a cocooning embrace; it’s the dreamiest sanctuary for two. Unfortunately our property is not set up to host newborns, infants or toddlers.

Freshwater house is a brand new house, architecturally designed with holiday rentals in mind. Set in 8 acres of rolling pasture it looks over a valley and the waterfall on Margaret River. The house is perfect for entertaining , with tables inside and outside that can accommodate at least 10 people. Decking to the front, stone terrace at the rear, or a big wood fire in the living room, there are many spaces to relax. 5 mins to the beach, town and vinyards, everything is at your doorstep.

LLL is a private & secluded cabin in a quiet location with nature at your door step. A 5☆ setting suited to those seeking to escape busy life & enjoy some luxury. Koonga Maya adults only retreat in the Gunyulgup Valley amongst Jarrah and Marri trees overlooking the gully close enough to the crystal clear waters of Smiths Beach which you can hear in the winter months. Our shouse has a rustic homely charm with a relaxed feel after a day of exploring wining and dining. Close to the main residence however private and quiet. The space is for Adults only and no pets. Selection of tea coffee and small breakfast items included with fresh eggs

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

Sit back and relax in this custom built , stylish & private studio. Nestled amongst landscaped gardens , natural forest, abundant wildlife and all within a 3 minute drive to town or beach. Meelup beach !! Wake up to birdsong, walk amongst the forest or just sit on the deck and soak up the peaceful ambience. Very close to a selection of fine wineries , restaurants & breweries with surf, beach, biking and walk trails to top it off. We promise you won't want to leave.

Welcome to Barn Hives. Self-sustainable Eco-luxury pods. Each of our Barn Hives consists of a two story open plan living space. Through the stairs, that are wrapped around the inside of the building, you will be led into the master suite, which with being on the second floor you are greeted to spectacular views. On entry of the Hive, on the first level, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, cosy lounge near a pallet heater for those wintery days.
